Abstract

Bibit kelapa sawit merupakan titik awal yang sangat penting dalam menentukan pertumbuhan kelapa sawit di lapangan. Bibit yang unggul merupakan modal dasar untuk mencapai produktivitas yang tinggi. Standar bibit yang baik dapat dilihat dari diameter batang (kokoh), tinggi bibit (vigor), jumlah daun (cukup), dan tidak adanya gejala hama dan penyakit (sehat). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu proses pengambilan keputusan yang lebih efisien dan akurat dalam mengevaluasi kualitas bibit kelapa sawit. Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) digunakan untuk memberikan nilai bobot pada setiap kriteria yang relevan dalam menentukan kualitas bibit kelapa sawit. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil observasi lapangan dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari literatur-literatur yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) dengan metode SAW dapat memberikan rekomendasi yang tepat dalam menentukan kualitas bibit kelapa sawit berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pengembangan sistem yang dapat digunakan dalam industri kelapa sawit untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pemilihan bibit yang berkualitas.

Abstract

The Bantul Regency Tourism Office faces challenges in collecting tourist attraction data because it is still done manually. This study aims to develop a web-based prediction system using the Seasonal Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (SARIMA) method. This system is designed to facilitate data collection on tourist attractions while generating predictions of visitor numbers. Based on the results of accuracy testing using MAE (Mean Absolute Error) and MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error), the Parangtritis and Depok Beach tourist areas have MAE values of 35,157.41 and MAPE 22.75%, indicating a fairly large absolute prediction error but still reasonable considering the high volume of visits. Meanwhile, Samas Beach recorded the highest MAPE value of 165.22%, due to data fluctuations that make predictions inaccurate. Conversely, predictions for Goa Cemara Beach, Kwaru Beach, Goa Selarong Area, and Goa Cerme Area have MAPE values below 15%, indicating the model is able to provide fairly good prediction results with a small average error. However, at Pandansimo Beach, the MAPE value reached 46.47%, indicating the model was not yet adequate for this location due to unstable data trends. The results showed that the SARIMA model can be applied to a system to predict tourist visits, but with varying levels of accuracy at each tourist destination, depending on the stability of each tourist destination's data. Abstract

Education is an important aspect of human life, because education is one of the supports for realizing a change in order to achieve progress in various sectors of life, such as in the economic, social, cultural and political sectors Currently the government has a free education program and has established a 12-year compulsory education program. To support the program, many government and private institutions provide educational assistance through scholarship programs. SMPN 3 KASIHAN gets a quota for its students to participate in scholarship programs from the government, one of which is the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) scholarship. The selection process at SMPN 3 KASIHAN has not implemented a method and is still done manually. This research aims to build a web-based scholarship decision support system using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method and apply the method according to the criteria set by SMPN 3 KASIHAN. System modeling uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and for design is used Use Case Diagram modeling tools, Activity Diagrams, and the programming language used is PHP. Based on the results of the discussion during the research, it is concluded that the system under study fulfills the initial objectives of the research, namely helping SMPN 3 KASIHAN in determining the appropriate scholarship recipient, so as to reduce errors in determining scholarship recipients.

Abstract

In human resource management, employee performance is one of the most important elements and must receive full attention from an organization. This is because employee performance is a determinant in achieving organizational goals efficiently and effectively. Therefore, every organization always strives to improve the performance of its employees in order to get the best employees according to the agency. This research develops a Decision Support System (SPK) for selecting the best employees using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method at the Education, Youth and Sports Office (Dikpora) of Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta. The purpose of the research is to create an efficient and objective system in employee evaluation and selection. The SAW method was chosen for its simplicity and effectiveness in handling multi-criteria decisions. Employee performance is assessed based on criteria such as attendance, skills, teamwork, and loyalty, with weights according to their level of importance. This system is built with web technology using PHP, MySQL, and CodeIgniter framework. The results of this system can be accessed easily by users, providing transparency in the assessment process. Based on the results of the calculation, the employee with alternative A1 and obtained a score of 0.925% on behalf of (Albertus Dedi Susilo) became the first rank of the best employee.

Abstract

This study aims to design a monitoring system for soil moisture, air humidity, and air temperature in a cocoa seedling farm using a microcontroller-based Internet of Things (IoT). The system was implemented at Efendi Farm, which houses 20,000 cocoa seedlings. Monitoring is conducted using soil moisture sensors and DHT22 sensors for temperature and humidity, with data displayed on an LCD and sent to an Android application via Firebase. The system also includes notifications via buzzer and Telegram, as well as data logging using Google Spreadsheet. The results indicate that the system effectively monitors environmental conditions in real-time and efficiently.

