Abstract

Central Sulawesi's Palu city is one of the regions in Indonesia that is vulnerable to tsunami disasters. A tsunami disaster is a disaster that can cause many victims of both casualties and materials. One of the disaster mitigation to reduce the victim's fall is by evacuating the community to a safer place, to evacuate the population required evacuation routes that can direct people to evacuation sites. The purpose of this research is to make a tsunami runoff using cost distance and to make tsunami evacuation and use a Network analyst on Arcgis 10.4 software. The most affected regional analysis is the Northern Palu sub-district with a total area of 8.643528 km2, and there are 93 evacuation routes with 92 evacuation points. The longest evacuation route is 4,297 M with a travel time of 27.6 minutes with running and the shortest evacuation route of 96 m with a travel time of 0.6 minutes by running.

Abstract

The city of Salatiga, located in the province of Central Java, is one of the cities affected by the spread of COVID-19 in Indonesia. The first COVID-19 case in the city of Salatiga was confirmed on 31 March 2020 until now it has reached more than eighty people. The increasing number of cases and the lack of information on the spread of COVID-19 and the information provided are static. This information, this research aims to build and utilize the WebGIS application as one of the information for the spread of COVID-19 in Salatiga. Mapping the area in this application uses a shapefile file and is converted to a GeoJSON file. It uses Blogspot as web hosting and javascript leaflets to display GIS maps and designs and uses the Exponential Smoothing method to forecast COVID-19 cases and use the web equal 4.0 method for website testing. The results of this study to provide information about the spread of COVID-19 in the city of Salatiga. Interactive map and forecasts of COVID-19 cases in the city of Salatiga. In this study, the single exponential smoothing has the smallest MAPE value, namely 35.2360. It results in a prediction on July 20 to 26, 2020, which has decreased to 1 positive case consisting of the lowest number in this forecasting is -2. The highest number shows four positive cases. And the website testing using the webqual 4.0 standard, respondents agreed with the website's usability and information quality, and it was sufficient for website service interaction.

Abstract

In the IS IT organization is the most important part in service activities and smooth business operational activities, PN Salatiga uses the E-Court application from the Supreme Court which functions as a community service forum for case handling, namely case registration (e-filing), online advance payment (e -Payment), electronic summons (e-Summons) and electronic trials (e-Litigation). at Salatiga District Court in handling that still do not use the references used to manage disasters, so the settlement process does not run optimally. If there is an E-Court incident, it will have an impact on service satisfaction for users. This requires incident management with optimal management in accordance with incident standards. The framework used is ITIL V4 with the main components being a service value system and 4 dimensions, the fourth dimension is the value flow and the process which allows the value stream to have an overview for continuous improvement. The research method uses a qualitative approach that can make it easier to see the condition of incident management at Salatiga District Court. This study aims to see and see the handling of the Salatiga PN incident in the management of the ITIL V4 incident. Describe how incident handling is implemented with incident management at ITIL. Incident management SOPs prepared and can be used to support management services at the Salatiga District Court.

Abstract

Unit Pelayanan Pendapatan Daerah (UPPD) Kota Salatiga adalah Instansi pemerintah, bertugas dalam penerimaan pendapatan daerah melalui pengoordinasian dan pemungutan pajak, retribusi, bagi hasil pajak, dan lainya. Peninjauan kelayakan sistem informasi merupakan cara melindungi data dari penyalahgunaan informasi. Karena itu diperlukan pengukuran proses pada aplikasi pendukung kerja, untuk mengukur kelayakan serta mencapai tujuan bisnis instansi. Penelitian menggunakan Kerangka kerja COBIT 4.1 melalui Domain Monitoring and Evaluate (ME), kemudian tingkat kematangan melalui maturity level dan GAP. Dalam domain ME pada COBIT 4.1 terdapat 4 kontrol yakni, ME1 (Monitor and Evaluate IT Performance), ME2 (Monitor and Evaluate Internal Control), ME3 (Obtain Independent Assurance), dan ME4 (Provide IT Governance). Penelitian difokuskan pada proses manajemen , pengelolaan pengendalian internal serta berjalan atau tidak suatu peraturan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Pada hasil implementasi, framework ME pada tingkat Defined Process, diketahui maturity level memiliki rata-rata 3,8 dengan expected level tingkat 4 yaitu managed and measurable, serta memiliki nilai GAP sebesar 0,2. Hasil maturity level, subdomain nilai tertinggi pada ME4 yakni 3,92 yang berada pada level Defined Process dan sudomain nilai terendah pada ME1 dengan nilai 3,59 yang berada pada level Defined Process. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat menjadi tolak ukur untuk kemajuan instansi kedepannya.

Abstract

The Salatiga Communications and Information Office (DISKOMINFO) is one of the Salatiga City Government apparatus which has the task of managing the communication and information technology sector in the government to assist the mayor who refers to the Ministry of Communication and Information. Proper Information Technology risk management is needed to reduce risk. IT risks such as server down, virus on PC, damage or loss of data and so on. Seeing these problems, this study describes the analysis of IT risk management at DISKOMINFO using the COBIT 5 framework with the APO domain (Align, Plan, Organize) 12. The results of the study describe potentially detrimental risks and provide recommendations as solutions to reduce potential risks. losses that may arise.

