Abstract

Untuk mengetahui bakat dan minat seseorang, sifat dan karakter seseorang, kepintaran hingga kecerdasan  seseorang tidak hanya bisa dengan dilihat melainkan perlu melakukan psikotes sebagai tolak ukur. Psikotes biasanya ditangani oleh beberapa orang ahli dengan melakukan kegiatan bimbingan konseling. Saat ini, bimbingan konseling biasanya dilakukan secara tatap muka dan psikotes dilaksanakan secara manual atau menggunakan paper based test.  Namun, paper based test membutuhkan proses pengerjaan yang lama dan pengelolaan data yang kurang efektif. Oleh karena itu, seiring berkembangnya teknologi, psikotes dapat dilakukan secara online. Maka, perlu dibangun aplikasi Computer Based Test (CBT) psikotes. Aplikasi ini dapat diikuti oleh peserta umum maupun pelajar. Di dalam sistem berisi mengenai ujian psikotes, kategori ujian psikotes dan soal, skor nilai, pengaturan durasi ujian, data peserta dan data ujian. Aplikasi Computer Based Test (CBT) psikotes dibuat secara berbasis website dan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem Agile dengan model Extreme Programming, bahasa pemrograman PHP,  database MySQL. Extreme Programming mempunyai 4 tahapan yairu perencaan, perancangan, pengkodean dan pengujian. Perencanaan menggunakan flowchart, perancangannya memakai use case dan activity diagram serta berdasarkan hasil pengujian menggunakan Blackbox Testing aplikasi dapat berjalan dengan baik. Manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu dalam pengelolaan ujian dan mengatasi resiko dengan cara mengganti sistem ujian dari sistem ujian manual menjadi sistem Computer Based Test (CBT). Abstract  To find out a person's talents and interests, a person's nature and character, a person's intelligence can not only be seen but can do a psychological test as a measure. Psychological testing usually consists of several experts who carry out counseling guidance activities. Currently, counseling is usually carried out face-to-face and psychological tests are carried out manually or using paper-based tests. However, paper based tests require a long processing process and ineffective data management. Therefore, along with the development of technology, psychological tests can be done online. So, it is necessary to build a psychological test (CBT) application. This application can be followed by general participants and students. In the system contains the psychological test, psychological test categories and questions, assessment scores, based on exam time, participant data and exam data. The Computer Based Test (CBT) psychological test application is made on a website basis and uses the Agile system development method with the Extreme Programming model, the PHP programming language, MySQL database and the Blackbox Testing system. The benefit of this research is to assist in the management of exams and overcome risks by changing the exam system from a manual exam system to a Computer Based Test (CBT) system.

Abstract

Pengelolaan data perusahaan merupakan suatu hal utama dan krusial dalam memasuki persaingan industri era sekarang. Selain mudah dan aman, sistem manajemen yang telah terkomputerisasi dapat meminimalisir risiko human error. Dalam perancangan sistem informasi manajemen sendiri terdapat banyak metode yang dapat dipakai, salah satunya adalah metode prototype. Metode prototype memudahkan client untuk melihat dan mengevaluasi prototype secara bertahap seiring program dibangun. Prototype dapat ditambah maupun dikurangi sesuai berjalannya proses pengembangan. Metodologi prototype memiliki beberapa tahapan yaitu, communication, quick planning, quick Modelling, construction hingga deployment. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini ialah melakukan perancangan sistem informasi manajemen perusahaan untuk mendukung aktivitas bisnis serta pengelolaan data perusahaan. Sistem informasi manajemen yang akan dibangun pada perusahaan ini meliputi komputerisasi seluruh proses bisnis, desain sistem pada setiap divisi, hingga perancangan database perusahaan. Perancangan sistem informasi ini dimulai dari pengumpulan data-data yang diperlukan menggunakan metode diskusi dan wawancara, penerjemahan data kedalam UML diagram, implementasi kode sistem, hingga testing.AbstractManagement of company data is a major and crucial thing in entering today's industrial competition. Apart from being easy and safe, a computerized management system can minimize the risk of human error. In designing the management information system itself, there are many methods that can be used, one of which is the prototype method. The prototype method makes it easy for clients to see and evaluate the prototype in stages as the program is built. Prototypes can be added or subtracted according to the development process. The stages in the prototype methodology include communication, quick planning, quick modelling, construction and deployment. The purpose of this research is to design a company management information system to support business activities and company data management. The management information system that will be built in this company includes computerization of all business processes, system design in each division, to designing company databases. The design of this information system starts from collecting the necessary data using discussion and interview methods, translating data into UML diagrams, implementing system code, to testing.

