Abstract

The Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Development (BKPSDM), Salatiga City, implements e-Kinerja to analyze job requirements, job workloads and units or work units, as a basis for calculating work performance and awarding awards. BKPSDM has never measured the success of using e-Kinerja. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the implementation of e-Kinerja in BKPSDM, Salatiga City using the DeLone-McLean model. E-Kinerja users in BKPSDM, Salatiga City are a sample of this research. The total sample was 66 respondents. The questionnaires were measured using Likert Scale and testing was conducted using the Pearson Product Moment Correlation method. Research obtained empirical evidence that successful implementation of e-Kinerja plays a role in improving performance in BKPSDM. The research findings are also robust in additional testing. The average weight of the measurement item, which is 4.04 and the success rate of e-Kinerja implementation is 80.8 percent. E-kinerja successful in improving job performance in BKPSDM, Salatiga City.

Abstract

RT RW Net merupakan sebuah penyedia jasa internet berskala mikro (dalam satu wilayah). MR Net merupakan salah satu penyedia jasa RT RW Net yang ada di daerah Bawen. Sampai saat ini MR Net mengelola data administratif dengan metode manual yang menyebabkan kegiatan proses bisnisnya terhambat, karena itu dirancanglah sistem informasi berbasis website dengan sistem yang saling terintegrasi. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan metode waterfall dan data yang dibutuhkan oleh perancang didapatkan dengan observasi langsung dan wawancara. Sistem informasi yang terbentuk ialah halaman login, menu dashboard, menu user, menu ticketing, menu tagihan aktif, dan menu profile. Untuk pengguna dibagi menjadi dua role, admin dan user, yang masing-masing role memiliki fungsi tersendiri. Role admin memiliki fungsi mengelola data user, tiketing, dan tagihan. Role user memiliki fungsi melihat riwayat tagihan pribadi, pengajuan tiket, dan mengelola data pribadi. Keseluruhan data akan tersimpan pada database lokal yang diharapkan dapat menunjang proses bisnis administratif, serta meminimalisir terjadinya kesalahan dan kehilangan data.

Abstract

Changes in land use from agriculture to residential and industry continue to occur in Tuntang District, and analysis is needed to identify areas experiencing the most significant changes. Development growth triggered by an increase in population can cause significant changes, such as the conversion of land from forests to agricultural land or plantations, as well as from agricultural land to residential and industrial areas. To monitor land changes, Remote Sensing is used as an effective tool. This method allows data analysis without direct contact with the object being studied. The use of Landsat-8 imagery, as a remote sensing tool, can help identify variations in vegetation. Analysis using the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) calculation method can provide information about the level of vegetation density in the area. The research results show significant changes in vegetation density in Tuntang District from 2019 to 2022. This change is believed to be related to the increase in population, which may be a driving force for several areas to experience development and changes in land function.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini dilakukan bersama mitra Instituta Hak Asasi Perempuan (IHAP). Dalam fungsinya sebagai salah satu LSM yang melakukan penanganan kasus kekerasan terhadap perempuan dan ragam identitas gender dan seksualitas, IHAP mengalami kesulitan dalam pendokumentasian kasus kekerasan dari korban atau penyintas terutama di masa pandemi yang tidak memungkinkan untuk mendokumentasikan kasus secara langsung. Hal ini dikarenakan belum ada media atau sarana yang dapat diakses korban dimanapun dan kapanpun. Selain itu, fungsi pendampingan terhadap korban kekerasan sering seringkali mengalami kendala waktu serta korban yang enggan berkomunikasi langsung dengan konselor karena merasa malu. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya aplikasi yang dapat mengakomodir permasalahan tersebut. Untuk sampai pada implementasi aplikasi tersebut, maka perlu dilakukan proses requirement engineering sebagai dasar bagi pembangunan aplikasi. PkM ini menghasilkan dokumen SRS (Software Requirement Specification) yang disepakati bersama untuk menjadi blue print bagi pembangunan dan implementasi aplikasi pelaporan dan konseling pada korban berbasis gender.

