Abstract

Abstrak. Salah satu dampak era globalisasi saat ini memberikan beberapa pengaruh terhadap mahasiswa adalah perubahan perilaku membeli yang cenderung pada pembelian secara berlebihan atau bisa disebut dengan perilaku konsumtif, mahasiswa tidak lagi melalukan pembelian yang berdasarkan kebutuhannya saja namun juga pemenuhan keinginan yang berlebihan (Erich Fromm, 1995). Beberapa mahasiswa berpendapat bahwa semakin dirinya mengikuti trend maka dia merasa bisa masuk ke segala kelompok pertemanan, beberapa mahasiswa juga melakukan pembelian dikarenakan tertarik pada iklan, ingin koleksi, bahkan mencari sebuah status untuk dipuji oleh orang lain, maka dari itu dibutuhkan subjectif well being sebagai pembatas untuk meminimalisir kecenderungan perilaku konsumtif tersebut dengan selalu merasa cuku dan mau mengevaluasi diri dalam kesehariannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakag ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari perilaku konsumtif dan subjectif well being terhadap kepercayaan diri mahasiswa, penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif deskriptif yang ditujukan untuk membedah apakah ada dampak antara perilaku konsumtif dan subjectif well being pada kepercayaan diri mahasiswa, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diperoleh nilai F hitung sebesar 29,823 yang dibandingkan dengan F tabel sebesar 3.132 yang berarti F hitung > F tabel dan nilai signifikasi F 0.000 < tingkat kesalahan a=0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan perilaku konsumtif dan subjectif well being berpengaruh terhadap kepercayaan diri mahasiswa prodi Psikologi Unira Malang. Kata Kunci: Perilaku konsumtif; Subjectif Eell Being; Kepercayaan Diri Abstract. One of the impacts of the current era of globalization that has had some influence on students is the change in buying behavior that tends to buy excessively or can be called consumptive behavior, students no longer make purchases based on their needs but also fulfill excessive desires (Erich Fromm, 1995). . Some students argue that the more they follow the trend, the more they feel they can fit into all groups of friends, some students also make purchases because they are interested in advertisements, want collections, and even look for a status to be praised by others, therefore subjective well being is needed as a barrier. to minimize the tendency of consumptive behavior by always feeling self-sufficient and willing to evaluate themselves in their daily lives. This study was conducted to determine whether there is a significant influence of consumptive behavior and subjective well being on student self-confidence, this study uses a descriptive quantitative methodology aimed at dissecting whether there is an impact between consumptive behavior and subjective well-being on student self-confidence, the results show that the calculated F value is 29.823 which is compared to F table of 3.132 which means F arithmetic > F table and the significance value is F 0.000 < error rate a = 0.05. So the conclusion that consumptive behavior and subjective well being affects the self-confidence of the students of Psychology Study Program, Unira Malang.Keywords: Consumptive Behavior, Subjective Well Being, Student Self-confidence

