Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Bagaimana Pengaruh Penggunaan Kredit Usaha Rakyat Terhadap Pendapatan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah di Kabupaten Sinjai. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka peneliti menggunakan indikator-indikator untuk mengukur variabel tersebut. Pada variabel kredit usaha rakyat indikator yang digunakan yaity ketetapan sasaran, ketetapan waktu, ketetapan jumlah, ketetapan beban kredit, ketetapan prosedur. Adapun pada variabel pendapatan usaha mikro kecil dan menengah indikator yang digunakan yakni omset penjualan, biaya. Pada penelitian ini metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantiatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan kuesioner. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden, dihasilkan dari rumus slovin. Data diperoleh dari hasil penelitian dan diolah dengan menggunakan analisis data dan bantuan program SPSS versi 25 yang terdiri dari uji validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis regresi linear sederhana dan koefesien determinasi.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan indikator yang digunakan untuk setiap vaiabel menunjukan bahwa variabel kredit usaha rakyat memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pendapatan usaha mikro kecil dan menengah di Kabuapten Sinjai. Hal ini di buktikan uji koefesien determinasi terhadap data yang diperoleh.

Abstract

Di SMK Negeri 2 Majene, inisiatif kolaboratif telah dibentuk sebagai hasil kerja sama dengan Pascasarjana Universitas Negeri Makassar dan pemangku kepentingan setempat. Fokus utamanya adalah pada integrasi teknologi dalam pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan. Mengingat pentingnya teknologi dalam era modern, proyek ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana keahlian digital siswa dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap perkembangan pariwisata Kabupaten Majene. Melalui pelatihan yang dirancang dengan baik, inovatif, dan komprehensif, siswa diajarkan prinsip dan praktek teknologi informasi, khususnya dalam bidang promosi dan manajemen pariwisata. Inisiatif semacam ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya teknologi dalam pariwisata tetapi juga memotivasi generasi muda untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam pengembangan potensi pariwisata daerah mereka. Lebih dari itu, sinergi antara sektor pendidikan dan industri pariwisata menciptakan peluang untuk pertumbuhan ekonomi berkelanjutan, mendorong inovasi dan kolaborasi antar-sektor. Ini adalah contoh nyata bagaimana pendidikan yang mengadopsi teknologi dapat menjadi katalis perubahan, menciptakan sektor pariwisata yang lebih inklusif, berdaya saing, dan siap menghadapi tantangan masa depan. Ini menunjukkan potensi besar teknologi dalam mengubah wajah pariwisata Kabupaten Majene.

