Abstract

PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (Telkom) is engaged in information and communication technology and network services. Information technology (IT) plays an important role in PT Telkom's business processes, so it needs to be managed using the Control Objectives for Business and Related Technology (COBIT) framework. COBIT 2019 accommodates new IT trends in business, so that it can serve as a guide for auditors, users and management to bridge the gap between risk, control, and technical problems at PT Telkom, especially in the management of the Boost The Order (SIBORDER) Information System. IT governance audit is a control mechanism for SIBORDER management. Therefore, before conducting the audit, the auditor needs to make an audit plan to make it easier when allocating resources so that the audit is carried out effectively and efficiently. This research aims to design a SIBORDER governance audit guide using the COBIT 2019 framework. The design begins first, by identifying stakeholder needs, enterprise goals and weighting design factors. The results of stakeholder needs, namely optimizing risk and resources, while enterprise goals, namely EG01, EG05, EG06 and EG13, and the results of domain identification as focus areas, namely BAI 10, DSS 03, DSS 04 and DSS 05. Second, determination of information sources based on the RACI Chart. Third, the creation of an audit worksheet that contains a list of questions for the assessment of the selected domain and the schedule of audit implementation.

Abstract

Apresiasi dan penghargaan karyawan merupakan faktor penting di dalam perusahaan, dikarenakan karyawan akan memiliki rasa bangga dan memberikan dedikasi penuh terhadap perusahaan. Human Resource Department pada PT. X memiliki banyak sekali modul-modul besar yang dapat dikelola menggunakan program, tetapi apresiasi dan penghargaan terhadap karyawan belum dapat dikelola secara program. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mempermudah pencatatan apresiasi dan penghargaan karyawan pada PT.X dengan mengubah metode dokumentasi menggunakan Microsoft Excel dengan sebuah program. Perancangan program dilakukan dengan metode perancangan dengan model Unified Modelling Language (UML) dan metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall yang terdiri dari analisis, rancangan, implementasi dan pengujian terhadap program. Hasil dari penelitian memenuhi kekurangan yang selama ini PT. X butuhkan dalam mencatat apresiasi dan penghargaan karyawan secara terstruktur dan sistematis.

Abstract

CV. Laksana Karoseri is a bus carousel company from Ungaran that assembles various bus bodies. In an effort to help the development of good human resources, every year CV. Laksana Karoseri has an industrial work lecture program that accepts hundreds of internship students every year. However, the program has not been running and is well organized because some activity processes have not run optimally, for example, the acceptance of internships, attendance and scheduling of internships that are not managed properly. Therefore, it is necessary to have SI / IT strategic planning to improve management and deal with problems that occur in industrial work lecture programs at CV. Laksana Karoseri. This research was conducted by conducting interviews and observations on CV. Laksana Karoseri. The method used to carry out this SI / IT strategic planning is the Ward and Peppard method which includes Value Chain, SWOT, PEST and Five Force Model analysis which then produces an application portfolio, namely the Registration Information System and Industrial Work Lecture Details, the website and mobile version of the Scheduling and Attendance Information System, the Weekly Activity Log Book Information System and the Internship Report Document Archive Information System which was mapped using McFarlan's analysis. The results of the SI/IT strategic plan will be implemented within four years.

Abstract

The Salatiga City Youth and Sports Office is a government agency engaged in Youth, Scouting, and Sports. Information systems and information technology (SI / IT) greatly influence the success of an organization in achieving its goals. Currently, the Salatiga City Youth and Sports Office in implementing SI / IT is still not optimal, therefore this research is about the strategic design of information systems using the ward and peppard method. The ward and peppard method consist of SWOT analysis, Value Chain Analysis, PEST Analysis, McFarlan Analysis, and Five Force Model Analysis. The results of this study are recommendations for a portfolio of information systems, namely the Sports Building Lending Information System, the Activity Report Filing Information System, the Athlete Information System, and the Youth Information System. The information system implementation plan will be carried out within the next 4 years.

Abstract

Toko Langgeng Jaya Timbangan cabang Magelang merupakan salah satu toko yang sudah memiliki sistem di dalamnya, salah satunya adalah sistem manajemen penjualan. Namun masih banyak pekerjaan admin yang harus dilakukan secara manual. Dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan SDLC, dapat dilakukan pengembangan dari sistem yang sebelumnya dengan melakukan analisis kemudian membuat desain sistem baru yang diharapkan dapat mempermudah pekerjaan admin dari yang awalnya harus dilakukan secara manual, dapat dilakukan dengan otomatis menggunakan sistem dari aplikasi.

