Abstract

The existence of rukun kematian (RKM) nowadays is extremely helpful for the society. Therefore, it needs a good management in order to make RKM running well and functioning as the purpose when it was established. Abstract

Beras merupakan bahan makanan pokok utama rakyat Indonesia. Kebutuhan beras dari tahun ke tahun terus meningkat karena kenaikan jumlah penduduk dan kebutuahan ini harus terpenuhi. Kekurangan pangan berpengaruh pada gizi buruk, kesehatan, dan sekaligus menurunkan kualitas sumberdaya manusia. Oleh karena itu, pemerintah senantiasa terus berupaya untuk memiliki serta memelihara ketahanan pangan khususnya beras. Tulisan ini akan menganalisis berdasarkan informasi yang ada, apakah inpor yang dilakukan pemerintah adalah suatu kebutuhan atau keinginan?Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis isi kualitatif dimana peneliti berusaha mengkonstruksi realitas dan memahami maknanya sehingga penelitian ini sangat memperhatikan proses, peristiwa, dan otensitas. Hasil analisis tersebut, yaitu: (1) Impor beras merupakan kebutuhan karena beberapa hal, yaitu kekurangan stok beras pada suatu negara atau memerlukan beras yang menyehatkan bagi masyarakat. (2) Impor beras menjadi hanya sebuah kepentingan jika hanya segelintir orang yang merasakannya. (3) Saran yang dapat penulis berikan adalah, sebaiknya pemerintah memberikan berhatian lebih kepada para petani, seperti menyediakan lahan, bibit, pupuk, dan sebagainya. Dan mendukung petani dalam menjual berasnya, dengan mengatur harga beras dipasaran.

Abstract

Aceh Special Region Government Authority which carried out mass transformation of conventional financial institutions in Aceh. Based on Aceh Qanun Number 11 of 2018 concerning Sharia Financial Institutions, conventional financial institutions are given 3 years from 2019-2022 to transform conventional financial institutions into Islamic financial institutions. The results of empirical-normative research, data sourced from interviews and observations, and sourced from normative data, namely Qanun Aceh Number 11 of 2018 concerning Sharia Financial Institutions. The approach used is legislation, case study approach, and conceptual approach. This research states that the transformation of financial institutions stems from the philosophy of culture and community life that adheres to the Quran and Sunnah. This philosophy is realized through strengthening legal politics in the form of Aceh Qanun Number 8 of 2014 and Aceh Qanun Number 11 of 2018.

Abstract

This paper examines the role of Islamic banking in developing the Indonesian halal cosmetics industry. The method used includes a qualitative descriptive study through exploratory studies on optimizing the role of Islamic banks in the development of the halal cosmetic industry. The data source uses primary and secondary data through data collection techniques from interviews to literature study. Then, data collection also involves the author's opinion regarding the research issue data analysis, which consists of data reduction, data presentation, conclusions, and verification. Challenges and opportunities in the halal cosmetics industry continue to experience increasingly significant developments that affect the growth and development of the halal cosmetics industry. Therefore, the synergy between Islamic banking institutions, the government, and even related institutions is undoubtedly needed. This needs to be implemented by Islamic banks to optimize regulations and roles in the development of the halal cosmetic industry. First is regulation, followed by the process of preservation and standardization of halal products. Second, the synergy of Sharia institutions for halal industry players can be achieved by providing financing funds, mentoring, and education. Third, the synergy of Islamic banks with educational institutions through inclusive awareness of the halal cosmetic industry in educational institutions.
