Abstract

This study aims to analyze the sharia ethical system of the buyer's rights in choosing shipping services in the Shopee marketplace and the sharia moral system to changes in the pricing of shipping services in the Shopee marketplace. This research is field research using a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. Then data analysis is done by data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results show that the leveling option policy on the aspect of the right to vote for the delivery service buyer does not reflect the overall value of justice. After all, there is the right to choose the price and the right to select the delivery service quality that is not by the axioms of monotheism, balance, free will, and responsibility, but the right to choose estimates. Time has implemented these four axioms because they were by their designation at the beginning of the program and supported by changes in the features of the expedition service. The shift in pricing with a one-price system has not provided complete justice according to the four hypotheses because the existence of a one-price system triggers a gap between buyers who are geographically far from the city and shipping costs that exceed the limit. The value of the free shipping voucher was greatly affected by the failure. Get the best price, while buyers who are in geographical conditions near the city with shipping costs that do not exceed the value of the free shipping voucher are not affected because the free shipping voucher helps get the best price.

Abstract

Reog Ponorogo, a traditional Indonesian art form, plays a significant role in shaping the creative economy and cultural identity of the Ponorogo Regency. Despite their cultural importance and economic potential, the distribution of economic benefits among stakeholders remains unequal, leaving many artists economically vulnerable. This study explores the application of John Rawls’s principles of economic justice to address income disparities and foster an inclusive creative economy in the Reog Ponorogo ecosystem. Through a qualitative phenomenological approach, this research examines the lives of art actors and stakeholders, as well as the creative economic empowerment strategies implemented by the local government. The findings reveal a significant income gap between performers, who earn a modest income of 50,000–300,000 rupiah per performance, and entrepreneurs dealing with Reog attributes and souvenirs, who can generate a turnover of up to 100 million rupiah per month. Applying Rawls' principles of equal basic freedom and the difference principle, this study proposes policy recommendations and strategies to ensure fair access to opportunities, the equitable distribution of income, education and capacity building, market expansion, and policy support. By aligning these elements with Rawls' principles, the creative economy can celebrate cultural heritage, while promoting economic growth and social equality. This study bridges the gaps in the existing literature by integrating cultural preservation with economic empowerment, offering valuable insights for policymakers, cultural practitioners, and scholars in fostering an inclusive and sustainable creative economy.

Abstract

Introduction: During the pandemic, many companies experienced a decline in profitability. One of them is what happened to companies included in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). During the pandemic the performance of the board of commissioners and directors could have been more optimal while the number of salaries for the board of commissioners and directors remained even increased. This can be seen from the profitability of several companies that are members of the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII), which are still below the average standard. The profitability of several companies that are members of the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) is experiencing an imbalance. This study aims to determine the effect of the board of commissioners and directors on the profitability of companies that are members of the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for 2019-2021 and salary as a moderating variable. Research Methods: This study uses a population of companies that are members of the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for 2019-2021, using a sample of 54 companies. The type of this research is quantitative research. Meanwhile, data collection techniques use documentation and observation of the annual reports of companies that are members of the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for 2019-2021. Data analysis used is moderation regression analysis, classic assumption test, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination (R2). Result: the results of this study indicate that the boards of commissioner variables affect the profitability of companies that are members of the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for 2019- 2021. The Directors influence the profitability of companies that are members of the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for 2019-2021. Meanwhile, salaries significantly moderate the influence of the board of commissioners and directors on the profitability of companies that are members of the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for 2019-2021. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that the board of commissioners variables affect the profitability of companies that are members of the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for 2019-2021.