Abstract

Bengkulu city is an area facing the Indo-Australian tectonic plate, resulting in frequent earthquakes above 5 on the Richter scale and triggering the potential for a tsunami. This research was conducted in 9 sub-districts of Bengkulu City and aimed to design a geographic information system for pre-disaster mitigation that provides a visual form of tsunami exposure and allows users to carry out analysis independently route point locations to evacuation sites. The method used is overlaying and scoring the map of distance from the coastline, distance from the river, elevation and slope, so as to obtain an exposure map that can be used as a reference in conducting network analyst closet facility. The data that has been analyzed is then uploaded to ArcGIS Online to be customized and configured as WebGIS. The results showed that there were 7 sub-districts that had high levels of exposure and had routed 58 incident points to 17 temporary evacuation sites.

Abstract

PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia is one of the largest service or goods provider companies in Indonesia. PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, which focuses on the fields of Telecommunication, Information, Media, Edutainment, and Services, which is shortened to (TIMES), prepares products such as Indihome and Wifi.ID to facilitate all Indonesian people. This study aims to analyze Indihome customer satisfaction, especially in the city of Salatiga by using a type of research method using a quantitative approach based on the dimensions of product satisfaction, price quality, service quality, on customer satisfaction. The research data used 113 data and were processed with SPSS software through validity, reliability, descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results showed that the independent variable (X) studied, namely product satisfaction, price quality, service quality had an effect of 73.2%. on the dependent variable (Y), namely customer satisfaction, while the other 26.8% is influenced by other factors outside the variables studied. So it can be concluded that the current Indihome products in terms of product satisfaction, price quality, service quality are very good.

Abstract

In the era of information technology development as it is now needed a platform such as a website or application to facilitate the process and also activities on an activity or job. One of the activities in question is the existence of room management, when there is a loan of space to carry out meetings or socialization. In the process of borrowing this room there are still a lot of agencies that still use the system manually so that the level of efficiency is still low and less meet. In designing this system, the authors conducted a case study at the Department of Education Salatiga as a place of borrowing meeting rooms and socialization. If the agency has a website that is made to facilitate the process related to borrowing space, then later the agency is no longer needed to come to the Department of Education Salatiga. For that the author tries to design a system in order to facilitate the agencies in the process of borrowing space. And the selection of the web application platform is chosen to make it easier for agencies to use this service without having to install applications that will usually take up memory on the device and can be accessed anywhere by the user, in this web design researchers use Code Igniter software with PHP programming language.. In this study the method used the method used to analyze the problems in this study using the method of PIECES (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, Service). This information system is built to improve the management process of borrowing space more effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, with the development of information technology which is growing rapidly, it becomes a necessity for a government. Information Technology is an electronic device that functions to process data, store information, and send and process data. Sophisticated technology can have data that is relevant, accurate, and timely so that it can be used in various fields of the world of digitalization. The application of information technology in government has an important role, where for each use it requires the existence of a supporting technology to facilitate digital-based work. One of the government agencies is using the Healthy City Information Window Information System (JELITA), namely the Salatiga City Health Office, a government agency engaged in the Health sector that adopts an Information System to create a healthy district or city. The research was conducted using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) analysis with a qualitative approach method, directly conducting interviews with Salatiga City Health Service Employees in the Public Health Sector. The results of this research are that the JELITA Information System plays an important role in assisting work activities in ranking healthy cities, namely adding important documents that are done online or digitally without having to do it manually.

Abstract

Abstrak - Dinas Kependudukan  dan Catatan Sipil Kota Tangerang menggunakan sumber daya teknologi informasi untuk mempermudah dalam melakukan aktivitas pelayanan kepada masyarakat . Untuk mengetahui  sudah sejauh mana tata kelola teknologi informasi berjalan  maka dilakukan pengukuran tingkat kapabilitas tata kelola TI yang telah diterapkan . Tujuan dari dilakukannya pengukuran ini adalah untuk mengetahui sudah sampai dimanakah level kemampuan tata kelola TI yang telah diterapkan , sehingga dapat diberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan tersebut . Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan  mix method  ,dimana pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan wawancara . Dari hasil pengumpulan data berdasarkan  framework  COBIT 5  didapat pengoptimalan tata kelola TI yang berjalan (EDM01) pada saat ini berada di level 3 (managed process)  dengan status pencapaian  largely achieved  sebesar 65 % . Untuk proses pengoptimalan pelayanan manajerial (EDM02) saat ini berada pada level 4 (Predictable  process ) dengan status pencpaian  largely achieved sebesar 65 % . Proses pengelolaan resiko (EDM03)  saat ini berada di level  3 (established process) dengan ststus pencapaian largely achieved sebesar 65 % . Proses optimalisasi sumber daya (EDM04) saat ini berada pada level 3 (established process) dengan pencapaian partially achieved  sebesar  45 % . Untuk Proses optimalisasi kinerja (EDM05) saat ini berada pada level 5 (optimizing process) dengan status pencapaian  fully achieved   sebesar  100 % Kata Kunci : Tata Kelola TI , Pengukuran  tingkat kapabilitas , COBIT 5 , Domain EDM01, EDM02,EDM03,EDM04,EDM05
