Abstract

The incidence of caesarean section in Tapin Regency in 2022 will reach 55.3%, dominated by Datu Sanggul Rantau Regional Hospital at 42.5%. The aim of this research is to analyze factors related to the incidence of caesarean section at Datu Sanggul Rantau Regional Hospital in 2023. This research method is observational analytic with a case control design. The number of samples was 436 samples, with 218 caesarean section samples and 218 non-caesarean section samples, with the independent variables preeclampsia, premature rupture of membranes and fetal distress from the maternity register at Datu Sanggul Rantau Regional Hospital in 2023. The case sampling technique used purposive sampling and control sampling techniques. using simple random sampling. The statistical analysis used is chi square and odds ratio. The incidence of caesarean section was 43.9%; preeclampsia 17.4%; Premature rupture of membranes was 16.3% and fetal distress was 4.8%. There was a significant relationship between preeclampsia 26.1% (ρ-value = 0.001 < α = 0.05; OR = 3.708) and fetal distress 9.2% (ρ-value = 0.001 < α = 0.05; OR = 21.919 ) and the incidence of caesarean section, there is no relationship between premature rupture of membranes 16.3% (ρ-value = 0.069 > α = 0.05) and the incidence of caesarean section at Datu Sanggul Rantau Regional Hospital in 2023.

Abstract

Gerakan literasi nasional yang dicanangkan pemerintah masih fokus pada percepatan gerakan literasi sekolah, mulai dari tk dan sd sampai sekolah menengah. Pada saat yang sama, pemerintah daerah masih kurang memberikan perhatian terhadap gerakan literasi masyarakat khususnya di desa nagrak, kecamatan pacet. Tujuan gerakan literasi masyarakat adalah untuk menempatkan anak-anak yang tidak mampu bersekolah agar tetap bisa menjadi generasi literasi. Gerakan literasi di masyarakat memiliki urgensi yang sangat tinggi dalam upaya menciptakan generasi yang kritis, cerdas, dan berdaya saing. Literasi bukan hanya tentang kemampuan membaca dan menulis, melainkan juga mencakup kemampuan memahami, menganalisis, serta mengaplikasikan informasi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Desa nagrak adalah sebuah desa yang terletak di kecamatan pacet, kabupaten bandung, jawa barat. Di sejumlah daerah fasilitas literasi masih terbatas, salah satunya di desa nagrak tempat kami melaksanakan kkn, sehingga salah satu proyek kami adalah gerakan literasi masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kesadaran literasi di masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of Customer Rating (X1), Customer Reviews (X2), Product Quality (X3), and Live Streaming (X4) on Purchase Decisions (Y) on TikTok Shop in Samarinda City. The research employs a quantitative approach with purposive sampling, collecting data from 150 respondents. Data analysis includes data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient (R), coefficient of determination (R²), and hypothesis testing (F-test and T-test). The multiple linear regression equation results show: Y = a + 0.328(X1) + 0.306(X2) + 0.367(X3) + 0.258(X4). The correlation test indicates a strong relationship between the independent variables and Purchase Decision, with a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.924. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 85.4%, indicating that Customer Rating, Customer Reviews, Product Quality, and Live Streaming collectively influence Purchase Decision by 85.4%, while the remaining 14.6% is influenced by other factors outside the model. The T-test results demonstrate that Customer Rating, Customer Reviews, Product Quality, and Live Streaming each have a significant effect on Purchase Decision. Additionally, the F-test confirms that all four variables simultaneously have a significant influence on Purchase Decision on TikTok Shop