Abstract

Requirements engineering is the initial phase of the software development life cycle it is a critical aspect of application development since it has a significant impact on the results of the product being created. This article focuses on the engineering requirements of the web-based application development process for reporting and assisting victims of violence against women using the Loucopoulos and Kanakostas Iterative Requirements Engineering Process Model. The application was created to contribute to the solution of the problem of violence against women in Indonesia, where violence against women is an iceberg phenomenon because not all incidents are reported. Furthermore, victims of violence against women require support in receiving emotional support in the form of counseling, which can be done online via chat or video calls. The results of these requirements engineering are alternative solutions, application feature design, database design, system modeling using UML, and application architecture design. The validation of requirements engineering was carried out using a low fidelity prototype

Abstract

The process of manually recording and visualizing data that has high and complicated transaction rates, is no longer relevant for analyzing errors that often occur in company. The impact is the information generated becomes inaccurate in decision making. Problems that are often experienced by companies in visualizing data are non-real-time, non-integrated data, and irregular data visualization. In an effort to minimize problems such as real-time, not integrated, and irregular data visualization, the role of data visualization is needed to improve company performance. Based on these problems the researcher provides a solution, namely designing a geographic information system visualizing sales field activity data, by providing information about visualizing sales field activity data in real-time through the widget contained in the Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS (ODA). The stages of this research are the study of literature, entering polygon zones, making application-based forms, making application-based coordination, inputting dummy data, collecting data, making maps, making data visualization applications, and analyzing data. The results of this study can monitor workers who have good performance that is seen from the indicator completed most of each worker shows that geobiz_admin has completed as many as 6 completed. And can know the movement (tracking) of workers who come out of the work zone, from the analysis there is one mobile worker who came out of Zone II and entered Zone I and Zone III.

Abstract

Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (Disdukcapil) Kota Tomohon merupakan instansi pemerintahan yang memiliki kewenangan dalam bidang administrasi kenegaraan. Teknologi Informasi merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan suatu organisasi. Untuk itu, dibutuhkan sebuah perencanaan strategis sistem informasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan bisnis serta tujuan organisasi. Pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Tomohon sudah menerapkan Sistem Informasi dan Teknologi Informasi (SI/TI) dalam menunjang tugas kerja setiap harinya. Namun, pada Disdukcapil belum memiliki perencanaan strategis sistem informasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menyusun perencanaan strategis sistem informasi yang sesuai dengan visi misi instansi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Ward And Peppard dengan berbagai analisis seperti analisis SWOT, Value Chain, dan Mc Farlan Strategic Grid. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berupa portofolio perencanaan strategis sistem informasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan Disdukcapil.

Abstract

CV.Grafika Prima Mitra merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang percetakan pada CV.Grafika Prima Mitra belum menerapkan SI/TI sehingga kinerja menjadi tidak effisien karena belum mengunakan sistem sehingga perencanaan pengembangan belum terarah . Oleh karena itu, dilakukan penelitian tentang perencanaan strategis sistem informasi menggunakan kerangka ward and peppard. Dalam menyusun perencanaa strategis sistem informasi di CV.Grafika Prima Mitra dilakukan beberapa teknis analisis yakni: analisis lingkungan internal/eksternal menggunakan SWOT, sedangkan analisis lingkungan bisnis internal dan eksternal SI/TI menggunakan value chain. Pemetaan portofolio aplikasi SI di CV.Grafika Prima Mitra saat ini dan masa mendatang menggunkan Mc Farlan Strategic Gird. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut menghasilkan beberapa rekomendasi diantaranya pengembangan Web, Sistem Informasi Inventaris, Sistem Informasi Keuangan, Sistem Infromasi Pengelolaan persediaan barang dan bahan baku, serta Sistem Informasi Absensi dan cuti. Rekomendasi tersebut diharapkan dijadikan acuan pengembangan SI/TI perusahaan guna mencapai keunggulan kompetitif.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi memudahkan manusia dalam mengakses sebuah informasi, salah satunya adalah informasi spasial. Sistem informasi Geografis (SIG) adalah sistem berbasis komputer yang dapat mentransformasi, memanipulasi, dan menganalisis data spasial, salah satunya dalam pengembangan pariwisata. Informasi mengenai pariwisata di suatu tempat atau kota dapat dengan mudah didapat dengan adanya sistem informasi pariwisata. Pariwisata dapat meningkatkan perekonomian di suatu daerah. Semakin banyak tempat wisata, dan semakin banyak wisatawan yang mengunjunginya, maka akan menambah pendapatan daerah tersebut serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di suatu daerah tertentu. Kota Salatiga memiliki beberapa lokasi wisata rekreasi sampai wisata kuliner, namun tidak banyak yang mengetahui lokasi dari tempat-tempat tersebut, sehingga perlu dibuat sebuah sistem informasi geografis pariwisata dan rute angkutan umum berbasis website agar mudah dioperasikan dimana pun dan kapan pun. Sistem informasi geografis pariwisata dan rute angkutan umum berbasis website ditujukan untuk wisatawan yang datang ke kota Salatiga agar dapat mengakses informasi pariwisata dan angkutan umum yang menuju ke lokasi wisata yang ada di kota Salatiga secara online dan lengkap dalam pemberian informasinya. Perancangan Sistem Informasi Geografis Pariwisata dan Angkutan Umum ini dimulai dengan menentukan ide atau gagasan, mengumpulkan data, membuat UML, dan membuat representasi visual dalam kode HTML yang dapat dibuka melalui browser sebagai Sistem Informasi Geografis berbasis Web.
