Abstract

Perception  and  focus  in  accounting  is  need  for  a  paradigm  transform  in  thecome at economic turbulence (the uncertainty of business conditions). Accountant rolenot just as a driver compliance, which has the task of preparing the financial statementonly,  but  can  provide  added  value  driven  as  business  partner.Become  business  partnerthe  accountant  should  have  ability  to  making  decision  about  performance,profit  andstrategic  decision.This  study  aims  to  provide  ideas  and  strategic  thinking  to  theaccountant  to  be  more  involved  in  the  role  of  value  driven.  Type  in  this  research  is  adescriptive  study.  Discussion  of  this  article  about  building  paradigm  as  value  driven,how  to  change  the  focus  be  performance,  change  the  paradigm  of  technical  cost  intostrategic level in the corridors of cost management strategy. In addition to value drivenparadigm  that  was  built  in  thisarticle  also  discussed  the  role  of  accountant  strategicmapping to face the uncertainities of business condition.

Abstract

The number of fraud cases in Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) necessitates the implementation of accountability in order to reduce the potential for corruption or other forms of fraud within the BUMDes entity. Meanwhile, research on accountability in BUM Desa has received little attention. This paper aims to study an accountability model based on Sustainable Livelihood Assets, which include accountability based on asset potential (natural, physical, financial, human, social and cultural assets) that has been institutionalized in the management of BUMDes. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with content analysis method and as theoretical triangulation also uses data in the form of interviews with BUMDes directors and staff, village heads, and the community. The result Legal, policy, and compliance accountability for aspects of governance is the main foundation for complying with the regulations set in BUMDes, which states that BUMDes problems in their management are required elements of prudence that prioritize transparency and accountability. Managerial Accountability that emphasis in the managerial aspect is on how to embed the institutional elements of BUMDes that are patterned on administration, reporting, and accountability. It is possible that the procedural system for managing BUMDes includes several aspects such as social for institutional strengthening, the transformation of the environment into management, and the development of BUMDes.

Abstract

The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide marketinng training with online media namely Instagram. Moms households can take advantage of the internet by doing online business without having to leave the house so that you can keep an eye on your family. This community service was held on September 13, 2020 by inviting all member of PKK Grup RT. 01 RW. 11 Kedung Kandang Malang. The training was carried out materials and discussion. The presence of the team majoring in Accountancy at the State Polytechnic of Malang has provide enlightenment and new knowledge that is quite meaningful for all participants. Thing This is proven after Community Service activities, several mothers have started selling businesses online

Abstract

SIM-RIwinK (Sistem Informasi Manajemen Administrasi Kependudukan Wringinsongo) merupakan perwujudan aplikasi smart village Desa Wringinsongo. Dalam implementasinya terdapat permasalahan yang dihadapi antara lain: (a). Masih belum maksimalnya kapasitas SDM menggunakan sarana prasarana berbasis Teknologi Informasi dalam menunjang terwujudnya Smart Village dengan penggunaan aplikasi SIM-RIwinK. (b). Kurangnya penguatan Komunitas berupa sosialisasi dan literasi (Smart Community) dengan penggunaan aplikasi SIM-RIwinK dalam menunjang terwujudnya Smart Village Solusi yang ditawarkan: 1) Peningkatan Public Service dengan aplikasi SIM-RIwinK secara maksimal baik dari sisi peningkatan kapasitas SDM perangkat desa dengan cara pemberian pelatihan, pendampingan pengelolaan dan penggunaan aplikasi SIM- RIwinK maupun perbaikan secara continuous improvement aplikasi SIM-RIwinK 2.) Sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan dan penguatan media untuk memudahkan pemanfaatan aplikasi SIM-RIwinK kepada masyarakat. Hasil dari kegiatan ini terdapat tiga aspek, pertama aspek manajemen masyarakat merasa lebih mudah dalam pengajuan dokumen dan perangkat desa lebih dalam pengelolaan surat-surat yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah desa. Kedua aspek produksi, proses pengajuan dan pembuatan surat kependudukan dapat dilakukan secara realtime dan otomatis dapat dilakukan. Ketiga dari 38 responden didapatkan data bahwa terdapat 78% masyarakat mengetahui dan tertarik untuk mengakses aplikasi SIMRIwinK. Sedangkan terdapat 14% masyarakat sudah mengetahui SIMRIwinK tetapi tidak tertarik dan 8% masyarakat tidak mengetahui adanya SIMRIwinK. Berdasarkan data ini, bahwa aspek pemasaran kegiatan literasi dan pendampingan penggunaan SIMRIwinK dirasa tepat dan efektif

