Abstract

In the election of candidates of the village head must be through an assessment whether the candidates of the village head is feasible or unfit. BPD Noelbaki has set the assessment standards in the election of the village head of the village since the beginning of the election to date. The election is done based on the criteria that have been established, among others, education, domicile, personality, legal status, political parties, work, income and age. In the study was done design and manufacture of application decision support system with fuzzy simple additive weighting (F-SAW). This method is able to accommodate the shortcomings of saw methods in linguistic and numerical assessments. Testing system is done by comparing the result of the system and the results of the expert. From the results of the system validation testing provided by the BPD against 30 alternative data, obtained value 90% accuracy with error rate of amount 10% which shows that the decision support system work with optimally according to the method of F-SAW.The results of this research is the application system of decision support of the election of candidate village by the district of several alternatives (candidate of the village head), which can be a BPD recommendation for decision making. Afer testing of the 30 test data, with input value of the same interest for each criterion, so obtained presentation of the strict constitution competition and BPD bank state decision by 90%, where there are 3 resuluts of the districts that are rejected with the assessment standards of the BPD.

Abstract

In commodity, oranges is one fruits that have benefit to be organized. The agribusiness of orange could increase farmers’ prosperity if it organized wholeheartedly. Besides, it is not only expand thereigional economic matters but also increasing the national emolument. Nowadays, the determining area of cultivation of oranges in TTS regency still did in manual way. occasionally, the farmers constrain the land utilizing of citrus fruit. The exposure of the land in the inappropriate area can lead the costs to be more expensive than the percentage agricultural commodities in the future. The Agriculture Department still estabish the location manually, so the information of decission support system of ariculture area is less accurate. That is why the use of FMADM decission support system and SAW method very precise to implement in this case. This research use 7 criteria rain, temperature, drainae, pH H2O, texture of land, and slope. The comparing of manual computation and system computation by examination system. The results are same but the outcome of the system is better than manually. In measuring the importance of weight use sensititifity examine of weight repair with 10 data location that found by the researcher in BPTP East Nusa Tenggara. The result found the more sensitive criteria is slope which has sensitive levels 60%. Finally, after the system result add 0.5 and 1, show contrast result of rank of the data. The data analyze found the system extend better result.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the influence between the use of the cooperative learning model of the JIGSAW and STAD . This study uses a quantitative method with an experimental approach. The population in this study were students majoring in computer science in the class of language theory and automata, and artificial intelligence. The sampling technique used random sampling techniques. In this study, the research samples were students majoring in computer science. Each class consisted of 33 students selected for the comparative experiment which were two classes. Testing is carried out using a one-way variant (one way Anova). The results of hypothesis testing showed the two data groups had the same variants between the STAD and JIGSAW learning models, with the value of Fcount of 0.5928 and Ftable of 1.79. It was found that Ftable> α, namely 1.79> 0.05, while Fcount> α, namely 0.5928> 0.05. By testing F, for the testing criteria, the value of Fcount < Ftable, (0.5928 <1.79) is obtained, then the accepted hypothesis is H0, meaning that the two data groups have the same variants. So it can be concluded that the application of the STAD and JIGSAW models has an effect on the achievement of student learning outcomes. Abstract

In NTT, the number of malnutrition cases among children under five have increased annually. TTS regency is in the top three in terms of the number of cases of malnutrition with 442 cases of under-five in 2016. In Tetaf Health Center, Kuatnana Disctrict, the status of malnutrition has been determined manually which results in the inappropriate service. Therefore, a system is needed aiding in providing right recomendation which leads to appropriate service. In this paper, a decision support systems (DSS) approach in determining malnutrition status in toddlers has been implemented by using Fuzzy Simple Additive Weighting (F-SAW) with four criteria, namely, age, a comparison of weight (kg) to age, a comparison of height (cm) to age, and gender. This study uses accuracy testing. Accuracy testing obtained an accuracy rate of 100% from 50 data, with 8 under-nutrition toddlers, 7 malnourished toddlers, and 35 toddlers with good nutrition.

Abstract

In the position promotion process, anemployee will be evalutes by 10 criterions has been determined. The employee pontential evaluate will created a decisons the process used MOORA methode. The Result of this system count results ranking's alternative as recommendation for decision maker to be promoted. After done 4 examination time 10, 20, and 30 data test, then flowed by 5 data test to fire an examination employee already been promoted at period 2013 Marches 2015 to measure ranking's accuracies systems to ranking's that done by HRD used 10 that criterion, then obtainable ranking's result the same withthe percentage ofsuitabilityin the amount of 100%.

