Abstract

Covid-19 sebutan untuk pandemic yang semakin harinya semakin memakan banyak korban. tujuan dibuatnya artikel ini adalah sebagai penjelasan kembali mengenai edukasi yang diberikan pemerintah serta menegaskan kembali untuk masyarakat agar senantiasa berada dalam jangkauan pemerintah/mengikuti kebijakan – kebijakan pemerintah dengan pendekatan kualitatif serta metode perkembangan dan perbandingan kami menyimpulkan bahwa Kebijakan pemerintah pada dasarnya ditujukan untuk seluruh masyarakat secara luas. Kebijakan pemerintah dibuat tidak lain untuk mendukung suatu usaha ke jalan yang lebih baik

Abstract

Untuk mengetahui tingkat kesehatan perusahaan harus dilakukan pengukuran ataupun penilaian kinerja perusahaan. Kinerja adalah prestasi yang dicapai oleh perusahaan dalam suatu periode tertentu yang mencerminkan tingkat kesehatan perusahaan. Tujuannya adalah menemukan kelemahan di dalam kinerja perusahaan yang dapat menyebabkan masalah pada perusahaan. Demikian juga PT. Unilever Tbk yang tentunya ingin mengetahui tingkat kesehatan usahanya dari tahun ke tahun, yaitu dengan cara menilai kinerja manajemen perusahaannya. PT. Unilever Tbk tentunya membutuhkan pengelolaan manajemen yang baik dari permodalan, persediaan barang, dan laba yang akan diperoleh, sehingga perusahaan dapat terhindar dari kurang tepatnya keputusan atau kebijakan yang diambil, serta perusahaan dapat menjalankan kegiatan operasionalnya dengan lebih efisien dan tujuan yang telah ditetapkan dapat tercapai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif karena alat analisis data yang digunakan berasal dari data sekunder laporan keuangan PT Unilever Tbk Pada tahun 2017 - 2019 yang diambil dari www.idx.com. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam menilai kinerja keuangan perusahaan adalah dengan rasio keuangan, yang terdiri dari likuiditas, solvabilitas, aktivitas, dan profitabilitas. Untuk menilai kinerja keuangan tersebut dengan menggunakan metode time series yaitu dengan cara membandingkan ratio-ratio financial perusahaan dari satu periode ke periode lainnya. Dari rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas, dan profitabilitas setiap tahunnya mengalami peningkatan, hal ini ditunjukan dari penjualan dan laba yang didapatkan perusahaan selalu meningkat, semua kewajiban yang harus ditanggung perusahaan bisa dipenuhi, baik kewajiban lancar maupun tidak lancar, hanya rasio aktivitas yang selalu mengalami penurunan, hal ini terjadi karena kurang efektinya perusahaan dalam mengelola aktiva dan piutang perusahaan.

Abstract

This study was aimed to examine and advise PT. Lembaga Keuangan Mikro (LKM) on capital inclusion adequacy. This study used a quantitative approach by using parametric statistics, and financial report analysis from 2014 to 2018. In this period, the performance of LKM was great. Its asset increased from Rp. 16.40 billion to Rp. 38.37 billion; its credit increased from Rp. 12.16 billion to Rp. 32.60 billion; its savings increased from Rp. 8.53 billion to Rp. 11.28 billion; and its deposits increased from Rp. 11.86 billion to Rp. 17.60 billion. Furthermore, LKM also has good key performing indices. The Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Productive Asset Quality (PAQ), Non-Performing Loan, Cash Ratio, Operating Expense Ratio, (OER), Return on Asset, and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) are all within healthy limits. This brings a good consequence in improving realization need in capital injection from the owner. As to increase PT. LKM performance, the government is suggested to give a  capital at least 1 billion Rupiah.

