Abstract

Background: The number of indicators of malnutrition with weight and height in Central Java asmuch as 0.28%. This figure is still lower than the Healthy Indonesia 2010 target of 3%. From 8villages in the District Twinning, Twinning Village is the 2nd village there are many childrenmalnutrition that of 430 infants, three toddlers suffering from severe malnutrition.Objective: To determine the picture mother's knowledge about the importance of nutritious foodfor children under five in the rural Kembaran Banyumas District of Kembaran In January-Julyperiod of the year.Methods: This study used quantitative descriptive method based on primary data by crosssectional approach and data collection techniques by purposive sampling taken by questionnaireto 35 respondents mothers with toddlers 1-5 years old in the village of the District TwinningTwinning Banyumas.Results: Overview of maternal knowledge that as many as 20 respondents (57.14%) with goodknowledge categories, based on the age of the total of> 35 years by 2 respondents (100%) with apretty good knowledge categories, based on the largest education ie college as much as 2respondents (100%) with good knowledge categories, based on the largest job that is not workingas many as 10 respondents (58.83%) with good knowledge categories, based on the greatestsocioeconomic> Rp.670.000,00 as many as 10 respondents (66.67%) by category good knowledgebased resources of the largest electronic media as one of the respondents (100%) with a prettygood knowledge category.Keywords: Knowledge mother, nutritious meals for toddlers.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the lack of understanding of students during online learning. The purpose of this study was to improve the understanding of students in grade 5 SD Negeri Tlogorejo 2 Guntur Demak through zoom assisted by powerpoint media. This research was conducted in November 2020, at SD Negeri Tlogorejo 2 Guntur Demak. This type of research is a Classroom Action Research with three cycles consisting of one meeting in one cycle. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. Data collection techniques and tools in this study used descriptive analysis techniques for data in the form of documents of students' work, lists of values and observation sheets. The results showed that assisted by powerpoint media through zooming the learning outcomes of students increased, namely in the first cycle there were 3 students who achieved mastery learning or 30%. In the second cycle there was an increase to 7 students who completed or 70%. Whereas in cycle III there were 8 students completing or 80% an increase of 50%. From the learning results of these students, it can be concluded that through zoom assisted by powerpoint can improve students' understanding.Keywords: understanding, powerpoint, PTK

Abstract

Abstract: This study was motivated by the low motivation to learn civics student at SMPN 1 Base Dimples Pelalawan. The problem of pene; otian is: "is there a difference motivation to learn civics that using the conventional method socrates seminar at SMPN 1 Base Dimples Pelalawan?". This study aims to determine the difference motivation to learn civics students who use the conventional method socrates seminar in SMP Negeri 1 Base Dimples Pelalawan.Penelitian District was conducted in SMP Negeri 1 Base Dimples Pelalawan in January 2015. This study is a descriptive research into population kuantitatifyang in this research is class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Base Dimples Pelalawan. The sample in this study was based technique of "purposive sampling".Where take classes in the sample is VIII A (control group) students were given a lecture, and class VIII B (grade Experiment ) students were given a seminar Socratic method and then the data analysis using the homogeneity test and test "t". Research conducted found that there are differences in student motivation anatara Socratic seminars methods and conventional methods in SMP Negeri 1 Base Dimples Pelalawan (t = 8.8 > table = 1.67). Where there is an average increase motivation to learn civics class control of 23.25 into 24.96 and an average increase motivation to learn civics class experiment of 23.12 to 30.25. Thus the hypothesis which says there is a difference motivation to learn civics that using the conventional method socrates seminar at SMPN 1 Base Dimples acceptable PelalawanKeywords: Motivation Learning, Socratic Seminar

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konflik batin yang terjadi pada tokoh utama dalam novel Novel Calabia karya Pepi Al-Baygunie. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan psikologi sastra. Peneliti mengelompokannya dalam tiga jenis yaitu menunjukan jenis konflik batin konflik mendekat-mendekat (approach-approach conflicf), konflik mendekat-menjauh (approach-avoidane conflict), menjauh-menjauh (avoidane-avioidane conflict). Konflik batin yang dialami tokoh utama yaitu konflik mendekat-mendekat (approach-approach conflicf) 8 kutipan, konflik mendekat-menjauh (approach-avoidane conflict) 6 kutipan, menjauh-menjauh (avoidane-avioidane conflict) 5 kutipan. Peneliti memperoleh temuan sebanyak 35 kutipan yang terdapat dalam novel calabai karya Pepi Al-Bayqunie.Kata Kunci : Konflik Batin, Tokoh Utama, Novel