Abstract

Abstrak. Dewasa awal merupakan masa peralihan sehingga individu akan menghadapi banyak tekanan dan tuntutan dari lingkungan maupun dari dalam dirinya sendiri. Individu yang tidak mampu menghadapi persoalan dari adanya tuntutan tersebut akan diprediksi mengalami Quarter Life Crisis. Quarter Life Crisis merupakan masa krisis yang dialami oleh individu antara usia 18 hingga 21 tahun. Quarter Life Crisis juga disebabkan oleh tuntutan untuk menjadi dewasa, yang ditandai dengan dimulainya orang memasuki dunia kerja secara penuh, yang berarti bahwa orang harus memiliki penghasilan sendiri dan memiliki kesempatan untuk melanjutkan pendidikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara pengambilan keputusan karir dengan Quarter Life Crisis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional. Subjek penelitian diambil menggunakan teknik accidental sampling diperoleh sebanyak 180 orang yang berusia 18-21 tahun. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi Product Moment Pearson dengan menggunakan SPSS 20. Hasil uji korelasi Product Moment (Pearson) diperoleh nilai (Koefisien Korelasi) r sebesar -0,222 dengan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0 ,01) menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negative dan sangat signifikan pengambilan keputusan karir dengan Quarter Life Crisis. Artinya bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat kematangan emosi seseorang maka akan semakin rendah Quarter Life Crisis yang dialaminya, begitupun sebaliknya. Kata Kunci: Pengambilan Keputusan Karir, Quarter Life Crisis, Dewasa awal Abstract. Early adulthood is a transitional period in which an individual will face many pressures and demands from the environment as well as from within himself. A Quarter Life Crisis is a period of crisis experienced by individuals between the ages of 18 and 21 years. Quarter life crises are also caused by the demands of adulthood, which is characterized by the beginning of people entering the world of work fully, which means that people must have their own income and have the opportunity to continue their education. The aim of this study is to find out if there is a link between career decision-making and the Quarter Life Crisis. This research uses a correlational quantitative approach. The subjects were taken using accidental sampling techniques and 182 people aged 18 to 21 were obtained. The data analysis technique used was Pearson's Product Moment Correlation using SPSS 20. The result of the Pearson Product Moment correlation test obtained a value (Correlation Coefficient) of r -0,222 with a sig. value of 0,000 < 0,01) indicates that there is a negative and very significant relationship of career decision-making with the Quarter Life Crisis. It means that the higher a person's level of emotional maturity, the lower the Quarter Life Crisis he's going through, and vice versa. Abstract

An organization can develop and continue to adapt to changes in the organizational environment, HR Capacity Building is something that absolutely must go well. In general, Capacity Building can be interpreted as a process of increasing the knowledge and skills, attitudes and behavior of human resources. Capacity Building and development is a process that is carried out at three levels, namely individuals, groups and institutions or organizations, and aims to ensure organizational continuity through achieving the goals and objectives of the organization concerned. In the outbound  program given to employees of Kopmen Setia Budi Wanita Malang East Java, with the aim that human resources have a capacity that continues to grow, the process can be carried out starting from selection, providing an adequate work environment, as well as continuous training in important aspects, such as communication skills, self-motivation, problem solving skills, creativity, and leadership. This activity received a positive response from all employees. Everyone attended and participated in the activity. Employees really hope that activities like this can be carried out periodically or periodically to refresh energy and mindset in order to gain motivation and increase employee performance productivity so that it is in line with the targets that must be achieved by the Institution

Abstract

Perilaku prososial merujuk pada tindakan tulus untuk memberikan bantuan kepada orang lain. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi korelasi antara kebutuhan afiliasi dan kecenderungan perilaku prososial di dalam Himpunan Mahasiswa Program Studi di Universitas Negeri Islam Raden Rahmat Malang (UNIRA Malang). Metode penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional, menggunakan teknik sampling aksidental. Sebanyak 134 anggota  himpunan mahasiswa  menjadi partisipan dalam penelitian ini. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan korelasi Pearson product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang sangat kuat (rxy = 0,857) antara kebutuhan afiliasi dan perilaku prososial di dalam Himpunan Mahasiswa Program      Studi UNIRA Malang. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat keterkaitan erat antara kebutuhan afiliasi dan perilaku prososial. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa kebutuhan afiliasi memiliki hubungan positif yang sangat kuat dengan perilaku prososial di dalam Himpunan Mahasiswa Program Studi UNIRA Malang

Abstract

The rapid growth of Islamic banking and financial institutions, both globally and in Indonesia, reflects the increasing relevance of Shariah-compliant economic systems. Institutions such as Islamic insurance, sukuk, pawnshops, mortgages, leasing, capital markets, mutual funds, and multi-level marketing have significantly evolved, driven by advancements in modern technology. These changes have transformed economic activities, including e-commerce transactions, digital payment systems, credit financing, international trade, and monetary control instruments. This paper critically examines the strategic role of Maqashid Shariah and Maslahah in shaping contemporary Islamic economics and business practices. By integrating classical Islamic jurisprudence with modern economic challenges, the study explores how Maqashid Shariah serves as a foundational framework for ethical and sustainable economic development. Furthermore, the analysis highlights the dynamic application of Maslahah in ensuring Shariah compliance while addressing the evolving needs of the global financial landscape. The findings underscore the potential of Islamic economic principles to promote inclusive growth, social justice, and long-term societal welfare