Abstract

Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Boyolali merupakan lembaga pemerintahan yang melayani administrasi kependudukan. Dalam menjalankan proses bisnisnya, Dispendukcapil sudah memanfaatkan SI/TI guna mendukung berhasilnya proses bisnis yang dijalankan, di Dispendukcapil Kabupaten Boyolali SI/TI sangat berperan penting untuk menunjang operasionalnya. Dari kondisi yang seperti itu maka dibutuhkan perencanaan strategis sistem informasi yang sejalan atau searah dengan kebutuhan bisnis dan tujuan organisasi.  Saat ini Dispendukcapil belum memiliki adanya perencanaan strategis mengenai pemanfaatan SI/TI untuk kedepannya. Perencanaan strategis ini sangat diperlukan oleh Dispendukcapil Kabupaten Boyolali guna menghindari investasi atau pengadaan SI/TI yang tidak sesuai dengan tujuan dan fungsi utamanya sebagai kantor pelayanan masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu membuat suatu perencanaan strategis yang didasarkan dengan visi misi dari Dispendukcapil Kabupaten Boyolali.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Ward and Peppard dengan melakukan analisis lingkungan bisnis dan lingkungan SI/TI secara internal maupun eksternal.Analisis yang digunakan didalam penelitian ini antara lain analisis SWOT, Value Chain digunakan untuk analisis lingkungan bisnis internal, adapun analisis PEST, Five Force Model, digunakan untuk menganalisis lingkungan bisnis eksternal, dan analisis Mc Farlan Strategic Grid digunakan untuk analisis lingkungan SI/TI internal sedangkan studi literatur dan observasi digunakan untuk melihat lingkungan SI/TI eksternal. Hasil  dari penelitian ini yaitu rekomendasi portofolio perencanaan strategis sistem informasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan Dispendukcapil Kabupaten Boyolali dalam bentuk roadmap SI/TI yang sesuai dengan fungsi dan tujuan dari organisasi dan juga dapat dikembangkan dalam jangka waktu 4 tahun, hal ini tentunya akan memberikan dampak yang baik karena  pemanfaatan SI/TI di Dispendukcapil Kabupaten Boyolali akan lebih maksimal sehingga kualitas pelayanan masyarakat akan lebih baik.AbstractThe Boyolali Regency Population and Civil Registration Service is a government institution that serves population administration. In carrying out its business processes, Dispendukcapil has utilized IS / IT to support the success of its business processes. In Boyolali Regency, SI / IT plays an important role in supporting its operations. From such conditions, it requires information system strategic planning that is in line or in line with business needs and organizational goals. Currently, Dispendukcapil has no strategic planning regarding the use of IS / IT for the future. This strategic planning is urgently needed by the Boyolali District Administration for Civil Service to avoid investment or procurement of IS / IT that is inconsistent with its main purpose and function as a community service office. The purpose of this research is to make a strategic plan based on the vision and mission of the Boyolali District Civil Service Office. This study uses the Ward and Peppard method by analyzing the business environment and IS / IT environment internally and externally. The analyzes used in this study include SWOT analysis, Value Chain is used for internal business environment analysis, as well as PEST analysis, Five Force Model, it is used to analyze the external business environment, and Mc Farlan Strategic Grid analysis is used for the analysis of the internal IS / IT environment, while the literature study and observation are used to see the external IS / IT environment. The results of this study are recommendations for information system strategic planning portfolios that are in accordance with the needs of the Boyolali District Government Office in the form of IS / IT roadmaps that are in accordance with the functions and objectives of the organization and can also be developed within a period of 4 years, this will certainly have a good impact. because the utilization of SI / IT in the Boyolali District Government Office will be maximized so that the quality of public services will be better.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil analisis manajemen resiko dengan menggunakan metode ISO 31000 pada aplikasi SRIKANDI dengan harapan dapat meminimalisir tingkat resiko pada penggunaan aplikasi SRIKANDI di Dinas Kominfo Pemerintah Kota Manado. Aplikasi SRIKANDI yaitu aplikasi yang digunakan untuk mempermudah kearsipan yang dapat mendukung pengelolaan arsip dan tata kelolah pemerintah berbasis elektronik. Beberapa tahapan yang sudah dilakukan antara lain tahap pengumpulan data, identifikasi resiko, analisis resiko, evaluasi resiko, dan perlakuan resiko. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 23 kemungkinan resiko yang bisa saja terjadi dimana memiliki 13 kemungkinan resiko yang tinggi (High), 5 kemungkinan yang sedang (Medium), dan 5 kemungkinan resiko yang rendah (Low). This study aims to determine the results of risk management analysis using the ISO 31000 method in the SRIKANDI application in the hope of minimizing the level of risk in using the SRIKANDI application at the Manado City Government Communication and Information Office. The SRIKANDI application is an application used to facilitate archives that can support electronic-based archive management and government governance. Some of the stages that have been carried out include the stages of data collection, risk identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation, and risk treatment. Based on the results of the analysis conducted, the results showed that there are 23 possible risks that could occur which have 13 high-risk possibilities (High), 5 medium possibilities (Medium), and 5 low-risk possibilities (Low).