Abstract

The employee recruitment process is key in a company. Qualified employees are quality employees who show good human resources. KSPPS Tunas Artha Mandiri Syariah KC Magetan, in its employee recruitment, uses a job training strategy that is proven to be effective in providing employee outputs who have an attitude of religiosity and quality. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis and field research. This research serves as a tool to understand the effectiveness of job training in the recruitment process and as a basis for decision-making. Recruitment process, but also as a basis for strategic decision-making related to human resource management at KSPPS Tunas Artha Mandiri. Decisions on human resource management at KSPPS Tunas Artha Mandiri Syariah KC Magetan. In addition, this analysis also allows the company to identify weaknesses and challenges that may arise in the implementation of job training.By knowing these obstacles, KSPPS can develop more effective and efficient improvement strategies. They are more appropriate and efficient in recruiting employees with superior competence. who have superior competence.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the management of productive zakat which is experiencing obstacles, this is due to fraud from mustahik who do not use the zakat aid funds properly. The purpose of this study was to analyze the productivity of zakat management in improving the mustahik economy in LAZISNU, Sumenep Regency. The type of research used by the researcher is field research. This research approach uses descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through interviews and data analysis techniques using deductive methods that analyze general data to draw specific conclusions. The results of this study indicate that in the management of productive zakat funds, there are obstacles in determining mustahik that are not appropriate. In addition, the lack of guidance provided by amil to mustahik so that not a few of the mustahik misuse the productive zakat funds. The impact of zakat productivity on mustahik is positive and negative, this is due to the consistency of mustahik in developing productive zakat funds according to or not with the initial agreement. In this case, the researcher suggests that in the future there should be additional aspects of organizing, planning and controlling. Then the determination of mustahik must be carried out according to the right target and indeed mustahik are in need. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh pengelolaan zakat produktif yang pengalami hambatan hal itu disebabkan karna adanya kecurangan dari mustahik yang tidak menggunakan dana bantuan zakat tersebut sebagaimana mestinya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis produktifitas pengelolaan zakat dalam meningkatkan perekonomian mustahik di LAZISNU Kabupaten Sumenep. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah penelitian lapangan (field research). Pendekataan penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan teknik analisis data menggunakan metode deduktif yang menganalisis data bersifat umum untuk ditarik kesimpulan yang bersifat khusus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam pengelolaan dana zakat produktif belum maksimal terdapat kendala pada penentuan mustahik yang tidak tepat. Selain itu kurangnya pembinaan yang dilakukan amil kepada mustahik sehingga tidak sedikit dari mustahik yang menyalagunakan dana zakat produktif tersebut. Dampak produktifitas zakat kepada mustahik berupa positif dan negatif hal itu disebabkan konsistensi dari mustahik dalam mengembangkan dana zakat produktif sesuai atau tidak dengan kesepakatan awal. Dalam hal ini peneliti menyarankan kedepannya harus ada penambahan pada aspek organizing, planning dan controlling. Kemudian pada penentuan mustahik harus dilakukan sesuai dengan target yang tepat dan memang benar- benar mustahik yang membutuhkan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of public interest in paying zakat. Therefore, LAZISMU Ngawi Regency uses a mix promotion strategy to attract public interest by promoting the five existing programs at LAZISMU Ngawi Regency, namely: education, health, social da'wah, humanity, and economy. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of promotion on public interest in paying zakat at LAZISMU Ngawi Regency. The type of research used is field research. This research approach uses descriptive qualitative. The research was conducted at LAZISMU Ngawi Regency with data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the strategy used by LAZISMU Ngawi Regency has carried out 4 promotional mix mixes, namely: advertising, personal selling, publicity, and sales promotion; 2) promotions carried out by LAZISMU in Ngawi Regency can increase fundraising activities. LAZISMU Ngawi Regency uses two fundraising strategies, namely regular and incidental; 3) LAZISMU Ngawi Regency in carrying out promotions on zakat is quite good. Obtained from existing data, LAZISMU Ngawi Regency from 2019 to 2020 has increased by up to 100%. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya minat masyarakat dalam membayar zakat. Oleh karena itu, LAZISMU Kabupaten Ngawi menggunakan strategi promosi campuran untuk menarik minat masyarakat dengan cara mempromosikan lima program yang ada di LAZISMU Kabupaten Ngawi, yaitu: pendidikan, kesehatan, sosial dakwah, kemanusiaan, dan ekonomi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh promosi terhadap minat masyarakat dalam membayar zakat pada LAZISMU Kabupaten Ngawi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan, yaitu penelitian lapangan (field research). Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan di LAZISMU Kabupaten Ngawi dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kegiatan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) strategi yang digunakan LAZISMU Kabupaten Ngawi telah melakukan 4 bauran promosi, yaitu: periklanan, penjualan perseorangan, publisitas, dan promosi penjualan; 2) promosi yang dilakukan LAZISMU Kabupaten Ngawi dapat meningkatkan kegiatan penggalangan dana. LAZISMU Kabupaten Ngawi menggunakan dua strategi penggalangan dana, yaitu secara reguler dan insidental; 3) LAZISMU Kabupaten Ngawi dalam melaksanakan promosi tentang zakat sudah cukup baik. Diperoleh dari data yang ada, LAZISMU Kabupaten Ngawi dari tahun 2019 ke tahun 2020 mengalami kenaikan hingga 100%.

