Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar biologi peserta didik sebelum dan setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran tipe the power of two serta pengaruhnya terhadap hasil belajar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas VIII MTs As-Shalihin Gowa sebanyak 64 orang. Sampel penelitian ini adalah kelas VIII B sebanyak 32 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar biologi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa hasil belajar biologi peserta didik sebelum menggunakan model pembelajaran tipe the power of two berada pada kategori cukup dengan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar sebesar 62,23. Namun, setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran tipe the power of two berada pada kategori tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar sebesar 78,81. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran the power of two berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran biologi di kelas VIII MTs As-Shalihin Gowa.AbstractThis study aims to determine student biology learning outcomes before and after using the learning model of the power of two and its effect on learning outcomes. The type of research used is experimental research. The study population was all students of class VIII MTs As-Shalihin Gowa as many as 64 people. The sample of this research is class VIII B as many as 32 people. The research instrument used was a biology learning achievement test. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the biology learning outcomes of students before using the power of two learning model were in the sufficient category with an average value of learning outcomes of 62.23. After using the power of two learning model is in the high category with an average value of learning outcomes of 78.81. It can be concluded that using the power of two learning model has an effect on improving biology learning outcomes of students in class VIII MTs As-Shalihin Gowa.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran biologi kartu kuartet yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model 4-D Thiagarajan (Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate). Subjek penelitiannya adalah peserta didik kelas XI MA As-Shalihin Gowa, pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar validasi, angket respons, dan tes hasil belajar peserta didik. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kevalidan, analisis data kepraktisan, dan analisis data keefektifan. Berdasarkan penilaian dari validator ahli, tingkat kevalidan media kartu kuartet yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini yaitu valid dengan nilai rata-rata akhir 3,73, adapun tingkat kepraktisan dalam kategori sangat positif yang diperoleh dari angket respons guru dan angket respons peserta didik yaitu 3,86, sedangkan pada tingkat keefektifan diperoleh persentase ketuntasan belajar peserta didik sebanyak 81,82%, yang menunjukkan bahwa media kartu kuartet efektif untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran biologi. AbstractThe purpose of this study is to develop a valid, practical, and effective quartet card as a biology learning media. This type of research is research and development. The development model used is the Thiagarajan 4-D model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). The research subjects were students of class XI MA As-Shalihin Gowa, in the even semester of the 2019/2020 academic year. The research instruments used were validation sheets, response questionnaires, and test of student learning outcomes. The data processing and analysis techniques used were validity data analysis, practical data analysis, and effectiveness data analysis. Based on the assessment of expert validators, the validity level of the quartet cards media obtained in this study is valid with a final average value of 3.73, while the practicality level in the very positive category obtained from teacher response questionnaires and students response questionnaires is 3.86, while in the level of effectiveness obtained by the percentage of students learning completeness as much as 81.82%, which indicates that the quartet cards media is effective in biology learning.

Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to develop valid, practical, and effective lecture devices based on Lentera application of Moodle Learning Media System (LMS) for Curriculum Development and Learning course. The research type used was development research with the Plomp development model, consisting of phases 1) preliminary investigation, 2) design, 3) realization/construction, and 4) test, evaluation & revision. The research subjects were 29 students of the fourth semester of Biology Education Study Program (2019/2020). The instruments used in data collection are validation sheets, practicality questionnaires, and learning outcomes tests. The test results indicated valid, practical, and effective products. Therefore, the development product in this research can be used to accommodate students' learning in Curriculum Development and Learning Biology course.Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan perangkat perkuliahan berbasis aplikasi LMS Moodle Lentera pada matakuliah Pengembangan Kurikulum dan Pembelajaran yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. Jenis penelitian menggunakan model pengembangan Plomp, yang terdiri atas fase 1) preliminary investigation, 2) design, 3)realization/construction, dan 4) test, evaluation & revision. Subjek penelitiannya adalah 29 orang mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Biologi semester 4 (2019/2020). Instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu lembar validasi, angket kepraktisan, dan tes hasil belajar. Hasil uji menghasilkan produk yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. Dengan demikian, produk pengembangan pada penelitian ini dapat digunakan dalam mengakomodasi pembelajaran mahasiswa pada matakuliah Pengembangan Kurikulum dan Pembelajaran Biologi.