Abstract

In the industrial era 4.0, as it is now, all-digital processes to support business are commonplace. So that we need a design that can align between the business processes of a company with the information system owned by the company. PT. PLN (Prima Layanan Nasipnal) Enjiniring is a company engaged in the field of electricity engineering consulting under the auspices of or a subsidiary of PT. Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero), which carries out planning, construction, operation and maintenance as well as performance management in electricity and non-electricity infrastructure and the role of Information Technology is very necessary in the running of Business Processes in this company. The application of Information Systems and Information Technology at PLN. Enjiniring is currently not yet integrated with each other so that the application of IS/IT has not run optimally and has not been effective in data exchange, so it is necessary to hold integration of information systems managed by the Information Technology Section of PT. PLN. Enjiniring so that in to design an integrated information system requires Enterprise Architecture (EA) using the TOGAF ADM framework. The results of this EA design are in the form of artifacts in the TOGAF ADM component which are expected with these artifacts to become recommendations in the implementation of integrated information system infrastructure in information systems managed by the Information Technology Section of PT. PLN. Enjiniring so that with the implementation of an integrated information system it can support the process business that runs on PT. PLN. Enjiniring.

Abstract

AbstrakDusun Cukil, Kecamatan Tengaran, Kabupaten Semarang merupakan sentra budidaya kopi excelsa atau kopi nongko yang memiliki potensi rasa khas namun menghadapi kendala pada pemangkasan dan pengelolaan pohon peneduh. Pemangkasan yang kurang tepat menyebabkan tajuk tanaman terlalu tinggi, banyak cabang tidak produktif, serta intensitas cahaya kurang optimal akibat naungan berlebih. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan petani dalam pemangkasan dan pengelolaan pohon peneduh guna mengoptimalkan pertumbuhan, kesehatan, dan produktivitas kebun kopi. Mitra kegiatan ini adalah Kelompok Tani Kembang, yang beranggotakan 21 petani kopi excelsa. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyuluhan teknis mengenai klasifikasi cabang, teknik pemangkasan bentuk, produksi, dan peremajaan, serta pengaturan naungan pohon peneduh dari jenis leguminosae. Kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan praktik lapangan menggunakan alat bantu gunting galah untuk menjangkau cabang tinggi, dan pendampingan selama enam hari (26-31 Juli 2025) di kebun kopi petani. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta sebesar 80% berdasarkan perbandingan pre-test dan post-test. Secara teknis, 85% tanaman pascapelatihan memiliki tajuk sesuai standar, dengan tinggi 1,5-2,0m, proporsi cabang produktif minimal 70%, dan tajuk seimbang serta tingkat naungan 40-60%. Kegiatan ini direkomendasikan untuk direplikasi pada kelompok tani kopi di wilayah dengan kondisi agroklimat serupa guna meningkatkan mutu dan daya saing kopi. Kata kunci: kopi excelsa; pemangkasan; pohon peneduh, pelatihan; Dusun Cukil AbstractDusun Cukil, Tengaran Sub-district, Semarang Regency, is a production center for excelsa coffee, locally known as kopi nongko, which has distinctive flavor potential but faces challenges in pruning and shade tree management. Improper pruning has resulted in excessively tall canopies, numerous unproductive branches, and suboptimal light penetration due to excessive shade. This community service program aimed to enhance farmers’ knowledge and skills in pruning and managing shade trees to optimize the growth, health, and productivity of coffee plantations. The program’s partner was the Kelompok Tani Kembang, consisting of 21 excelsa coffee farmers. The implementation method included technical training on branch classification, formative, production, and rejuvenation pruning techniques, as well as shade management using leguminous species. The program continued with field practice, where participants used pole pruners to reach tall branches, followed by a six-day mentoring period (July 26- 31, 2025) on farmers’ coffee plots. The results showed an 80% increase in participants’ knowledge, as evidenced by pre-test and post-test comparisons. Technically, 85% of post-training coffee trees met the recommended canopy standards, height of 1.5-2.0m, at least 70% productive branches, balanced canopy shape, and optimal shade coverage of 40-60%. This training program is recommended for replication among coffee farmer groups in regions with similiar agroclimatic conditions to improve the quality and competitiveness of excelsa coffee. Keywords: excelsa coffee; pruning; shade tree management; training; Dusun Cukil