Abstract

Pendidikan yang menyenangkan dan interaktif sangat penting dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan pemahaman siswa, terutama di tingkat sekolah dasar. Salah satu pendekatan yang efektif untuk mencapai tujuan ini adalah melalui metode belajar sambil bermain, yang mengintegrasikan elemen permainan dengan materi pembelajaran. Metode ini tidak hanya memfasilitasi pemahaman materi secara lebih menyenangkan, tetapi juga meningkatkan konsentrasi, keterampilan sosial, dan interaksi antar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan metode belajar sambil bermain dalam pembelajaran IPA dengan materi pengenalan anggota tubuh bagian luar pada siswa sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah Learning by Game, di mana permainan "Dengarkan Apa yang Saya Katakan, dan Jangan Lihat Apa yang Saya Lakukan" diterapkan untuk mengenalkan anggota tubuh. Melalui permainan ini, siswa diajak untuk mengikuti instruksi dengan fokus pada pendengaran, sementara pengalihan perhatian dilakukan dengan jebakan gerakan yang tidak sesuai dengan instruksi. Partisipasi aktif siswa dalam permainan juga mendorong interaksi sosial yang lebih erat. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa 80% siswa berhasil memahami materi pengenalan anggota tubuh dengan benar dan menunjukkan peningkatan dalam konsentrasi dan fokus. Selain itu, permainan ini berhasil mempererat hubungan sosial antar siswa. Secara keseluruhan, metode belajar sambil bermain ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman materi dan menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan interaktif bagi siswa sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of E-Kinerja in increasing work productivity at the Borong Village office, Manggala District, Makassar City. This type of research is qualitative using a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used consists of data collection, data display, data condensation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the implementation of E-Kinerja in increasing employee work productivity at the Brong Subdistrict Office, Manggala District, Makassar City is good and has experienced improvement using indicators from the theory put forward by George C Edward III, namely Communication, Resources, Disposition and Bureaucratic Structure, although the disposition indicators are still not going well. This can be seen from the communication process carried out by users at the Borong Subdistrict office, both fellow employees at the Subdistrict office and the BKPSDMD during the socialization held at a hotel by the BKPSDMD to all civil servant in Borong Subdistrict. The existing resources at the Borong Subdistrict office have begun to increase from the previous year seen from the availability of employees at the Borong Subdistrict office, they are ready to run the E-Kinerja program because E-Kinerja is an application for assessing performance which is the basis for calculating the provision of TPP  to all ASN in Borong Village. The disposition to carry out bureaucratic arrangements at the Borong Subdistrict office has not been implemented well because there are still several employees who have been absent and disappeared or have not remained in the office during working hours. The bureaucratic structure at the Borong Subdistrict office has  been running well, as seen from the responsibilities in carrying out their duties, employees have carried them out in accordance with applicable SOPs, as seen from the division of responsibilities between each superior who validates the work of their subordinates.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence Taxpayer Knowledge and Awareness has on Restaurant Taxpayer Compliance at the Makassar City Revenue Agency. This study uses quantitative methods of descriptive research with data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires and documentation. The sampling method used is Nonprobability Sampling with Incidental Sampling Technique. The results of the study show that the knowledge of taxpayers has a positive effect on taxpayer compliance, taxpayer awareness has a positive effect on taxpayer compliance, and there is an effect of knowledge and awareness of taxpayers simultaneously or together on restaurant taxpayer compliance at the Makassar City Regional Revenue Agency.

Abstract

Implementation of Local Product Marketing Strategies at Kenanga Stores in Maros Regency. Thesis for the Study Program of Business Administration, Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Makassar State University. Supervised by Dr.H.Muhammad Guntur, M.Sc. and Dr. Andi Cudai Nur, M.Sc. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy for local products at Kenanga Stores in Maros Regency. This study used a qualitative method with a case study type based on the situation that occurred at Kenanga Store. Data collection was obtained from respondents in this study consisting of four people, namely shop owners, employees, and consumers from Kenanga Store. Data collection procedures used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The interview technique was carried out in a structured manner using interview guidelines. The results of the study show that Kenanga Store has implemented a marketing strategy for selling its local products, with a focus on three strategies, namely STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning). The marketing strategy implemented by Toko Kenanga in this case is segmentation based on geographicand demographic variables. Targeting focuses on variable single-segment concentration (concentration on one segment). Positioning focuses on maintaining unique recipes, quality and affordable prices.

Abstract

This study examines the diffusion of the CCTV and Command Center system in Makassar within the framework of Rogers’ Diffusion of Innovation and Smart City governance theory. While previous studies predominantly emphasize technological efficiency in smart security systems, limited attention has been given to how such innovations reshape governance structures and institutional authority. This study addresses that gap.Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with key stakeholders from the police institution and the Communication and Information Office (Diskominfo), supported by document analysis and triangulation techniques. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model.The findings indicate that the system was adopted due to its strong relative advantage, operational compatibility, and observability in improving response time and inter-agency coordination. However, beyond operational efficiency, the study reveals that digital surveillance infrastructure centralizes authority and creates institutional dependency due to server control and infrastructure governance arrangements.This research contributes to urban governance and technology-based public administration literature by demonstrating that smart security innovation produces a hybrid digital-bureaucratic governance model, where technological modernization coexists with centralized administrative control. The study highlights the need for clearer digital authority distribution and participatory expansion to ensure balanced smart governance.
