Abstract

The final measure of success of an HR Department is work performance. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence work stress has on work performance of empolyee at PT Surya Menara Pratama, South Jakarta, to find out how much influence discipline has on employee performance at PT Surya Menara Pratama, South Jakarta, and to determine the Effect of Work Stress and Discipline Towards Employee Job Performance at PT Surya Menara Pratama, South Jakarta. The research method used is a quantitative method with descriptive explanation. The population in this study were employees of PT Surya Menara Pratama South Jakarta with a sample of 60 and the sampling technique used was the Simple Random Sampling technique. Furthermore, the analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis consisting of descriptive analysis of the questionnaire, validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, coefficient of determination test correlation coefficient test, simple regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test (test partial), f test (simultaneous test). The results of simple linear regression analysis show that work stress has a significant effect on work performance with a tcount of 3.902, a significance value of 0.000, a regression coefficient of 0.436 and a regression equation Y = 24.167 + 0.436X1. The results of simple linear regression analysis show that work discipline has a significant effect on work performance with a tcount of 3,500, a significance value of 0.001, a regression coefficient of 0.400 and a regression equation Y = 25.804 + 0.400X2. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that work stress and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on work performance with a Fcount of 10.923, a significance value of 0.000, a coefficient of determination of 0.252 and a regression equation Y = 17.293 + 0.332X1 + 0.273X2.

Abstract

Dalam era digital sekarang ini, pengguna internet untuk perdagangan yang semakin bertambah, sehingga mendorong munculnya bisnis baru sebagai start up bisnis. Semua bisnis tersebut bergerak dalam bidang perdagangan dan jasa yang memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari, mayoritas dari mereka bergerak di bidang online. Pemanfaatan perkembangan teknologi pada bidang pemasaran yang mengubah cara pengerjaan suatu pekerjaan dari cara konvensional mengarah kepada teknologi digital dengan memanfaatkan e-commerce. Namun karena keterbatasan latar belakang pendidikan dan pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh sebagian penduduk, membuat para Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) ini mengalami kesulitan dalam memasarkan produk-produk hasil karya mereka. Pemasaran akan produk- produk hasil kerajinan tangan dan olahan kebun, selama ini hanya diperdagangkan melalui pasar tradisional atau dengan cara menitipkan ke warung-warung atau dengan promosi dari mulut ke mulut. Cara pemasaran yang konvensional ini membuat penghasilan mereka kurang meningkat, mengingat perkembangan teknologi saat ini makin berkembang. Tentu saja Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) ini akan tergerus oleh perkembangan zaman yang sudah menggunakan teknologi informasi. Melihat situasi seperti itu, maka kami mencoba untuk mengarahkan dalam membantu perekonomian Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) agar dapat meningkatkan penghasilan melalui pemanfaatan e-commerce sebagai solusi alternatif dalam melakukan inovasi pada strategi pemasaran dengan tujuan untuk menjaring potensi pasar yang lebih besar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh atau seberapa besarkah pengaruh variabel Gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Fa Antares Medika – BSD City. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, dimana teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan penyebaran kuesioner,Observasi dan data pustaka. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Fa Antares Medika – BSD City yang berjumlah 50 orang dengan metode sampel jenuh. Metode yang digunakan adalah  regresi linear berganda. Dari hasil pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 26 didapati bahwa Adjusted R Square sebesar 52,7%. Artinya, variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Disiplin Kerja dapat menjelaskan variabel Kinerja sebesar 52,7%. Selisihnya, dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel Gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Fa Antares Medika – BSD City. Secara simultan Gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and job promotion on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative, and the nature of the research is associative, with linear regression analysis. Based on the test results, it was found that work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, with a calculated t-value of 5.613 > tabled t-value of 1.983 and a significance value (sig) of 0.000 < 0.05. This indicates that the better the work discipline of employees in the company, the higher their performance. Job promotion also has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, with a calculated t-value of 4.672 > tabled t-value of 1.983 and a significance value (sig) of 0.000 < 0.05. This shows that the more frequent a company provides job promotions to employees, the higher their performance will be. Both work discipline and job promotion have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, with a calculated F-value of 53.952 > tabled F-value of 3.09 and a significance value (Sig) of 0.000 < 0.05. This indicates that if work discipline and job promotion can be improved and enhanced, employee performance will increase. The adjusted coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) is 0.505, indicating that the variables of work discipline and job promotion contribute 50.5% to employee performance, while the remaining 49.5% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study.

Abstract

This study aims in examining the problem of employee performance that has decreased. The main objective of this research is to find out the phenomenon and to obtain empirical evidence and conclusions about the effect of compensation, discipline and motivation toward the performance of employees of Mandiri Utama Sejahtera corporation. This research uses a quantitative design method, explanatory research, by testing the survey technique hypothesis, the questionnaire uses a Likert scale of 4, using a saturated sample, which means using the entire population of 96 employees with headquarters and 5 warehouses in several areas. The results of the study were processed using data analysis techniques: (1) validity and reliability tests; (2) classic assumption test (normality, homogeneity, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity test); (3) coefficient of determination (R2); (4) simple and multiple regression models; (5) hypothesis testing with partial test (t test) and simultaneous (F test).  Based on the results of the study it was found that the F test showed a very significant effect on the compensation variable (X1), the discipline variable (X2), and the motivation variable (X3) together on the Performance variable (Y). This is evidenced by the calculated Fcount (49,460)> Ftable (2.70) and the significance is less than 5% (0,000 <0.05). R value (correlation) is 0.786 and R Square value (determination) is 0.617, indicating that the variable Y (employee performance) is influenced by variable X1 (compensation), variable X2 (discipline), and variable X3 (motivation) together, of 61.70% and the remaining 38.30% is influenced by other factors not examined. So the conclusion of the research results shows that there is a positive and significant influence of compensation, discipline and motivation on the performance of employees of Mandiri Utama Sejahtera corporation.