Abstract

Bina Darma foundation is a non-profit organization established by SWCU and GMKI. The main activities of the Bina Darma foundation are a leadership training program, journal publishing, and guesthouse rental. Problems that occur in the foundation include the management of human resources related to IT is not appropriate. To solve the problem, there needs to be control and evaluation to see how the condition of IT governance in Bina Darma Foundation uses the framework COBIT 5 domain DSS (Delivery, Service, and Support). The result of this research is capability level is currently at level 1 (Performed process), while the capability level is expected to be at level 2 (Managed process). Therefore, recommendations are given so that the IT governance in Bina Darma Foundation can work optimally to support the achievement of the organization's business objectives efficiently.

Abstract

Betacom is one of the pawnshops established since 2017, which is engaged in the service of distributing loan money to the public based on pawn law with electronic goods guarantees such as mobile phones, laptops, TVs, and so on. In carrying out its business processes, Betacom pawnshops have implemented information systems and information technology but are still not optimal, have not been integrated with each other and are not in line with the mission vision and business strategy of Betacom pawnshops. Therefore, proper strategic planning is needed. This strategic planning will be carried out using the Tozer method, to produce a strategic planning model of information systems that can support and improve the business processes of Betacom pawnshops. This research aims to improve the quality of business processes and SI / IT that can answer solutions to problems that occur. The output resulting from this research is in the form of recommendations for the results of strategic planning of information systems that can be used in the future.

Abstract

This study focuses on development of a web-based information system for Father House Community Church (FHCC) in Salatiga, using the CodeIgniter 4 framework. The system is designed to support the digital management of church activities, including congregation data management, dissemination of church information, cell group (iCare) mapping, and the provision of daily devotionals in a digital format. The research applies a system development approach based on the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture, which separates the application logic, data management, and user interface to improve system development efficiency. The system development includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing to ensure that the application meets the needs of users. The results show that the developed system effectively improves the efficiency and accuracy of congregation data management while facilitating better communication between the church administration and its members. Moreover, the web-based platform allows users to access church information and services in real time through a browser without requiring additional software installation, thereby improving accessibility, usability, and overall service quality.

Abstract

With the high traffic flow in Bawen sub-district, traffic accidents are one of the unavoidable events. With so many accident cases in Bawen sub-district, the use of accident data in identifying areas based on traffic accident vulnerability is still very minimal. Therefore, this study was conducted to group and map the Bawen sub-district area based on the level of vulnerability to traffic accidents using the k-means clustering algorithm. The results of this study divide the areas in Bawen sub-district into three clusters, namely very accident-prone, accident-prone and somewhat accident-prone. To validate the use of K-means clustering, the Davies Boulder index method was used. From the use of this method, it is found that the use of K-means clustering with the number of 3 clusters is more optimal than the number of other clusters. With this research, it is hoped that it can help the local government and police in making policies for driving in the area.Keywords: Accidents hotspots; Geographic Information System; K-Means Clustering AbstrakDengan tingginya arus lalu lintas pada kecamatan Bawen, kecelakaan lalu lintas adalah salah satu kejadian yang tidak dapat dipisahkan. Dengan banyaknya kasus kecelakaan pada kecamatan bawen, penggunaan data kecelakaan dalam melakukan identifikasi daerah berdasarkan kerawanan kecelakaan lalu lintas masih sangat minim. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melakukan pengelompokkan dan pemetaan daerah kecamatan Bawen berdasarkan tingkat rawan kecelakaan lalu lintas menggunakan algoritma k-means clustering. Hasil dari penelitian ini membagi daerah-daerah pada kecamatan Bawen menjadi tiga klaster, yaitu sangat rawan kecelakaan, rawan kecelakaan dan agak rawan kecelakaan. Untuk memvalidasi penggunaan K-means Clustering, digunakan metode Davies Boulder index. Dari penggunaan metode ini, didapatkan hasil bahwa penggunaan K-means Clustering dengan jumlah 3 klaster lebih optimal dibandingkan jumlah klaster yang lainnya.
