Abstract

The personnel information system at PT This system aims to provide an efficient means of managing personnel data, including employee leave, punishment, and the recruitment process for prospective employees at PT XYZ. By implementing this system, the main goal is to improve the company's performance in managing personnel information. This system was planned and developed using the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method, with a website-based approach as a prototype. The stages include Inception, Elaboration, Construction, and Transition. The needs analysis process is carried out by collecting information from documents and conducting interviews related to ongoing business processes. The implementation of this design is the development of a web-based application. Apart from that, in making this application, the PHP programming language, code igniter and MySQL database were used. The conclusion from implementing this system is the hope of increasing efficiency in managing personnel information at PT XYZ.

Abstract

PT. Bangun Cipta Anugrah Abadi is a company operating in the field of house or real estate development. This company has several problems, namely, the company is still not optimal in searching for personnel data so there is a lack of control over personnel data, leave applications are still made with a leave application letter so it is difficult for employees to know the status of the leave that has been applied for. PT. Bangun Cipta Anugrah Abadi requires a personnel information system that can provide convenience for administration and employees in carrying out the process of managing personnel data. This personnel system was created using the RUP (Rational Unified Process) methodology, using the UML (Rational Unified Process) model as a design model, using PHP and JavaScript programming languages, and using supporting applications such as Visual Studio Code, XAMPP, MySQL as DBMS (Database Management System), and CodeIgniter 4 Framework. The results of developing this personnel information system can overcome the problems currently being experienced by PT. Bangun Cipta Anugrah Abadi.

Abstract

PT Radja Dagang Indonesia is a company that operates in the cement distributor sector, especially conch cement. PT Radja Dagang Indonesia has problems related to the employment process, such as the company not having data records for prospective employees, the process of applying for leave/permits which is still manual and also related to the absence of employees who are on assignment outside the city. Based on these problems, the solution given is to develop a personnel information system. The aim of creating this system is to help companies process personnel data effectively and efficiently, with the hope of reducing the potential for errors and data loss. This web-based application was created in the Visual Studio Code text editor with a MySQL database and the PHP programming language. The method used in creating this system is the RUP (Rational Unified Process) method which has 4 (four) phases, namely Inception, Elaboration, Construction, and Transition. The result of this final project is a website-based application that has recruitment features, attendance features, promotion features, demotion transfers, layoff features, leave features, reward & punishment features, assignment features that can help companies manage, and search for data more easily and quickly.

Abstract

The Decision Making System plays a crucial role in the intricate and dynamic landscape of modern business. The TOPSIS method is a prominent technique within this domain, utilized to generate various alternatives by evaluating multiple criteria. In the TOPSIS framework, each criterion is assigned a weight, and the ratio between each alternative and the respective criteria is calculated. These ratios are aggregated to produce a total score, facilitating the identification of the most favorable alternative. This study elucidates the fundamental principles of TOPSIS and examines its application in business decision-making processes. This method empowers decision-makers to navigate the complexities of selecting the optimal choice amid limited and often contradictory information. The benefits of TOPSIS include its capacity to simultaneously address multiple criteria and offer a structured evaluation framework. The findings of this study can yield a ranking of employees based on specified criteria such as performance, responsibility, communication, and absenteeism, utilizing the TOPSIS approach.

Abstract

In the digital era, transaction data analysis has become crucial for enhancing business competitiveness. PT XYZ, a steel distributor in Palembang City, faces challenges in understanding customer purchasing patterns, which impacts the optimization of marketing strategies and sales volume. This study aims to analyze customer purchasing patterns using the Apriori algorithm to develop more effective marketing strategies. The research follows the CRISP-DM methodology, which includes data collection, cleaning, analysis, and visualization through an interactive dashboard. Sales transaction data from August 2023 to August 2024 is analyzed to identify frequently purchased product combinations. The results indicate that the Apriori algorithm generates association rules that can be leveraged to design bundling packages that align with customer preferences. With the interactive dashboard, the analysis results can be visually presented, supporting faster and more accurate business decision-making. This study offers a data-driven strategy to improve operational efficiency, optimize sales, and strengthen the company's competitiveness.
