Abstract

: Job satisfaction is a condition in which an individual feels good about what he has done from a job. A sense of satisfaction will give you better work. Employee job satisfaction has a good effect on the creation of company performance. Many factors that can provide employee job satisfaction include organizational citizenship behavior. This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of organizational citizenship behavior in Islamic perspectives on job satisfaction. This study is an associative study with a research sample of 80 respondents who are employees at higher education institutions in Medan. Data clumping techniques use observation and coesioner. Data analysis techniques use regression analysis, as well as hypothesis tests. The results showed that organizational citizenship behavior variables affect job satisfaction and the contribution of indevenden variables to job satisfaction 24.2%.Keywords: Islamic perspective, Job satisfaction, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Performance

Abstract

A tough challenge that leaders often have to face is how to move their subordinates to always want and be willing to exert his or her best skills for the sake of their group or organization. The relationship between employees and leaders is very important in increasing productivity so that it will give job satisfaction. For that the leader must have the nature of trust, professional and also has the nature of responsibility. Leadership is not arbitrariness to act, but the authority serves to nurturing and to do it as justly. Each of you is a leader, and you will be held accountable for his leadership (H. R. Bukhori). The purpose of this research is to know how Islamic leadership towards employee satisfaction in Syariah banking institutions in Medan city.The study approach uses associative research. Data collection techniques using polls and interviews. The result of a correlation analysis shows that Islamic leadership affects job satisfaction. The value of Thitung 4.081 1.998 Ttabel, it shows there is a significant level of Islamic leadership towards job satisfaction. The value of coefficient of determination is 0.209 or 20.9%. This means that leadership affects 20.9% of job satisfaction, the rest are influenced by unresearched factors.

Abstract

Performance is the result of work produced by employees and companies. Employee performance will determine the success of the company. In order for performance to provide maximum results, many factors must be considered to influence it. Factors that can affect employee performance include organizational culture, work skills and emotional intelligence. This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic organizational culture, work ability and emotional intelligence on employee performance at the Islamic Education Institute in Medan. The population in this study were all employees of the Islamic Education Institute with a sample of 98 people. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire that was tested for validity and reliability and interviews. The data analysis technique in this study used the classical assumption test, multiple regression, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination The results showed, partially there is a significant influence of Islamic organizational culture on employee performance, there is a significant effect of work ability on employee performance, there is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance. Simultaneously there is an influence of Islamic organizational culture, work morale and emotional intelligence on employee performance at the Islamic Education Institute in Medan City.Keywords: Employee Performance, Islamic Organizational Culture, Work Ability, Emotional Intelligence

Abstract

In companies, it is often found that there are employees who come late, are less careful in their work, do not feel enough about their salaries and several complaints related to employee motivation. These problems are closely related to the work results of employees in the company. The purpose of this study was to determine whether compensation and motivation together (simultaneously) or separately (partially) have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. XYZ Medan. This research is a causal associative study using a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 82 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that compensation and motivation simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance at PT. XYZ Medan, partial compensation has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. XYZ Medan and motivation partially have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence ofbrand image and taste on impulse buying thai tea products in students of the University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra. The problem in this study is whether the brand image and taste affect the impulse buying of Thai tea products in students of the University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra. The population of this study was limited to Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business who had already purchased thai tea products, the sample of this study was 97 respondents. Data collection techniques use documentation studies, interviews and questionnaires that are tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination.The results of the study found that partially brand image has an effect but not significantly on impulse buying, partially taste has a significant effect on impuse buying and simultaneously brand image and taste have a significant effect on impulse buying thai tea products in Students of Muhammdiyah University of North Sumatra.

Abstract

Customer loyalty is a very important thing for one business. Maintaining it becomes a priority for long-term gain. There are many things every company can do in order to retain its customers. Providing information communication technology that suits the customer's wishes and executing the right service marketing mix strategy can be done to retain customers. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of information communication technology and the service marketing mix on customer loyalty. The population of this study is Telkomsel customers who use indihome devices for more than two years in Medan. Data collection techniques using online questioners are tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques use multiple liner regression, classical assumption tests and hypothesis tests. The results showed that partially information communication technology has a significant effect on customer loyalty, partially the service marketing mix has a significant effect on customer loyalty and simultaneously information communication technology and service marketing mix has a significant effect on indihome customer loyalty.

Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this study was to formulate a model of passenger satisfaction and loyalty for Low Cost Carrier Airlines in IndonesiaMethodology - This type of research can be classified as causal research. This research was conducted in several big cities in Indonesia. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents via the Google Form which was distributed using the WhatsApp application. In this study, the sample size was 250 passengers. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with LISREL 8.80 software.Findings - The results of the study show that Service Quality, Price, and Brand Image have a positive and significant effect on Trust. Service Quality, Price, and Brand Image have a positive and significant effect on Satisfaction. Service Quality, Price, Brand Image, trust and satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Loyalty. Furthermore, there is the influence of Service Quality on Satisfaction through the Trust variable, there is the Effect of Price on Satisfaction through the Trust variable, there is the influence of Brand Image on Satisfaction through the Trust variable and there is the influence of Trust on Loyalty through the Satisfaction variable.Originality/Novelty - The research model uses five (5) variables and applies the concept of mediation, where each relationship in the research model is analyzed with SEM-Lisrel.Implications - This study has shown that trust and satisfaction have a mediating effect on the significant effect of Service Quality, Price, and Brand Image on loyalty. Starting from the results of this study, the recommendations for further research are to try to analyze or use the variables trust and satisfaction as independent variables, not as mediating variables.

Abstract

Transportation services are a much needed need today. But the pandemic has caused all sectors to experience a tremendous decline, including transportation. efforts are needed to retain existing customers to remain loyal to using transportation services with a customer relationship management strategy. This study determined how satisfaction and customer relationship management affect client loyalty. The participants in this study are people who have used online cab transportation services for more than two years in Medan that was started by 85 different people. An online survey that had been verified for validity and reliability was used in the data collection process. The data analysis method employed traditional assumption testing, hypothesis testing, and multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that, in part, customer relationship management and satisfaction have a major impact on customer loyalty, and that, in part, customer relationship management and satisfaction have a substantial impact on customer loyalty for online cab transportation services

Abstract

Dampak pandemi COVID-19 memberikan banyak perubahan pada dunia usaha khusus nya UMKM. Pandemic telah melahirkan perubahan terhadap perilaku pasar yang terbiasa berbelanja online sehingga setiap usaha harus mampu untuk menyesuaikan dengan situasi ini. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melakukan pelatihan pada program kemitraan masyarakat pelaku UMKM yang bergerak pada bidang kuliner di kota Medan, di Desa Bahbutong. UMKM ini merupakan usaha yang baru berdiri memasuki usia dua tahun, maka sangat perlu untuk berkembang dan mempertahankan bisnisnya. Maka UMKM ini membutuhkan pelatihan tentang pentingnya pemanfaatan digital marketing agar sistem promosinya menjadi lebih baik dan mampu meningkatkan kapasitas usaha. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan berupa diskusi dan pemberian tutorial mengoptimalkan akun dimedia sosial beserta cara mengelola media sosial tersebut.. Hasil yang diperoleh dari program kemitraan untuk meningkatkan wawasan, pengetahuan dan kemampuan masyarakat pelaku UMKM yang dapat meningkatkan kegiatan usahanya disarankan sebaiknya penggunaan strategi digital marketing dapat ditindak lanjuti dengan bimbingan secara berkala sehingga bisa efektif dan optimal dalam menunjang kegiatan pemasaran dan meningkatkan kapasitas usaha pada UMKM..

Abstract

Keputusan pembelian online menjadi suatu keniscayaan yang paling banyak dilakukan mahasiswa khususnya di era digital ini. Permasalahan yang terjadi adanya gangguan teknologi dan miskomunikasi yang berpengaruh terhadap pembelian online. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh teknologi informasi dan sosial media marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian online Pada mahasiswa di Kota Medan. Populasi penelitian mahasiswa yang pernah berbelanja di media sosial, sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden mahasiswa di Kota Medan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan kuisioner yang diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa secara parsial teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian online, secara parsial sosial media marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian online, serta secara simultan teknologi informasi dan sosial media marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian online pada Mahasiswa di Kota Medan.Kata kunci: Digital marketing, sosial media marketing, Keputusan Pembelian Online,Teknologi Informasi.