Abstract

The purpose of this Community Service activity is to introduce the concept of Planet, People and Profit in business management management at UKM Batik Blimbing Malang. This Community Service Activity is carried out in the implementation of this activity divided into 2 (two) stages including a preliminary survey in the form of observations and interviews. From the results of observations and interviews. After that, the implementation was carried out on March 27, 2021. The activities were carried out using lecture and question and answer methods. UKM Batik Blimbing Malang has actually implemented the concept of Planet, People and Profit but has not yet known the terms in detail in the concept. The implementation of this PKM can help make it easier to introduce products by combining the uniqueness of batik and the 3P concept

Abstract

ABSTRACT A business requires business legality as evidence of ratification of a business entity. Legality must be proven by valid documents according to applicable laws and regulations so that businesses are protected. In addition to business legality, catering services must also carry out tax obligations. Catering services are one of the objects of income tax (PPh). If the catering business takes the form of a corporate body, income tax art 23 will be collected and income tax art 21 will be collected if it is an individual business (as a non-employee receiving unsustainable income). This Community Service Activity is expected to provide knowledge about business legality and taxation aspects, especially with the enactment of the Job Creation Act and the Law on Tax Regulations Harmonization. Abstract

This study aims to analyze and design the modeling of the village administration information system. This design aims to improve the quality of village governance because the village government is the foremost representative in the state order that is very close to people's lives. The research method uses Research and Development, while the analysis model uses the Business Process Management System (BPMS) framework. The research stage starts with problem analysis, then describes the business process for submitting village documents, next is process modeling, and finally, conclusion analysis. The study results indicate that the application of the village administration information system described in this research model is proven to facilitate the administrative process and village governance and improve government and community institutions' control and supervision functions. These positive impacts have implications for improving the practice of Good Public Governance, including democracy, transparency, accountability, legal culture, and fairness and equality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors of management of regional property. This research was conducted by using quantitative descriptive method. The research method used is associative in which the research aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The analysis technique used is factor analysis. Based on the results of the data analysis test, it was found that testing of 33 factors in asset management in the local government environment. The sample uses 50 respondents, data analysis techniques using factor analysis in this research data are grouped into 6 (six) factors, namely: BMD Planning and Procurement (20.71%), Usage and Utilization (18.12%), Security and Maintenance (10 , 05%), Elimination (6.29%), Administration of BMD (5.00%) and Control and Control (4.89%). The results of this study indicate that of the six factors the most dominant factors are the factors of procurement BMD and BMD uses, in fact this is reasonable because planning is very important to be done to support the control and supervision process. While the use and utilization can be said to be effective if supported also by good administration and periodic maintenance.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine changes in accounting functions, especially accounting management to follow the development of business and how to model driven value accounting can be applied in making business decisions. The result is a model driven accounting values, are outlined in the three main focuses in the formation of value;, which focuses on improving market returns, focusing on improving performance, and an increase in the first kualitas.Model to increase market returns experienced a shift in accounting functions that can not only make a profit market but also provide value on economic profit more relevant in making business decisions. Improved performance as the second model which has a focus on how business decisions are based on value creation in the Customer, Employee and shareholders. While the third model which contributed to the improvement of quality is based on the business process.
