Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of employee empowerment, work environment, and career development on the performance of Aceh Government employees. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 150 employees. The data analysis method is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that employee empowerment, work environment, and employee career development had a significant effect on work motivation and employee performance. In addition, employee empowerment and work motivation have a direct and significant effect on employee performance, and career development and work environment also have a direct effect on performance. Work motivation partially mediates the effect of employee empowerment, work environment, career development on performance. The Aceh Government is expected to improve career development in order to create a conducive work environment to improve the performance of Aceh Government employees.

Abstract

Abstract.Company social caring issue has become an important record in Islamic Corporate Social Responsibility (ICSR). In Islam, the issue of social welfare and CSR environment is a very serious attention because it is one of the way to attain the goal of Islamic economy which are economic welfare, justice, equitable income distribution and individual freedom in terms of social welfare. In the implementation of CSR, maslahah and maqasid al- Shari’ah is one of the basic for falah fiddunya wal akhirat. This study will examine CSR in the theory of Islamic economy. ICSR required al-dharuriyat as the priority in this study, then al-hajjiyah and al-tahsiniyah. ICSR can be divided into three concept: spirituality concept, Rahmatan Lil’Alamin, and Ukhuwah Islamiyah. Key Words: ICSR, Islam, Social, Islamic Economy

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe students' creativity in solving mathematical problems in terms of gender differences. The type of research used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The research subjects consisted of 6 people, namely 3 male students and 3 female students, each representing the high, medium, and low categories. The instrument used in the form of a student creativity test, totaling 3 questions that have met the validity test and to further explore information about students' creative abilities, interviews were conducted. The data analysis techniques used are data collection through creativity ability tests and interviews, data reduction, data presentation, data verification and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the description of the creativity ability of male subjects in solving mathematical problems based on categories were (1) subjects with high categories were able to meet 2 indicators of creativity including fluency and flexibility, (2) subjects with medium categories were able to meet 1 indicator of creativity, namely fluency, (3) subjects with low categories are able to meet 1 indicator of creativity, namely fluency. The description of the creative ability of female subjects in solving mathematical problems based on categories is (1) subjects with high categories are able to meet creativity indicators which include fluency, flexibility and novelty, (2) subjects with moderate categories are able to meet creativity indicators which include fluency and flexibility, (3 ) subject with low category is able to fulfill 1 indicator of creativity, namely fluency indicator.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian eksperimen ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah Perbedaan Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif dan Komunikasi Matematis melalui Model PACE (Project Activity Cooperative Exercise)siswa kelas VIII smp negeri 1 polewali. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan tes kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan komunikasi matematis, lembar aktivitas siswa, dan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran. Dari hasil analisis statistik, nilai rata-rata pretest pada kelas VIIIF sebagai kelas eksperimen yaitu 35,45 dan kelas VIIIC sebagai kelas kontrol yaitu 37,17. Sedangkan nilai rata-rata posttest pada kelas eksperimen yaitu 83,92 dan kelas kontrol 74,87. Dilihat dari aktivitas siswa diperoleh rata-rata persentase 94,15%. Hasil perhitungan uji t untuk data posttest diperoleh data nilai  sebesar 3,521. Sedangkan untuk nilai  sebesar 1,670 yang berarti  yaitu 3,521 >1,670. Dari hasil analisis statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif dan Komunikasi Matematis melalui Model PACE (Project Activity Cooperative Exercise)kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Polewali. Kata kunci: Model PACE, Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif, Kemampuan Komunikasi Matematika.

Abstract

Android merupakan sistem operasi berbasis Linux yang diperuntukkan bagi smartphone maupun komputer tablet. Android memiliki kemampuan yang membuat penggunanya dapat mengkustomisasi tampilan pada sistem operasi ini dengan bebas sesuai dengan style yang diinginkannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan model aplikasi android untuk media pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris, khususnya bagi siswa kelas sembilan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengembangan produk. Model pengembangan produk mengadopsi model pengembangan software yang terdiri dari (1) Analisis kebutuhan software, (2) desain, (3) penulisan kode dan (4) pengujian. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan angket. Tahap pengujian dilakukan dengan validasi produk oleh ahli, pengujian pada pengguna pertama (guru) dan pengujian pada pengguna akhir (siswa). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah  dapat mengimplementasikan text autocomplete yang berfungsi untuk menampilkan materi-materi pembelajaran bahasa Inggris kelas sembilan dan juga untuk menampilkan pencarian kata pada Regullar and Irregular verb. Dari hasil implementasi dan pengujian, aplikasi pembelajaran dapat berjalan pada platform android dan mampu menjalankan fungsi dengan baik. -2 dapat mendeteksi kebocoran Gas. LPG Monitoring system ini dapat diaplikasikan di berbagai tempat yang terkoneksi dengan jaringan operator dan sistem dapat terkoneksi dengan modem sebagai notifikasi.
