<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kendala yang dialami oleh personel Air Traffic Controller (ATC) di Perum LPPNPI Unit Kertajati dalam pemberian pelayanan lalu lintas penerbangan di Majalengka CTR, dan berkontribusi membuat rancangan restrukturisasi (selanjutnya disebutkan sebagai pembaharuan) VFR route sebagai solusi dari permasalahan tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan level satu dengan pendekatan secara kualitatif dan pemaparan secara deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi lapangan. Berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan, diketahui bahwa VFR route yang letaknya tidak separate dengan rute pesawat IFR menjadi faktor yang menghambat kelancaran arus lalu lintas penerbangan di Majalengka CTR. Dengan begitu, penelitian ini membuat rancangan pembaharuan VFR route di Majalengka CTR Perum LPPNPI Unit Kertajati. Perancangan VFR route menggunakan simplified/standard method dengan pembuktian masalah yang mengikuti prosedur.]]>

<![CDATA[PKP-PK unit is an emergency response unit at the airport whose location is within the air-side area that not everyone can enter. The community around the airport and many vocational aviation students have not received comprehensive information related to this PKP-PK Unit. This Unit has a vital role, especially at the time of the accident at the airport. Community Service Activities (PKM) is one of the activities of Tridharma Higher Education that the academic community must carry out at the Polytechnic of Aviation Indonesia Curug. Because it is still in the pandemic condition, Covid-19 PKM activity is done through Webinar with Zoom. This webinar activity was attended by Vocational Aviation Students in Lampung and Sidoarjo regions in collaboration with Karang Taruna Sedati Gede Sidoarjo village, East Java. After this activity is completed, it is expected that it will increase the knowledge and insight of the students of SmK Flight regarding emergency management units at the airport.]]>

<![CDATA[Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting (ARFF) is a part of the emergency response unit at the airport that has technical and operational standards set by the regulator. Given the importance of the role of ARFF in an airport, it is appropriate for ARFF unit to have competent personnel in their fields. This can be obtained through education and training organized by the Aviation Education Institute. One of the Basic ARFF training programs by Poltekbang Palembang overall went well and smoothly, with an average score of 83.46 (qualification: excellent) can be an indicator that the learning objectives have been achieved.]]>

<![CDATA[The study was made to improve the quality management system at airport H. Asan Sampit samples for Airport Rescue And Fire Fighter (ARFF). Where every Airport Rescue and Fire Fighter (ARFF) on duty is required to have a suitable license from the directorate general of air transport. The research methods used are qualitative methods that go into data collection and go directly into the field during operation just at h. sampits and interview Airport Rescue and Fire Fighter (ARFF). To improve the quality of Airport Rescue and Fire Fighter personnel (ARFF) in the airport h. stamps of both skills and capabilities so all aircraft in the airport are expected to have licenses in accordance with the regulations of the directorate general of air transport.]]>

<![CDATA[This research made to determine how the influence of social relations factors on the productivity level of the performance of ARFF officers at the airport. The method used in making this journal is a qualitative method. The data were obtained from the author's observations during On the Job Training (OJT) activities at the relevant airports as well as from the results of distributing questionnaires to ARFF personnel targets. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the social relationship factor is an influential factor on the work productivity of the PKP-PK unit. And by establishing good communication within the organization is a way to maintain good social relations in the work environment.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis jumlah kebutuhan personel Pertolongan Kecelakaan Pesawat dan Pemadam Kebakaran per shift berdasarkan deskripsi pekerjaan sesuai dengan penempatan personel di kendaraan utama dan pendukung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksploratif dengan analisis kualitatif menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari observasi lapangan dan wawancara mendalam dengan informan. Data sekunder diperoleh berdasarkan dokumen dari unit Pertolongan Kecelakaan Pesawat dan Pemadam Kebakaran di Bandara Juanda Surabaya. Proses peninjauan dokumen kemudian dilakukan untuk mendapatkan data tentang skenario kecelakaan terburuk yang mungkin terjadi. Kemudian dilakukan proses analisis sumber daya tugas bagi personel Pertolongan Kecelakaan Pesawat dan Pemadam Kebakaran berdasarkan analisis sumber daya tugas pada Dokumen 9137-bagian I. <![CDATA[The process of guiding air traffic is not only for planes in the air but also for landing, take-off and setting up the plane to the parking stand. Analysis of the problem found a very high workload that had an impact on ATC performance, where an ATC every day had to be responsible for guiding and supervising hundreds or even thousands of planes carrying thousands to millions of people on planes. The purpose of the study was to determine how much influence the workload had on the performance of ATC personnel at the Approach Control Unit Makassar Air Traffic Service Center. The research method uses quantitative methods with a correlative approach. The result of this research is that there is a strong negative relationship between workload and the performance of ATC Approach Control Unit Makassar Air Traffic Service Center. The conclusion of the study shows that there is a fairly strong relationship between workload on ATC APP performance in MATSC and workload has a significant contribution to ATC performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyzethe hazards that exist at the end of runway 24 at Juwata Tarakan Airport.Then how to reduce the risks that exist in the area.The method that used for this research is the qualitative method. the data collection has been gained by observation, attendingdirectly into the field to analyze the hazards that exist at the end of the runway 24, depth interview with key informant, and document study on the accident historical data of the airport, respectively. Furthermore, the data was analyzed by risk management standardizationof AS/NZS 4360. Theresult show thatthe runwaypositionis near withthe road so it couldendanger motorists who pass on the highway. Moreover, therisk of jet blastbursts might cause an accident. After this research was carried out, a solution was obtained to reduce the existing risks by implementing a system of opening and closing traffic on the highway. In addition, it can also be done by diverting the flow of traffic on the highway.]]>

<![CDATA[The design made has the aim of simplifying the tasks of all technicians and field coordinators in monitoring the operation of VHF Transmitter conditions, so that they canbe controlled anywhere. The background of this research is based on a case that has happened at Perum LPPNPI Kulonprogo Branch, where the VHF Transmitter Building is far from the technician's standby room. When a problem occurs, the technician cannot immediately find out. Therefore, the authors are interested in conducting research with the type of Research and Development (R & D) that uses qualitative research methods. This study resulted in the conclusion that with the main control of the microcontrollerand using a sensor to extract the voltage value from the alarm LED voltage line, so that this design can work and function properly according to the author's expectations.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat implementasi Quality Management System pada Unit PKP-PK Bandar Udara Nusawiru. Metodologi kajian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif analisis. Teknik kualitatif yang digunakan yaitu teknik triangulasi antara lain, Observasi, yang dilakukan dengan mendatangi Fire Station Bandar Udara Nusawiru, Wawancara, dan Analisis. Hasil yang didapatkan ialah penerapan Quality Management System pada unit PKP-PK Bandar Udara Nusawiru belum tertata dengan baik dan belum memenuhi Quality Management System.]]>