Abstract

Land cover changes in Pangururan District, Samosir Regency, are a significant phenomenon due to population growth and development. This study aims to analyze land cover changes over the period 2018-2022 using Geographic Information System (GIS) technology and Sentinel-2 satellite imagery. The analysis was conducted using the overlay method to compare land cover maps from two different time periods. The results indicate an increase in agricultural land and built-up areas, along with a decrease in shrubland. These changes have impacted the environment and local communities, including erosion potential, declining soil quality, and urbanization. This study is expected to provide insights for sustainable land management in Samosir Regency.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk membantu Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) binaan Kampung KB Sembada, Desa Samirono untuk memperoleh legalitas bisnis melalui pendampingan pengurusan perizinan berusaha. Ada tiga perijianan yang didampingi, yaitu Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB), Sertifikat Halal, dan Sertifikat Produksi Pangan-Industri Rumah Tangga (SPP-IRT). Peserta kegiatan ini berjumlah 18 UMKM. Ada tiga tahapan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini. Pertama, sosialisasi perizinan berusaha. Kedua, pendataan dan pendampingan perizinan berusaha. Ketiga, pendaftaran perizinan berusaha. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dari tanggal 5 sampai 23 September 2023. Dari 18 UMKM, hanya 13 UMKM yang berkomitmen untuk didampingi dalam kegiatan pengurusan perizinan, tiga UMKM sudah memiliki izin berusaha lengkap, dan dua UMKM tidak bersedia mengurus perizinan berusaha karena merasa belum membutuhkannya. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah terdapat 10 (sepuluh) UMKM yang mendapatkan NIB, delapan UMKM yang telah mengajukan permohonan untuk Sertifikat Halal, dan 6 (enam) produk UMKM yang telah terbit SPP-IRT. Produk UMKM yang telah terbit SPP-IRT masih memiliki kewajiban memenuhi komitmen mengikuti penyuluhan keamanan pangan dan memenuhi persyaratan cara produksi pangan dalam jangka waktu tiga sampai enam bulan, sehingga Kampung KB Sembada masih harus terus melakukan pendampingan hingga kewajiban tersebut terpenuhi. Kata kunci: kampung KB; perizinan berusaha; UMKM ABSTRACTThis community service activity aims to help Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) assisted by Kampung KB Sembada, Samirono Village, obtain business legality through assistance in processing business permits:Business Permit Number (NIB), Halal Certificate, and Household Food-Industry Production Certificate (SPP-IRT). Participants in this activity were 18 MSMEs. There are three stages in this community service. First, socialization of business licensing. Second, data collection and business licensing assistance. Third, registration of business permits. This service activity was held from 5 to 23 September 2023. Of the 18 MSMEs, only 13 were committed to being assisted in the business permits, three had complete business permits, and two were unwilling to take care of business permits because they felt they did not need them. This community service activity shows that 10 MSMEs have had NIB issued, eight MSMEs have submitted applications for Halal Certificate, and six MSME products have had SPP-IRT issued. MSMEsproducts that have been issued SPP-IRT still must fulfill their commitment to follow food safety education and satisfy the requirements for suitable food production methods within a period of three to six months so that the Kampung KB Sembada still have to continue to assist until this obligation fulfilled. Keywords: kampung KB ; business permits; MSME

Abstract

Travel in Marau sub-district is a company that operates in the transportation services sector, which is located precisely in Suka Karya village, Marau sub-district, Ketapang city, West Kalimantan. This company provides travel, car rental and goods delivery services. However, in conducting business, this company has not implemented or involved IS/IT in running its existing business. So, when carrying out company operations, it is recommended to carry out information system strategic planning, this aims to assist in the preparation of information systems so that later they can gain profits and are in line with the company's business objectives. This writing method uses qualitative, with data collection carried out by observation, interviews, observation and research using the Ward and Peppard method and analyzed using SWOT, Value Chain, Five Porter's, Mc Farlan's Strategic Grid. From the results of the research that has been carried out, there are 5 recommendations in the proposed application portfolio, namely. Recording and bookkeeping using Word and Excel which was previously done manually, using a website-based travel service information system to make things easier for consumers, carrying out promotions via social media to reach more consumers, using an Asset Management Information System and cashiers in carrying out management and operations.

