Abstract

This research is motivated by the desire of the author to enhance students' skills and learning design that is not centered on the teacher. Thus, this study aims to improve students' mathematics learning outcomes through Scramble Cooperative Learning Model with Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) Approach at the class VIIIB SMP Negeri 1 Latambaga. The study was conducted on 28 April 2015 s / d dated May 28, 2015. The subject of this research is class student of SMP Negeri 1 Latambaga VIIIB.  This research is a Classroom  Action Research conducted in two cycles with study procedures: (a) Conducting planning to implement the learning process, (b) Implement the action in accordance with the plan, (c) Conducting observations of students and teachers during the process of the action takes place, (d) Conducting evaluations / tests to students in each end of the cycle, (e) to reflect and analyze the shortcomings and weaknesses during the first cycle for the plan of action on the second cycle. The results obtained are in action first cycle, the learning outcomes of students increased from an average score of initial tests before action is 68.25 into 77.71 or 78.12% with the percentage of completeness that 25 of the 32 students received grades ≥75, it this has not shown success according to defined indicators of success.  In the second cycle of the results obtained are as many as 27 students get value ≥75 with an average value of 83.15 or with a percentage of 84.37%. This means that the results of the research for cycle I and cycle II. It can be concluded that the results students grade VIIIB of SMP Negeri 1 Latambaga on material geometry through cooperative learning model scramble with CTL approach that took effect on improvement of learning outcomes.

Abstract

Indeks Perilaku Anti Korupsi (IPAK) adalah alat ukur yang digunakan untuk menilai persepsi dan pengalaman masyarakat terhadap korupsi. Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, Indonesia telah mengalami fluktuasi dalam nilai IPAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan IPAK di Indonesia dari tahun 2020 hingga 2023. Data yang digunakan bersumber dari laporan tahunan yang mengukur persepsi dan pengalaman masyarakat terkait korupsi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai IPAK mengalami fluktuasi selama periode tersebut, dengan peningkatan pada tahun 2021 dan penurunan tipis pada tahun 2023. Analisis lebih lanjut memperlihatkan adanya perbedaan signifikan antara masyarakat perkotaan dan perdesaan, serta berdasarkan tingkat pendidikan dan kelompok usia. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya upaya kontinu dalam memperkuat kesadaran anti korupsi di semua lapisan masyarakat

Abstract

Guru-guru di SDN 06 Titih menghadapi tantangan berat dalam pengajaran, terutama karena keterbatasan kemampuan mereka dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar digital. Sebagian besar masih bergantung pada buku cetak dan bahan ajar konvensional, meskipun perkembangan teknologi menuntut materi yang lebih interaktif dan menarik. Selain itu, terbatasnya pelatihan dan kemampuan IT menghambat mereka untuk mengadopsi metode pengajaran yang lebih modern. Jika dibiarkan, kualitas pembelajaran dan profesionalisme guru berisiko menurun. Menyadari hal ini, tim pengabdian mengadakan pelatihan pengembangan bahan ajar digital berbasis aplikasi Artificial Intelligence (AI) bagi 70 guru dari enam sekolah dasar di SD Gugus III Kecamatan Baso, Kabupaten Agam. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan teknis guru dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar yang lebih interaktif, inovatif, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa serta perkembangan zaman. Selain itu, pelatihan ini juga bertujuan untuk membekali guru dengan keterampilan yang memungkinkan mereka menciptakan materi pembelajaran yang lebih menarik dan relevan dengan era digital.