Abstract

Manager penjualan sangat berperan penting dalam kinerja perusahaan swasta maupun nasional, salah satunya perusahaan PT. Astra Daihatsu Krakatau. Dalam menjalankan tugas dan tangggung jawabnya kantor cabang PT. Astra Daihatsu memiliki beberapa cabang di kota medan salah satu cabangnya ada di Jl. SM Raja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui secara detail apa saja penyebab terjadinya sistem pengendalian manajemen belum efektif setiap bulannya di PT. Astra Daihatsu Krakatau, Untuk mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi dalam meningkatkan kinerja manager penjualan di PT. Astra Daihatsu Krakatau, Untuk mengetahui upaya yang harus dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja manager penjualan secara efektif. Pendekatan penelitian ini mengggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan menggunakan metode Nvivo. Efektivitas sistem pengendalian managemen untuk meningkatkan kinerja manager penjualan (studi kasus pada PT. Astra Daihatsu Krakatau) sudah cukup memadai dilihat dari unsur-unsur sistem pengendalian manajemen. Seperti lingkungan sistem pengendalian,factor lingkungan, aktivitas pengendlaian, informasi dan komunikasi, tetapi ada unsur pengawasan masih belum efektif. Manager penjualan telah melaksanakan tanggung jawab manager cukup baik yang terdiri dari merencanakan strategi kinerja manager, mengevaluasi, menguji informasi, membuat laporan manager, dan menindaklanjuti hasil temuan manager serta memberikan rekomendasi atas kelemahan pengendalian manajemen yang ada.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze consumer perceptions of using Go-Jek services. Using a qualitative approach, consumer behavior theory, and research objects in Kediri, this study resulted in the conclusion that the perception or process that causes a consumer to use Gojek services depends on the stimuli received by the consumer. Every consumer has different motivations and reasons to use Gojek's services. The biggest stimulus that causes the emergence of consumer perception is that Gojek offers attractive promos, where the percentage of those who choose it is 43%.

Abstract

Kerajaan Demak, sebagai kerajaan Islam pertama di Jawa, menunjukkan pengaruh arsitektur dan seni yang kuat dari Dinasti Umayyah. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana elemen-elemen arsitektur dan seni dari Dinasti Umayyah diintegrasikan dan diadaptasi dalam kebudayaan Kerajaan Demak. Melalui analisis peninggalan arkeologis, seperti Masjid Agung Demak dan ornamen-ornamen yang ada, ditemukan adanya motif geometris dan kaligrafi yang khas dari gaya Umayyah. Selain itu, penggunaan kubah dan elemen struktur lainnya menunjukkan pengaruh Timur Tengah yang signifikan. Hasil penelitian ini memperkaya pemahaman kita tentang proses akulturasi budaya dan transformasi estetika yang terjadi di Kerajaan Demak, serta memberikan bukti nyata tentang jangkauan pengaruh Dinasti Umayyah dalam penyebaran Islam di Asia Tenggara.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the analysis of education quality mapping of SMP N 3 Singorojo, Kendal Regency. The research approach used is qualitative. This type of research is a case study. This research uses triangulation of sources and methods. Data analysis with three steps: data reduction, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: mapping the quality of education at SMP N 3 Singorojo, Kendal Regency is very important to understand where the school is in terms of the quality of education. However, critical analysis shows that the approach used in this mapping still has weaknesses, mainly related to an overly large focus on academic outcomes, neglect of innovations in teaching, as well as the inability to narrow down problems in schools. To improve the overall quality of education, a more holistic mapping is needed that focuses not only on outcomes but also on the process of education and includes non-academic aspects that are important for the overall development of students.

Abstract

Banyak keluarga yang belum mengetahui upaya pencegahan gangren padaDiabetes Mellitus. Dukungan keluarga diperlukan untuk meningkatkan upaya pencegahan gangren (perawatan kaki) pasien Diabetes Mellitus. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mempelajari hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan pencegahan (perawatan kaki) pada pasien Diabetes Mellitus. Desain penelitian ini adalah Korelasional dengan populasi pasien Diabetes Mellitus di Instalasi Rawat Jalan Rumah Sakit Baptis Kediri. Besar subyek 78 pasien, menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Variabel independen adalah dukungan keluarga, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah upaya pencegahan gangren (perawatan kaki). Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, data dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik Spearman rho dengan ??0,05. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa dukungan keluarga cukup sebanyak 64 pasien (82,1%), upaya pencegahan gangren (perawatan kaki) cukup sebanyak 56 pasien (71,8%) dan ada hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan pencegahan gangren (perawatan kaki) dengan nilai p=0,000. Kesimpulan dukungan keluarga berhubungan dengan upaya pencegahan gangren (perawatan kaki) pada pasien Diabetes Mellitus di Instalasi Rawat Jalan Rumah Sakit Baptis Kediri.
