Abstract

Pandemi covid19 yang berkepanjangan semakin menambah panjang dampak bagi tatanan sosial kemasyarakatan. Pandemi covid 19 telah membawa banyak korban. Berpijak dari kasus-kasus keluarga yang terdampak covid19 maka bagi keluarga akan memicu adanya ketidakharmonisan dalam keluarga renggangnya hubungan antar keluarga, bahkan harus memisahkan keluarga yang terpapar dengan anggota lainnya. Bahkan yang lebih sedih lagi ditingal selamanya oleh anggota keluarga karena meninggal dunia, tentu saja hal ini akan memberikan pengaruh pada faktor psikologis, ekonomi, sosial, pendidikan anak-anaknya dan sebagainya. Komunikasi keluarga yang efektif diharapkan mampu membuat keluarga yang terdampak kembali merasakan kebahagiaan seperti semula. Sosialisasi tentang pentingnya Komunikasi Keluarga di keluarga anggota Pimpinan Daerah Aisyiyah Ponorogo yang terdampak covid 19 mendesak untuk dilakukan karena banyak dari keluarga mereka yang terdampak covid 19. Adapun target dari dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah keluarga Pimpinan Daerah Aisyiyah Ponorogo yang terdampak covid 19 mampu memahami dan menerapkan Komunikasi keluarga baik secara koqnitif, afektif dan psikomotorik dalam keluarga.

Abstract

Gratitude is teaching about morality that concerns all aspects of human life. This study aims to determine the spiritual values of gratitude in the Qur'an in relation to character in Islamic education. Through a subjective-cum-objective hermeneutic approach, the research results show that gratitude contains several character values that are needed in Islamic education. These character values include, amanah, qonā'ah, istiqāmah, tawāḍu', tawakal, optimistic, creative, hard work and social care. The results of this study indicate that gratitude is the main character that contains religious and social character values based on belief and faith in God. These character values are needed in achieving the goals of Islamic education.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the influence of emotion regulation and Islamic financial literacy on the financial health of employees working in Islamic financial institutions in Ponorogo. Method: This study employed a quantitative explanatory approach. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to 110 respondents selected using purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26 to empirically examine the relationship between the variables. Results: The findings reveal that emotion regulation has a positive and significant effect on financial health, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. This indicates that individuals with better emotional control tend to have healthier financial conditions. Islamic financial literacy also has a positive and significant effect on financial health, with a significance value of 0.005 < 0.05. This suggests that a stronger understanding of Islamic financial principles contributes to better personal financial management. Implication: Theoretically, this study contributes to the development of Islamic financial behavior literature by adopting the Cognitive–Affective Theory of Behavior as the main analytical framework. This framework integrates cognitive and affective dimensions in explaining individual financial health. Originality: The originality of this study lies in its integrative model of financial behavior based on Islamic values, which positions emotion regulation and Islamic financial literacy as key determinants of the financial health of employees in Islamic financial institutions.