Abstract

Pemanasan global menjadi permasalahan krusial yang berdampak terhadap lingkungan, terutama disebabkanolehemisi gas rumah kaca (GRK) dari sektor energi. PT PLN Indonesia Power Pangkalan Susu PGU, sebagai pembangkit listrik berbahan bakar batubara, bertanggung jawab mengurangi dampak lingkungan dari operasional PLTU. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi potensi serapan karbon dari program penghijauan PT PLN Indonesia Power Pangkalan Susu PGU serta nilai ekonominya. Metode yang digunakan adalah persamaan allometrik untuk mengukur serapan karbon dan perhitungan nilai ekonomi dengan metode proxy good technique. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi potensi serapan karbon dan nilai ekonomi dari program penghijauan di lokasi operasional (8,57 ha) dan lokasimangrove (2 ha) di Desa Pasar Rawa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan total serapan karbon mencapai 1.231,06 tonCO2 per tahun dengan nilai ekonomi sebesar 12.310,68 USD dolar atau sekitar Rp201.895.152,00 per tahun, berdasarkanharga pasar karbon sebesar 10 dolar per ton CO2. Meskipun memberikan manfaat lingkungan dan nilai ekonomi, programini masih defisit dalam memenuhi persetujuan teknis batas atas emisi (PTBAE) yang ditetapkan oleh KementerianESDM. Untuk memenuhi target emisi pada tahun 2024, diperlukan pengurangan sebesar 353.744,58 ton CO2e yangmembutuhkan lebih luas lagi lahan penghijauan. Abstract

This study examines the legal protection of the owner of the means of transportation in cases of unlawful acts (PMH) related to state deprivation, based on the Study of Decision Number 27/Pdt.G/2019/Pn.Tbk. The main focus of this study is to analyze the legal position of the owner of the transportation facilities who are not directly involved in the crime, but suffer losses due to acts of confiscation by the state. The research method used is empirical normative with a case study approach. The results of the study show that the court in the decision did not provide adequate protection for the civil rights of the owner of the means of transport, even though there was no evidence of direct involvement in the crime. This decision indicates the weak legal protection for third parties in good faith and the importance of strengthening the principle of due process of law in the process of confiscation by the state so as not to violate legitimate civil rights. This study recommends the need for a clearer regulation of the mechanism of objection and restoration of rights for parties aggrieved by acts of state deprivation.

Abstract

The creation of Family Cards for couples resulting from serial marriages is an administrative policy of the government, but this policy raises legal problems. This is because serial marriages are still not officially recognized according to Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage. This policy is considered not to provide complete legal protection and has the potential to weaken the principle of legality in the Indonesian marriage legal system. This study aims to analyze the background of serial marriages, analyze the policies of the Dukcapil government in providing legal protection for serial marriages, and analyze the policy of issuing family cards for serial marriage couples. The type of research used is normative legal research using legislative, conceptual, and case study approaches. Data is collected through literature research and compiled qualitatively. The results of the study show that serial marriage occurs due to economic, religious, cultural, social, and lack of legal understanding. Many people choose it because it is considered practical, cheap, and religiously legal, even though it is not recognized by the state. Dukcapil can indeed issue Family Cards for serial couples for administrative needs, but that does not make the marriage legally valid. As a result, legal protections for wives and children remain weak, especially related to inheritance, alimony, child recognition, and civil disputes.  The Marriage Law requires registration for marriage to be legal, so the issuance of family cards for serial couples has the potential to cause multiple interpretations and conflicts of legal norms. The suggestions of this research are to improve legal education, simplify marriage registration, strengthen the role of religious/traditional leaders, and expand isbat nikah so that the family rights of serial couples are legally protected.

Abstract

The quality of learning in schools is an important factor in educating the nation's life. Academic supervision by school principals is an effort made to improve the quality of learning. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of the academic supervision program by school principals in improving the quality of learning in public primary schools in Babahrot District, Southwest Aceh Regency. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach, using interviews, observations, and documentation studies as data collection techniques. The results showed that: (1) The academic supervision program is prepared at the beginning of the semester in teacher meetings, adjusted to the actual situation in each school, with a focus on planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning; (2) The implementation of the program involves three stages: pre-observation meetings, classroom observations, and post-observation meetings, using a collaborative approach and individual and group techniques; (3) Principals conduct follow-up by analyzing and evaluating the results of observations on an ongoing basis; (4) Obstacles include many other activities that interfere with the supervision schedule, lack of interest and motivation to become a supervisor, and lack of knowledge and skills related to academic supervision. Lack of commitment from principals and teachers is also an obstacle in supporting the implementation of academic supervision.
