Abstract

This study aims to (1) develop animated video learning media in Sciences (IPA) subject matter on global warming, (2) find out the validator's response to discovery learning based video animation learning media on global warming material in Junior High Schools (SMP) class VII , (3) knowing the feasibility of discovery learning based animation video learning media. This research is an R&D research with the design of the DDD-E development model which includes Decide, Design, Develop, Evaluate which is carried out until the fourth stage. The data collection instrument used in this study was a validation sheet given to 3 material expert validators and 3 media expert validators. The type of data generated is quantitative data which is analyzed with the guidelines of the assessment category criteria to determine product quality. The results of the analysis obtained in this study were: (1) video animation learning media, (2) discovery learning based animation video learning media the final product that was produced met the validity criteria with an average score from the assessment of material experts, 0.91% and media experts 0.88% in the high validity category, (3) Product feasibility in discovery learning-based video animation learning media with a field trial percentage of 88.09% in the very high category where these results show that animated videos can foster student learning interest

Abstract

This research aims to: 1) find out how the application of the guided inquiry learning model to student learning outcomes. 2) analyze the improvement of the guided inquiry learning model on student learning outcomes, and 3) determine the effect of the guided inquiry learning model on student learning outcomes. The type of research used in this study is quasi-experiment, the design used in this study is prestest-postest control group design. This study used an initial test before treatment (prestest) and a final test after treatment (postest). Data collection in this study used test questions in the form of multiple choice. The application of guided inquiry begins with an initial test (prestest) before being given treatment then continued with the learning process on simple aircraft material and after learning a final test (postest) of student learning results is carried out. The results showed that there was an increase in student learning outcomes on average scores after treatment in each class was obtained by 77.66 in the experimental class while in the control class by 72.07. From the average N-Gain value of the experimental class was 0.47 while in the control class 0.37. The average N-Gain score category in both classes is medium. So from the results of the data collected using the t-test at a significant level α = 0.05. From the results of data processing, it turns out that the tcount > table is 2.17>2.00 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This study shows that there is a significant influence of guided inquiry learning models on student learning outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to develop learning media in the form of booklets and determine the eligibility level of booklets. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) adapted by Sugiyono. The subjects of this study were students of class XI SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Belitang. The results of this research and development are learning media in the form of material booklets on rigid body equilibrium. The steps used in this research are determining potentials and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product testing and final revision. The results of the booklet validation stage by the media expert team obtained a percentage of 80.8% and the material expert team obtained a percentage of 86.60% with very good criteria. The results of the teacher's response in the form of a questionnaire to the booklet obtained a 90% agree percentage. Whereas in the results of student responses in the form of a questionnaire to the developed booklet, the percentage results obtained were as much as the percentage of good responses as much as 63.8%. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the development of learning media in the form of booklets for class XI SMA students is feasible to use

Abstract

The changes of the 4.0 revolution era explicitly impact educational patterns, particularly in learning outcomes that emphasize the achievement of 4Cs skills. (critical thinking, communication, collaboration, creativity). The need for suitable teaching materials is a fundamental aspect of implementing better learning. This research was conducted to develop an interactive practical E-module based on PBL for uniformly accelerated motion (GLBB) that is suitable for fostering Critical Thinking. The method used to test the feasibility of the products produced in this research is through justice expert assessments to obtain feedback and evaluations from experts in content, media, and language regarding the research product. The feasibility of the practical E-module, based on justice expert evaluations from content, language, and media, has holistic Aiken indices of 0.873, 0.729, and 0.781, respectively. This can mean that the product meets the criteria of being very valid and valid. The results of the requirements on the research product can undergo feasibility and effectiveness testing

Abstract

This research aims to develop physics puzzle learning media based on make a match and evaluate the impact of this media on improving student learning outcomes. This research uses the Research and Development using the Borg & Gall procedural model from ten phases to seven phases because these seven include ten processes. The data collection methods used include media expert and material expert validation sheets, test instruments in the form of essay questions and student response questionnaires. The results of this research show that, 1) The make a match based physics puzzle learning media developed in this research has succeeded in meeting the feasible criteria with an average score percentage of 88% given by media experts in the very feasible category. Apart from that, material experts also assessed that learning media with an average score percentage of 94% was in the very appropriate category. 2) The use of make a match-based physics puzzle learning media has been proven to significantly improve student learning outcomes, as indicated by an N-Gain analysis score of 0.72. 3) Student responses to the appearance and function of the media show a high level of feasibility. The learning media that has been developed is feasible and can be used to improve student learning outcomes in circular motion material