Abstract

CV. Suien Insan Persada is a wood processing company whose production uses logs as the starting material. The wood is then processed into wood sheets for furniture manufacturing companies and shipped overseas. This wood industry is located in Kab. Boyolali, Central Java. CV. Suien Insan Persada has not used adequate information technology. Data processing carried out by the production department produces manual reports that are given and managed directly by the administration section. This method makes filing more difficult to manage because manual reports in the form of writing on paper are easily damaged, and there is a risk of data being lost. The problems that occur in CV. Suien Insan Persada needs a solution to make CV easier. Suien Insan Persada in making a report to resolve the above problems. The solution to overcome the problem is utilizing Information Technology (IT) with a good strategic plan by creating an information system architecture in the form of TOGAF ADM. TOGAF ADM was chosen because it has a detailed and open-source framework that can be used by CV. Suien Insan Persada to build an Enterprise Architecture (EA) that suits the needs. Besides that, TOGAF has the advantage of being flexible and open source. The results showed that TOGAF ADM could produce IS/IT strategic plan documents expected to solve the problems faced by CV. Abstract

Information systems have become an integral component in supporting the operations of student organizations at Satya Wacana Christian University (UKSW). These systems are designed to streamline data management, enhance communication, and improve operational efficiency, ultimately supporting academic and extracurricular activities. Despite their potential, the implementation of information systems in student organizations faces challenges, including technical limitations and resistance to change. This qualitative study employed a case study approach to explore the role, supporting factors, and challenges of information systems in student organizations at UKSW. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with three student leaders, document analysis, and observation. A thematic analysis method was used to categorize and interpret the data, providing a comprehensive understanding of the system's impact and areas for improvement. The findings reveal that information systems significantly improve the efficiency of data management, event coordination, and communication among student organizations. Centralized data systems facilitate task distribution and enhance transparency and accountability. However, challenges such as technical limitations among students, system bugs, and inconsistent updates hinder optimal utilization. Strong institutional support, active student involvement, and continuous training were identified as critical enablers of successful implementation. The study highlights the need for improvements in user training, technical support, and system interactivity to overcome challenges and maximize the benefits of information systems. Recommendations include increasing system user-friendliness, ensuring regular updates, and fostering collaboration between IT teams and student organizations. These steps are crucial for enhancing system adoption, engagement, and overall effectiveness.

Abstract

Pengelolaan dan pengarsipan SK di lingkungan FKIP membutuhkan suatu sistem informasi manajemen supaya proses pengelolaan dan pengarsipan SK FKIP UKSW dapat dilakukan secara efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang Sistem Informasi Manajemen Surat Keputusan (SISKA) yang dapat mempermudah pengarsipan dan mempercepat pencarian maupun mengakses arsip SK. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dimana peneliti mengembangkan Web SISKA dengan menggunakan metode waterfall. Web SISKA menggunakan PHP dan MySQL. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan sistem informasi manajemen SK berbasis web service dapat mengoptimalkan pengelolaan dan pengarsipan SK FKIP UKSW. Web SISKA ini dapat memonitoring proses pengusulan, pembuatan, disposisi SK Dekan maupun SK Rektor. Dengan terbentuknya web SISKA yang diintegrasikan dengan web FKIP UKSW yang berbasis PHP maka dapat meningkatkan pengelolaan dan pengarsipan SK di FKIP UKSW.