Abstract

Abstrak Pengabdian masyarakat ini didasarkan pada kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah model Aptitude Treatment Interaction efektif terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Bontoramba Kabupaten Jeneponto. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu (Quasi Experimental) dengan menggunakan desain penelitian pretest-posttest control group design, dimana penelitian ini menggunakan dua kelompok yaitu kelompok kelas kontrol dan eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMP Negeri 1 Bontoramba yang yang terdiri atas 111 siswa, sedangkan sampelnya adalah siswa kelas VIII3 yang terdiri dari 23 orang siswa sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan kelas VIII4 yang terdiri dari 21 orang siswa sebagai kelompok kontrol, kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol dipilih secara acak (random). Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes hasil belajar berupa pretest dan posttest dan lembar observasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif pada kelompok kontrol yaitu, nilai rata-rata pretest adalah 56,64 dan nilai rata posttest adalah 65,36. Sedangkan kelompok eksperimen nilai rata-rata pretest adalah 51,40 dan nilai rata-rata posttest adalah 76,10. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan data nilai sig > α (0,935 > 0,05) maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak. Dengan demikian bahwa penerapan model Aptitude Treatment Interaction efektif terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Bontoramba Kabupaten Jeneponto. Abstract This community service was based on the activity that aims to determine the mathematics learning outcomes of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Bontoramba, Jeneponto Regency before applying the Aptitude Treatment Interaction model, to determine the mathematics learning outcomes of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Bontoramba, Jeneponto Regency after applying the Aptitude Treatment Interaction model and to find out what the Aptitude model is. Treatment Interaction is effective on the mathematics learning outcomes of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Bontoramba, Jeneponto Regency. This type of research is a quasi-experimental research (Quasi Experimental) using a pretest-posttest control group design, where this study uses two groups, namely the control and experimental class groups. The population in this study were all students of SMP Negeri 1 Bontoramba which consisted of 111 students, while the sample was class VIII3 students consisting of 23 students as an experimental group and class VIII4 consisting of 21 students as a control group, experimental class and class. control is selected randomly (random). The instrument used in this study was a learning outcome test in the form of a pretest and posttest and an observation sheet. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results of the analysis using descriptive statistics in the control group, namely, the mean pretest score was 56.64 and the posttest average score was 65.36. While the experimental group's average pretest score was 51.40 and the posttest average score was 76.10. Based on the results of the calculation of the sig> α (0.935> 0.05) value data, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected. Thus, the application of the Aptitude Treatment Interaction model is effective on the mathematics learning outcomes of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Bontoramba, Jeneponto Regency.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdiaan masyarakat ini ialah untuk melakukan pendampingan kepada pengelola laboratorium dalam pengelolaan laboratorium IPA di sekolah. Peserta yang terlibat dalam kegiatan ini adalah Kepala Sekolah, Kepala Laboratorium, guru mata pelajaran biologi di SMA Negeri 6 Sinjai Barat. Kegiatan pendampingan pengelolaan laboratorium IPA meliputi beberapa kegiatan terkait penataan dan inventarisasi laboratorium. Ketercapaian keberhasilan kegiatan pengabdian diperoleh melalui penyebaran instrumen survei kepada pihak sekolah. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah dibuatnya inventaris alat bahan praktikum, pembuatan struktur organisasi laboratorium, tata tertib kegiatan praktikum, dan membuat jadwal kegiatan praktikum. Disamping itu dilakukan pula penataan ruang alat seperti lemari alat, ruang praktikum, meja praktikum, dan pendampingan membersihkan alat-alat praktikum. Berdasarkan survei untuk mengukur ketercapaian kegiatan pengabdian mendapatkan respon positif dari pihak sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to develop handout learning media, determine the level of validity, practicality level, and the level of effectiveness of the media. By referring to the Research and Development (R&D) approach with a 4-D model, namely define, design, develop and disseminate. The product developed is in the form of handout learning media based on local potential ecosystem materials that are tested through validity, practicality and effectiveness tests. The research subjects are 10th grade students of SMAN 14 Jeneponto 2020/2021. The research instrument used was a teacher response questionnaire and a student response questionnaire to obtain practicality data, and test questions to obtain the level of effectiveness. The results showed that the handout learning media based on local potential of ecosystem materials had a validity level of 3.72 by material experts and design experts, then the practicality level was in the very positive category with an average value of 3.53. The level of effectiveness as a test of student learning outcomes is categorized as effective because it reaches 100%. so that the local potential-based Handout learning media is feasible to use because it meets the valid, practical and effective criteria.

Abstract

This development research aims to determine the level of validity, practicality, and effectiveness of Surprise Box learning media on the reproductive system material of class IX SMPN Satap Katumbangan. This research and development (R & D) referred to a 4-D development model consisting of four stages; define, design, develop, and disseminate. The subjects of this study were 13 students in class IX of SMPN Satap Katumbangan. The instruments in this study were literacy sheets, validation sheets, questionnaires, and learning outcomes tests. The media validation result is 3.8, which puts it in the "very valid" category. The assessment of responses through questionnaires of 91.25% is in the "very practical" category, and the student learning outcomes test is in the "effective" category because 100% of student learning outcomes were complete. This study implies that the Surprise Box learning media can make learning more effective, especially in reproductive system materials.
