Abstract

The Situ Gunung Nature Tourism Park (TWA) is a conservation area that was developed by prioritizing the concept of ecotourism. However, the ecotourism program created could have been more optimal, considering the requests and desires of visitors. This research aims to determine the factors that underlie decision-making for ecotourism visits at TWA Situ Gunung, West Java. The variables explained include the concept of ecotourism, intention to revisit, perception of cleanliness, and ticket price differentiation. The method used in this research is SmartPLS to test the proposed hypothesis. The analysis results show that ticket prices negatively influence ecotourism visits, with a coefficient of -0.058 (H1). On the other hand, cleanliness has a positive effect with a coefficient of 0.224 (H2), and security has a positive impact of 0.180 (H3). The accessibility factor is proven to have the most significant influence on ecotourism visits, with a coefficient of 0.464 (H4). The results of this research indicate that to increase ecotourism visits, managers need to focus on improving accessibility and cleanliness, as well as reconsidering ticket pricing strategies. Thus, this research contributes to the development of ecotourism that is more responsive to visitor needs and preferences, increasing visits and supporting conservation desires at Situ Gunung TWA.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the preferences of homemakers when choosing the type of melon gas cylinder using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The problem addressed is determining the factors that most influence homemakers' decisions in choosing between subsidized and non-subsidized gas. This research employs a quantitative method with AHP to analyze homemakers' preferences when selecting melon gas cylinders. AHP breaks down complex problems into a simple hierarchical structure, facilitating priority determination. The study involves homemakers chosen through purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires covering relevant criteria and sub-criteria, using a Likert scale to measure the importance of each criterion. The research results based on dynamic sensitivity analysis show that price is the most important factor, followed by ease of use. This study provides a clear picture of the relative weights of various criteria and alternatives when choosing melon gas cylinders. The study's conclusion indicates that homemakers prefer subsidized gas over non-subsidized gas.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on reducing the number of tourists, resulting in a decline in the performance of the tourism sector, including travel agents. In an effort to accelerate the recovery of the tourism sector, the Indonesian Government has released a stimulus package program for people who receive the complete COVID-19 vaccine which is distributed through travel agents. This stimulus program is a trial phase in tourist destinations in the Riau Islands, Jakarta and its surroundings, Borobudur and its surroundings, and Bali. This research aims to analyze the impact of the tourism package stimulus on vaccine recipient communities from the travel agent's perspective. The research data is primary data from the results of filling out a questionnaire which was analyzed using the conjoint analysis method and Pearson's R and Kendall's Tau analysis tests on travel agents who took part in this stimulus program. The results of research on travel agents show that their guests are willing to buy tourism stimulus packages because of the 4 star hotel facilities, family restaurant, spa body treatment, mini bus, complete destinations (natural, cultural, and man-made), and there is a souvenir shop that sells food. and souvenirs, thus the stimulus impacted these businesses only.

Abstract

In an effort to achieve tax revenue targets, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia has implemented an employee rotation policy to meet the human resource needs required to operate systems in modernized offices. A direct consequence of this effort to increase tax revenue is the anticipated rise in task volume and job complexity that employees must handle. This study aims to analyze the impact of workload and job rotation on employee motivation and its effect on employee performance. The subjects of this study are employees at the XYZ Primary Tax Office. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method, processed through the Smart PLS application. The research findings indicate that a high workload and excessively frequent job rotations can reduce employee motivation and negatively impact employee performance.

Abstract

This study analyzes resilience strategies and multi-stakeholder collaboration in the post-pandemic recovery of Tinalah Tourism Village. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach and an intrinsic case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews and thematically analyzed using NVivo 12 Plus. The findings reveal that the local community demonstrated adaptability through human resource capacity building, digitalization of tourism promotion and services, and diversification of culture- and environment-based tourism products. Strategic collaboration with government bodies, academic institutions, and digital platforms supported recovery efforts without compromising community autonomy. The application of sustainable tourism principles and data-driven governance enhanced the destination’s resilience. Tinalah Tourism Village exemplifies how a community-based tourism village can recover independently and sustainably from a crisis, offering a replicable model for other regions facing similar challenges.