Abstract

The provision of assistance for the rehabilitation of uninhabitable houses to the community often results in fraud and errors in the process of selecting and providing assistance. The TOPSIS method is a method used to calculate in the decision-making process in determining prospective recipients of uninhabitable housing rehabilitation assistance. The results of the TOPSIS calculation from the system were then tested using the sensitivity test method by giving a weight change of 0.5 and 1 for each criterion weight. The test results in 2019 with a total of 25 families of data obtained the most sensitive criteria for adding a weight of 0.5, namely the criteria for work and life dependents with a percentage result of 92%, while for adding weight to 1 the most sensitive criterion is the job criteria with a percentage result of 96%. Black box testing of the system built is measured using a questionnaire media with 10 statement items given to 15 respondents which is calculated using a Likert Scale where the system built is highly approved which can be seen from the index percentage value greater than 80% (strongly agree).

Abstract

Cryptography is the science of information security which is the most fundamental basic issue in ensuring the security of data transmission via the web. Cryptography works by transforming data or information into random form. Video data is the most widely accessed information medium because video conveys information in audio and visual form. In this study, cryptography was carried out on AVI video files with a combination of Beaufort and Vigenere substitution cipher algorithms using the RC4 key generator. Testing was carried out on three groups of video sample test data based on the size of the video file, where each group contained 10 video files. The test results obtained an average time required for encryption of 17 minutes 17 seconds, decryption of 17 minutes 40 seconds. The quality is indicated by the algorithm, namely from data integrity with an MSE value of 0 and a PSNR value of infinte, from the resulting cipher having an average value of MSE ± 15883 and PSNR ± 0.612 dB on audio, and an average value of MSE ± 14173 and PSNR ± 0.674 dB on frames. Resolution and video file size as well as initial key length do not significantly affect MSE and PSNR values. Statistically, the frequency range of color appearance in the histogram of cipher frames becomes narrower and relatively uniform. Waves in the audio cipher against time units move irregularly with changing sound level amplitudes and are relatively uniform in each audio sample. The resistance of the cipher to attacks is proven by the audio in three groups giving an average MSE of ± 16074 and PSNR of ± 0.607 dB, while for frames in three groups giving an average MSE of ± 15941 and PSNR of ± 0.623 dB.

Abstract

The Community Service (PkM) activity titled “Utilization and Management of Web Profile Information System at SDK Santo Yosep 1 Kota Kupang” involved the partnership with SDK Santo Yosep 1 Kota Kupang. The purpose of this community partnership program was to enhance information technology skills and knowledge for educators and educational staff at SDK Santo Yosep 1 located in Kota Raja sub-district. The methods used in this activity included training on managing the system that had already been developed, specifically on data entry, which would later be published as school information for the general public. Additionally, a questionnaire method was employed to assess the system's effectiveness. The results of the training showed that all 16 participants, including teachers and staff, were able to effectively understand how to operate the system and enter data accurately. Furthermore, the system functioned well (valid) according to the partner’s needs, allowing the school's web profile information system to be published for the public, providing essential information about the school to the broader community.

Abstract

The banking industry is expected to thrive, generate profits, and contribute to national development and societal welfare. However, this sector is susceptible to volatility caused by global and domestic economic fluctuations. This research aims to identify and address challenges related explicitly to implementing agile methodologies within the banking sector. The study utilized a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach based on the guidelines provided by Kitchenham. A substantial number of academic journals (1,933) were analyzed during this review. Among the vast pool of literature, 28 relevant studies were extracted. These studies were chosen because they provided insights into the challenges of implementing agile practices in the banking domain. The analysis and categorization of these studies were structured according to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) 6th edition framework. This framework was employed to organize and understand the identified challenges systematically. The study's primary finding is that the most prevalent challenge encountered in the context of agile development within the banking sector is "Project Resource Management." In essence, effectively managing and allocating resources is a significant hurdle banks face when adopting agile methodologies. The challenges related to resource management are not confined to a single aspect. Instead, they encompass various dimensions, including human resources, technological resources, and organizational factors. This suggests that challenges in agile banking are multifaceted, involving issues related to people, technology, and the structure and processes within banking organizations.

Abstract

Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) can be used to solve specific problems such as prediction, classification, processing data, and robotics. Based on the exposure, this study tried to develop a system by applying ANN models Fully Recurrent Neural Network (FRNN) to deal with the problems of classification determination unit for New Police Officer at NES Kupang include DitSabara, DitPolAir, and SatBrimob, which has been using the system manually, the ANN system Fully Recurrent Neural Networks can provide accurate information to the NES Kupang to determine the right decision. Fully Recurrent Neural Network structures have been presence of feedback that can make faster iteration thus making the update parameters and convergence speed become faster. The learning method used is Backpropagation Through Time . The system is implemented using the C# program. Input vectors used consisted of 7 variables.The results showed t the developed system will rapidly converge and able to achieve the most optimal error value (minimum error) when using one hidden layer with 17 units of the number of neurons . The best accuracy can be obtained using the LR of 0.001 , target of 0.1 and momentum 0.95, with 25 test data of data, the system accuracy reaches 96%, while the real data, the accuracy reached 83.33%.