Abstract

During the election year, political candidates apply different strategies to win the election. Some candidates resort to spreading hoaxes and vote-buying. This phenomenon has become a trouble for the country as there will be severe repercussions. Halal politics is a new concept that needs to be studied. It aims to reduce or even eradicate hoax spreading and vote-buying. It also hopes to provide a further reference in political activities for both politicians and people generally. This study used qualitative literature study and thematic interpretation to collect data that are related to halal politics. The sources of the data are study results, Quran, and scholar Quran interpretation. The study concludes that halal politics implementation depends on heavily on people's active participation in preventing and stopping hoaxes and vote-buying. Furthermore, with the increase in society's political literacy, political candidates will change their strategy for the better.

Abstract

In an era marked by an increasingly complex and dynamic financial landscape, the intersection of financial literacy, behavioral biases and investment decisions stands as a critical link influencing the economic well-being of individuals. The aim of this study is to determine the influence of financial literacy and behavioral biases on investment decisions. This study used an online questionnaire for management students of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. It used a quantitative approach and associative design and used multiple linear regression for analysis. The study confirms that behavioral biases are present in the investment decision-making of the students. Along with financial literacy, it also significantly influences the investment decision. The study highlights the significance of financial literacy in shaping the financial stability of students. It also made aware of the potential adverse effect of behavioral biases in influencing investment decisions among investors.

Abstract

The obligation to certify halal products in circulation is limited to food, beverages, goods, or services. This study determined the effect of halal labeling on the purchase intention of Indonesian Muslim communities in non-food halal products. Even though laws regulate halal products in circulation, not all people know about halal products, especially non-food products. This research method used a mixed method, which combined quantitative and qualitative methods. The design was a two-phase mixed method, with data collection techniques based on explanatory strategies. The results were analyzed with sequential data; quantitative was used as the basis for collecting qualitative data. The results of this study indicated there was a partially accepted influence of religiosity on Purchase Intention. Religiosity positively and significantly affected the Purchase Intention of non-food halal products. Furthermore, the hypothesis that said there was influence of the Perception of the Halal Label on Purchase Intention was partially accepted. Thus, the Perception of the Halal Label positively and significantly affected the Purchase Intention of non-food halal products. The significant level that produced 0.000, smaller than the specified significance level, was 0.05, so the significance level of Religiosity and Perception of Halal Labels was significant to Purchase Intention. It could also be seen that the f-count value was 118.210 with an f-table value of 3.1504, so the f-count > f-table or 118.210 > 3.1504, which means Religiosity and Perception of the Halal Label simultaneously affect Purchase Intention. In conclusion, Religiosity and Perception of the Halal Label simultaneously affect Purchase Intention on Non-Food Halal Products.

Abstract

Fiqh lembaga bisnis syariah adalah studi menyeluruh tentang prinsip-prinsip hukum Islam yang mengatur aktivitas dan transaksi bisnis. Dengan fokus pada empat bidang utama: pariwisata, hotel, rumah sakit, dan pemasaran syariah, artikel dalam jurnal ini menyelidiki konsep fiqh lembaga bisnis syariah. Artikel ini menguraikan prinsip-prinsip hukum Islam dalam praktik bisnis di sektor pariwisata, layanan rumah sakit, hotel, dan strategi pemasaran. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan panduan teoritis dan panduan praktis bagi pelaku bisnis yang ingin mengintegrasikan prinsip-prinsip syariah dalam operasional dan pemasaran mereka. Ini dilakukan dengan memberikan tinjauan mendalam dari masing-masing sektor. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan fiqh untuk menjelaskan dasar hukum dan etika dalam operasi bisnis syariah. Ini membantu orang lebih memahami bagaimana prinsip bisnis Islam selaras satu sama lain.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of spending efficiency ratio and budget realization growth ratio on the financial performance of the Regional Inspectorate of West Java Province from 2020 to 2023. The study employs a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis to measure the effect of independent variables on financial performance. The findings indicate that the spending efficiency ratio has a positive and significant effect on financial performance, demonstrating that optimal budget utilization enhances regional financial stability. Additionally, the budget realization growth ratio also has a significant impact, although its influence is relatively lower than spending efficiency. The results emphasize the importance of efficient financial management and budget allocation planning in improving regional financial performance. These findings provide insights for policymakers to enhance financial transparency and accountability in local government budget planning and execution.

Abstract
