Besides the main task of the lecturer also has another, namely academic and professional development and participation in higher education. So with the improvement of the quality of lecturers through the implementation of regulatory workload may also increase the welfare of the faculty lecturers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significant impact of Project Based Outdoor Learning Activity using audiovisual media on children's learning behavior in PAUD Cluster VI Buleleng District. The research design used is a quasi-experimental design and quantitative methods. The population of this research is the whole group B in Cluster VI of Buleleng District. The sample of this study is TK B group Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal, with a total of 15 children, group B TK Dharma Suda Singaraja, with a total of 18 children. Use the t-test to analyze data. The results obtained are t arithmetic = 3.15, the significance level is 5%, and when dk = 31, t table = 2.04. Therefore, the value of the t count> t table is 3.15> 2.04. It can be concluded that Project-Based Outdoor Learning Activity using audiovisual media has an impact on children's learning behavior in PAUD Cluster VI Buleleng District.

Abstract

The existence of distance learning also demands creativity and innovation of Hindu religious education teachers in managing Hindu religious education learning through online learning applications. The online learning system that is commonly implemented is the teacher using the Whats App (WA) application because it is considered easy and commonly used by students. The teacher creates a class group and then sends materials and assignments through the group. However, it turns out that this is not optimal for the implementation of Hindu religious learning, so it is necessary to optimize Hindu religious education learning by utilizing online learning applications for Hindu students at SMAN 1 Basarang, Kapuas Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out how the process of learning Hindu religion based on online applications at SMAN 1 Basarang, Kapuas Regency. The results of this study include the online application-based Hindu religious learning process at SMAN 1 Basarang, Kapuas Regency, the preparation, implementation, and evaluation of online application-based Hindu learning at SMAN 1 Basarang and efforts to optimize online application-based Hinduism learning at SMAN 1 Basarang from the headmaster's efforts. schools, efforts of Hindu religious education teachers, efforts of educational staff, and student efforts.

Abstract

This paper aims to provide an overview and describe the development of learning Hinduism using Augmented Reality Technology. Hindu religious education provides the basis for guiding the younger generation of Hindus to continue to do and do good as stated in the teachings of Tri Kaya Parisudha, Catur Dormitory, Tri Hita Karana and there are still Hindu religious concepts based on the Vedic scriptures. The method used in this study is a literature review analysis obtained from several libraries in the form of books, articles from journals and proceedings related to the learning process using Augmented Reality technology. The results obtained reveal that innovation in using Augmented Reality technology needs to pay attention to several things, namely the design of technology utilization, technology acceptance, understanding in utilizing Augmented Reality technology, the use and purpose of using Augmented Reality technology. The introduction of various objects in Hindu religious learning such as introducing objects and functions of the ritual facilities used by utilizing Augmented Reality technology is very helpful in delivering information to students because it can visualize objects that are not real.

Abstract

This paper discusses the strategy of learning Hinduism to students in the Covid-19 pandemic. Learning strategy is an activity carried out by teachers and students in the process of changing behavior and science. During the Covid-19 pandemic which influenced the teaching and learning process in the classroom, requiring teachers to change the Hindu learning strategies for students studying online at home. The learning system consists of several components that interact with each other, namely the teacher, students, learning materials, media, methods, and evaluations.

Abstract

Dewasa ini perkembangan teknologi internet telah merambah berbagai disiplin ilmu. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi internet, dunia pendidikan pun makin ramah dengan situs jejaring media sosial facebook, blogger, instagram, hingga twitter. Situs jejaring media sosial tidak hanya digunakan untuk berinteraksi dengan sesama teman. Ada yang memanfaatkannya sebagai media menyampaikan informasi, untuk mempromosikan produk, bahkan hanya sekedar untuk mencurahkan isi hati pengguna, tentunya dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai media pembelajaran yang inovatif. Berkaitan dengan permasalahan saat ini mengenai pemanfaatan media sosial yang tidak terkontrol, sehingga perlunya pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai media pembelajaran pendidikan agama Hindu yang inovatif. Tentunya pemanfaatan media sosial dapat menumbuhkan pembelajaran yang aktif, kreatif, efektif dan menyenangkan. Maka sangat penting pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai media pembelajaran pendidikan agama Hindu pada siswa.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, it still has an impact on the world of education, educators are more required to carry out various kinds of innovations by utilizing digital-based learning media in learning, especially Hindu religious education learning. Learning media that are successful in learning Hindu religious education can change the behavior of students (behavior change), improve student learning outcomes, and the learning process becomes more optimal. The successful use of digital-based learning media cannot be separated from how well the media is planned. One of them is the use of google classrooms and social media as learning media by paying attention to various aspects such as the objectives, condition of students, supporting facilities, available time, and the ability of teachers to use them appropriately according to the characteristics of Hindu religious education subjects. This paper discusses how webinar as a source of learning in distance learning. Now the Covid-19 pandemic has forced the learning system to change drastically from classroom learning to online learning. With the phenomenon of the many webinar activities carried out by educational institutions is a form of information technology utilization in the midst of Covid-19 pandemic. The benefits of participating in webinar include making themselves active in learning, increasing knowledge, and insight on current issues from various scientific disciplines.