Abstract

Pengelolaan infak di Indonesia seiring perkembangan teknologi informasi ikut mengalami perubahan dalam pengelolaanya yang semula dilakukan secara tradisional mulai merambah menggunakan bantuan teknologi didalam pengelolaanya seperti yang telah dilakukan mushola Al Barokah dalam pengelolaannya infak dilakukan secara terbuka dengan memanfaatkan media teknologi dan informasi. Kendala yang dihadapi pengelola Infak dalam menumbuhkan minat dan motivasi di antaranya minat masyarakat untuk Infak masih rendah karena dipengaruhi oleh tingkat pendapatan yang masih rendah, program Infak yang kurang menarik, pemahaman masyarakat tentang zakat hanya sebatas zakat fitrah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengelolaan Infak Melalui Keterbukaan Informasi Pada Mushola Al Barokah Desa Sirnoboyo Kecamatan Pacitan Kabupaten Pacitan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif permasalahan berkenaan dengan proses pengelolaan Infak menggunakan bantuan teknologi informasi dengan sumber data sebanyak tiga orang narasumber memlalui metode wawancara dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pengelolaan keuangan sudah berjalan dengan baik, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan adanya peran aktif jamaah secara langsung dalam kegiatan mushola, namun penggunaan media sosial dan webside baik itu untuk pelaporan keuangan maupun program-program mushola jarang di perbarui terkait pelaporannya karena kurangnya SDM yang mampu mengelolanya.

Abstract

This research aims to identify capabilities and to formulate strategies for the role of e-commerce in developing the woven bag business in order to increase competitiveness. In this study, the problem is that when the market declines, sales of these woven bags do not sell immediately. The population in this study were 5 woven bag craftsmen in the Sambit Ponorogo sub-district. The method used in this research is qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews. The interviews in this research were conducted with the owners of woven bag businesses located in Sambit sub-district. The analysis technique is by using SWOT analysis. The research results show that this woven bag is a local Ponorogo product which has quite large potential if developed. Increasing aspects of production, personnel, marketing, capital, business management and organization are very important aspects in the management of woven bag business development. Meanwhile, from the social and cultural as well as technological aspects, it is an aspect that can be an opportunity for the development of the woven bag business. Regarding marketing, to be competitive with similar businesses, it is necessary to pay attention to several production factors, labor, marketing, capital, and management of the woven bag craft business. Meanwhile, political, regulatory, social and cultural aspects can create opportunities to develop the woven bag business using technology.

Abstract

Penerapan fungsi manajemen dalam kegiatan operasional di BPR mempunyai fungsi yang sangat penting dalam pencapaian target dan tujuan yang sudah direncanakan. Manajemen merupakan kegiatan mengatur dan mengelola SDM agar tujuan dari BPR dapat tercapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen di BPR Raga Surya Nuansa Ponorogo dalam meningkatkan pelayanan nasabah. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi selain itu juga menggunakan data skunder yang diperoleh dari buku, artikel, dan web. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di BPR Raga Surya Nuansa Ponorogo, peningkatan pelayanan nasabah dicapai melalui penerapan berbagai fungsi manajemen yaitu perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, dan pengendalian.