Abstract

In managing the supply of wood raw materials at CV. Jati Sari is still carried out based on the personal experience of business entity owners. Because it is based on personal experience without carrying out in-depth analysis or forecasting, it will create a risk of excess or shortage of stock, making stock management inefficient. The software development method used is the Waterfall method. Double Exponential Smoothing is implemented in this research as a forecasting prediction calculation method. This research produces a prediction system that can produce output in the form of a predicted amount of wood needed as inventory or stock in the warehouse in cubic meters. For manual calculations, the DES method has a prediction calculation result for the 21st period of 4.8 m3. Based on the system testing using black box and white box testing that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the prediction system for procurement of wood raw material stock using the website-based Double Exponential Smoothing method has succeeded well in solving the problem of predicting the amount of wood raw material stock for the next period at CV. Jati Sari.

Abstract

The health center that has the highest prevalence of stunting in Sleman Regency is the Minggir health center at 13.15%. The results of interviews with nutrition officers for toddlers at the Minggir Health Center showed that there were still toddlers with poor nutritional status. In addition, the nutrition service system for toddlers has not functioned properly.  Because such suboptimal performance will, it is easier to create a system that can handle or minimize such problems. Thus, building a decision support system can be a solution to the problem that occurs. The SAW method is one of the methods used and the system is designed using the PHP programming language, MySQL database and  laravel framework. The research resulted in the creation of a website that can determine the nutritional status of stunted toddlers at the Minggir Health Center Posyandu. This system is designed according to the needs based on the criteria that have been set by the nutrition officer. In the application test, the preference values and nutritional status results obtained from calculations using the system were in accordance with the results of manual calculations with Excel and the nutritional status determination system was as expected.

Abstract

The Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in Indonesia remains relatively high, partly due to delays in recognizing pregnancy danger signs and the lack of proper monitoring of maternal conditions. Therefore, a technology-based system is needed to support the early detection of pregnancy-related diseases. This study aims to develop a web-based expert system for diagnosing diseases in pregnant women using the forward chaining method with a classical probability approach. The research employed the waterfall model. The system’s knowledge base consists of 15 types of pregnancy-related diseases and 73 symptoms, with diagnostic rules validated by experts. The system was tested using blackbox testing as well as validation of diagnostic results with experts. The results showed that the system was able to produce diagnoses consistent with experts in 14 out of 15 test cases, achieving an accuracy rate of 93.33%. The system is also equipped with a feature for uploading and storing ultrasound (USG) results to support coordination among healthcare facilities. In conclusion, this web-based expert system can be used as an early diagnostic tool and an educational medium for pregnant women, and has the potential to make a significant contribution to reducing maternal mortality in Indonesia.

Abstract

Rendahnya pemahaman masyarakat, khususnya remaja dan dewasa muda, mengenai kebutuhan kalori harian menjadi salah satu penghalang utama dalam penerapan pola makan sehat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah solusi praktis berupa sistem rekomendasi makanan sehat berbasis website. Sistem ini mengimplementasikan algoritma Content-Based Filtering untuk memberikan rekomendasi menu yang dipersonalisasi, dengan kebutuhan kalori harian pengguna dihitung secara otomatis menggunakan rumus Mifflin-St Jeor. Sistem yang dikembangkan berhasil memberikan rekomendasi menu tiga komponen (Pokok, Lauk, Pelengkap) yang total kalorinya terbukti mendekati target kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil pengujian fungsionalitas menggunakan metode Black Box Testing menunjukkan seluruh fitur utama berjalan sesuai harapan, sementara validasi data makanan bersama tenaga kesehatan dari Puskesmas Bongas Indramayu memastikan relevansi menu yang disajikan. Disimpulkan bahwa sistem rekomendasi ini dapat menjadi alat bantu yang efektif bagi masyarakat untuk mengelola pola makan sehat secara mandiri, dengan menyediakan panduan menu yang terukur dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan kalori personal.

Abstract

Klinik gigi adalah salah satu pelayanan yang membutuhkan suatu sistem informasi, untuk dapat meningkatkan pelayanan kepada para pasien dan pihak yang terkait. Proses registrasi di klinik biasanya masih dilakukan secara semi manual. Pasien mendaftar dengan aplikasi chatting, setelah itu petugas memasukkan data pasien ke dalam form yang tersedia. Hingga saat ini proses pendaftaran dan reservasi pada klinik DL Dental juga masih dilakukan secara semi-manual yang mana setiap pasien datang ke klinik atau dapat mendaftarkan via whatsapp admin. Proses ini mengakibatkan pasien tidak bisa mendapatkan informasi yang pasti mengenai pemeriksaan yang akan dilakukan. Untuk itu diperlukan sistem berbasis teknologi yang dapat membantu pasien dalam melakukan pendafatran dan reservasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi reservasi dan penjadwalan yang lebih efektif dan efisien dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem waterfall. Metode waterfall dipilih karena memiliki tahapan yang terstruktur. Sistem yang akan dibangun memungkinkan pasien untuk mendapatkan pelayanan pemeriksaan yang lebih cepat karena pasien dapat mengakes antrian secara real time. Hasil keluaran yang diharapkan mampu meningkatkan efektifitas pelayanan pada klinik.
