Abstract

Tulusbesar village is one of the villages in Tumpang sub-district, Malang district, where the livelihoods of the residents are mostly agriculture, animal husbandry and tofu production. Currently, tofu production MSMEs are one of the products being developed because they have potential and business opportunities and can improve the economic sector of Tulusbesar village. The aim of the community service program for tofu production MSMEs in Tulusbesar village is to help overcome the main problems that hamper the growth of tofu production MSMEs in Tulusbesar Village, such as the lack of diversification or product development with poor quality, the absence of management and bookkeeping activities. finances and promotional activities are still limited to word of mouth. The method of service activities applied is by conducting a problem survey, followed by analysis and implementation of problem solving with assistance and support for innovation and product diversification in accordance with consumer desires, providing assistance with machines and equipment that can improve the production process by combining appropriate technology and a touch of science and technology, business management training and financial bookkeeping and making packaging and labels as well as promotion through online marketing using social media such as Instagram. The results obtained from this community service include increased sales and product quality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and design the modeling of the village administration information system. This design aims to improve the quality of village governance because the village government is the foremost representative in the state order that is very close to people's lives. The research method uses Research and Development, while the analysis model uses the Business Process Management System (BPMS) framework. The research stage starts with problem analysis, then describes the business process for submitting village documents, next is process modeling, and finally, conclusion analysis. The study results indicate that the application of the village administration information system described in this research model is proven to facilitate the administrative process and village governance and improve government and community institutions' control and supervision functions. These positive impacts have implications for improving the practice of Good Public Governance, including democracy, transparency, accountability, legal culture, and fairness and equality.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore risk management practices at Village Own Enterprise (VOE) . The qualitative research method in this research uses an explanatory case study approach . The analytical tool used is Stewardship Theory and PP No. 11 of 2021 concerning VOE and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) to map the risks that occur in VOE The results of this study there are four types of risk namely; the first is strategic risk with indicators of governance, planning risk, market risk. The second is operational risk which consists of human resource risk, how monitoring and controlling are carried out. The three financial risks, in this case accounting and reporting, are processes that cannot be separated from fraud risk. The four sustainability risks are important by instilling risk awareness and supporting the mission of socio-cultural and environmental preservation in village communities. The research contribution provides guidance on what risks are faced by VOE as well as providing solutions on how VOE can survive and even their sustainability can be beneficial for the welfare of the community. There are 6 (six) VOE Sustainability values, consist of (1) Governance & Leadership Commitment, (2) Economic & Empowering Local Assets, (3) Stewardship cultural sindhung warih & Human Empowering, (4) Innovative, Network & Mutual Collaboration; (5) Environmin & Ecosystem Digitalize; (6) Risk Awareness & Compliance.

Abstract

Desa Wringinsongo, Kecamatan Tumpang, memiliki potensi ekonomi yang tinggiberupa sumber daya alam dan juga telah melakukan pengelolaan desa dengansangat baik. Kondisi ini memungkinkan terjadinya transformasi Wringinsongomenjadi Smart Village yang dapat lebih meningkatkan fungsi dan pelayanan desa.Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini membantu meningkatakan pengetahuanperangkat desa dan pengoptimalan penggunaan aplikasi Smart Village(SIMRIwinK). Dengan memperhatikan aspek manajemen dan aspek produksikegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan cara memberikanpengetahuan berupa ceramah dan praktik langsung penggunaan SIMRIwinKterhadap sepuluh orang perangkat desa dan perwakilan masyarakat desa. Hasilkegiatan pengabdian diperoleh bahwa kegiatan pengabdian masyarakatmemberikan manfaat terbesar yakni 84% pada aspek manajemen aplikaisSIMRIwinK memberikan kemudahan, dan peningkatan pengetahuan perangkatdesa menggunakan SIMRIwinK sebesar 82%. Serta dampak kegiatan pengabdianini perangkat desa sangat terbantu semakin meningkatnya penggunaan aplikasiSIMRIwinK sebesar 67%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengukur kinerja Wana Wisata Tanjung Papuma Jember menggunakan metode Balanced  Scorecard. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan perspektif keuangan yang diukur dengan SRGR (Service Revenue Growth Rate) dan CRR (Cost Recovery Ratio) menghasilkan kinerja yang cukup, perspektif pengunjung diukur dengan kepuasan pengunjung dan jumlah komplain menunjukkan kinerja yang baik, perspektif bisnis internal diukur dengan inovasi dan proses operasi menunjukkan kinerja yang baik, perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran diukur dengan kepuasan karyawan dan retensi karyawan menghasilkan kinerja yang baik. Hasil analisis dari keempat perspektif pada tahun 2021-2023 disimpulkan secara rata-rata adalah 0,75, menunjukkan kinerja perusahaan baik. Oleh karena itu, rekomendasi yang diberikan adalah melakukan pengukuran kinerja menggunakan metode Balanced Scorecard secara berkala dengan mempertahankan kriteria baik dan dapat meningkatkan perspektif keuangan dengan cara menyesuaikan besaran tiket masuk yang lebih ekonomis serta meningkatkan pemasaran.

Abstract

Sistem penjualan berbasis web menjadi salah satu ikon penentu keberhasilan transaksi bisnis diera digital saat ini. Penggunaan sistem penjualan ini meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas dalam melakukan transaksi online. Dari segi efisiensi penggunaan sistem menghemat berbagai sumberdaya dan berdampak pada peningkatan produktifitas dari satu entitas bisnis. Sementara dari sisi efektifitas penggunaan sistem penjualan secara online dapat menjangkau pelanggan secara lebih luas dengan waktu akses yang tak terbatas. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa entitas bisnis yang aktifitasnya berhubungan dengan penjualan harus menggunakan sistem berbasis teknologi digital jikalau ingin tetap bertahan di era kompetitif dewasa ini. Kegiatan PKM ini memberikan pendampingan pada UMKM Retail untuk dapat meningkatkan penjualannya. Sistem penjualan berbasis web menjadi salah satu ikon penentu keberhasilan transaksi bisnis di era digital saat ini. Masalah yang dihadapi antara lain: Masih belum maksimalnya penggunaan sistem penjualan berbasis database, sehingga kendala yang sering dihadapi mitra kurang efisiensi dan efektifitas dalam melakukan transaksi online.. Agar sistem penjualan benar–benar dapat menjawab kebutuhan para penggunanya, maka desain dan implementasi sistem harus menjadi perhatian pemiliknya, luaran yang akan dihasilkan berupa pendampingan literasi database dengan tujuan agar proses lalu lintas dan penyimpanan data dapat dijaga agar berlangsung secara aman dengan waktu akses seminim mungkin.

Abstract

ABSTRACT A business requires business legality as evidence of ratification of a business entity. Legality must be proven by valid documents according to applicable laws and regulations so that businesses are protected. In addition to business legality, catering services must also carry out tax obligations. Catering services are one of the objects of income tax (PPh). If the catering business takes the form of a corporate body, income tax art 23 will be collected and income tax art 21 will be collected if it is an individual business (as a non-employee receiving unsustainable income). This Community Service Activity is expected to provide knowledge about business legality and taxation aspects, especially with the enactment of the Job Creation Act and the Law on Tax Regulations Harmonization.
