Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis penerapan pendekatan religius dalam supervisi pembelajaran di MTs Ma’arif NU 01 Salatiga untuk meningkatkan komitmen dan kinerja guru. Pendekatan religius mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai agama, seperti keikhlasan, amanah, dan tanggung jawab, dalam proses pembinaan dan evaluasi guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan pendekatan religius dalam supervisi pembelajaran di MTs Ma’arif NU 01 Salatiga serta dampaknya terhadap peningkatan komitmen dan kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, melibatkan kepala madrasah, pengurus yayasan, dan guru PAI sebagai subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan religius dalam supervisi berdampak positif pada peningkatan komitmen guru, yang ditandai dengan dedikasi yang lebih besar dalam pembelajaran. Selain itu, supervisi berbasis religius membantu memperkuat kinerja guru dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Faktor keberhasilan meliputi dukungan kepemimpinan, budaya kerja kolektif, dan internalisasi nilai-nilai keagamaan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan religius sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan berbasis Islam, yang tidak hanya fokus pada aspek teknis tetapi juga pembentukan karakter dan spiritualitas guru. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan supervisi religius secara konsisten untuk menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang lebih bermakna dan harmonis.

Abstract

The lack of awareness and ability of today's preachers to unite diversity as Walisongo does mean that there are still gaps in understanding and implementing the values of inter-religious harmony. This research aims to explore the role and methods of Walisongo da'wah in promoting inter-religious harmony, as well as to investigate the possible application of their da'wah messages in an increasingly complex context of diversity. The research methods used include literature study, historical data analysis with descriptive analysis techniques. The research results show that the inclusive and dialogical approach implemented by Walisongo has a positive impact in uniting religious and cultural diversity. Today's preachers can adopt the strategies implemented by Walisongo, such as approaches based on local wisdom and community empowerment, to strengthen harmony and solve gaps in understanding religion. Therefore, the results of this research confirm that Walisongo da'wah provides a relevant and effective model in responding to the challenges of religious and cultural diversity, and can be a guide for today's preachers in building a more harmonious and inclusive society.

Abstract

Penerapan kurikulum pesantren dan kesetaraan pendidikan agama Islam pada lembaga pendidikan sangat penting untuk dilaksanakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dinamika kurikulum pesantren dan kesetaraan pendidikan agama Islam di Ma'had SMP TBS Kudus. Dalam konteks pendidikan Islam, pesantren memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk karakter dan memperkuat pemahaman keagamaan santri. Namun, tantangan muncul ketika harus menyelaraskan kurikulum tradisional pesantren dengan standar pendidikan nasional yang menekankan kesetaraan dan kompetensi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Field research dan literatur penelitian ini juga menggunakan teori relasi kuasa dari Michel Foucault sebagai pisau analis penelitian . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ma'had SMP TBS Kudus telah mengintegrasikan kurikulum pesantren dengan kurikulum nasional melalui pendekatan yang fleks ibel, tanpa menghilangkan nilai-nilai tradisi keilmuan Islam. Kesetaraan pendidikan agama dicapai melalui sinkronisasi materi diniyah dan umum, serta evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis kompetensi dan akhlakul karimah. Dinamika ini mencerminkan upaya adaptif pesantren dalam menjawab kebutuhan zaman, tanpa kehilangan identitas keislaman yang khas yaitu kurikulum tradisional dan kurikulum nasional.

Abstract

MI Koerul Huda adalah lembaga pendidikan dasar formal yang setara dengan Sekolah Dasar (SD), tetapi berada di bawah naungan Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia. Sistem Absensi Siswa dan Nilai Siswa di MI Khoerul huda pada saat itu masih mengguanakan sistem manual seperti pencatatan di dalam buku tebal, sehingga terkadang pencatatan tersebut bisa hilang atau rusak terkena air atau semacamnya yang dapat merusak kertas. Maka dari itu Kepala Yayasan di sekolah tersebut menginginkan para guru tidak lagi khawatir terkait pencatatan absen siswa maupun pencatatan nilai siswa, maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi absensi untuk guru agar mudah dan efisien dalam pencatatan absensi maupun nilai siswa. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah model Waterfall, dengan tahapan analisis, desain, implementasi, pengujian, dan evaluasi. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan sistem mampu mencatat data nilai secara digital, dan mempermudah absen siswa secara real-time, serta mempermudah pengelolaan nilai untuk akhir semester. Sistem ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi guru dan staff operator sekolah mengatur sistem dan data-data siswa.

Abstract

The rapid development of the gaming industry and gamer community in the current digital era has raised concerns about the negative impacts that have the potential to affect the morals and behavior of game players, especially teenagers. This article examines the perspective of Islamic Religious Education in instilling moral values ​​in the gamer community. Using a qualitative approach and literature study, this research explores the principles of Islamic teachings that are relevant to character formation and healthy gaming ethics. The research results show that Islamic Religious Education offers comprehensive moral guidelines in guiding the gamer community. Principles such as fairness, patience, tolerance and self-control are important foundations in creating a positive playing environment and avoiding negative behavior such as addiction, violence and discrimination. Apart from that, Islamic teachings also emphasize the concept of moderation and balance in entertainment activities, as well as prioritizing social responsibility and respect for others. This research contributes to the enrichment of Islamic education, especially in responding to moral challenges arising from the development of technology and digital culture. The perspective of Islamic religious education presented can be a reference for understanding and guiding the gamers society in a way that is relevant to the times, reinforced by the Social Learning Theory proposed by Albert Bandura, which is useful for developing a code of ethics for playing games that is in line with religious principles. Thus, the gamer community can enjoy playing games in a healthy and responsible manner, while strengthening their moral character in accordance with Islamic teachings.

Abstract

After the fall of the New Order in 1998, Indonesia experienced a major transformation in various aspects of life, one of which was the Islamic education system. The political changes and reforms that occurred had a significant influence on the way Islamic education was managed and developed. In this era of disruption triggered by technological advances, globalization, and Islamic educational institutions such as Islamic boarding schools and madrasas are facing unique and complex challenges. The research aims to understand Islamic education in Indonesia after the New Order and identify and evaluate the challenges faced by Islamic education institutions in the era of disruption. As well as knowing the role of Islamic educational institutions which remain relevant and effective in the modern context. The research method applied is a literature study by examining various literature sources. The results of this research are to improve the quality of Islamic education, equip students with optimal mastery of science and technology supported by a good religious and social mentality, and create a good and true generation of people. The era of disruption presents challenges to the digital divide, as well as the need to balance traditional values ”‹”‹and modern innovation.

Abstract

This research is focused on three main objectives, namely: 1) tracing the understanding regarding the meaning of tolerance in national and state life, 2) elaborating the essence as well as the purpose of multicultural education, and 3) evaluating the role of multicultural education in shaping tolerant character. The approach used was qualitative with literature study method. The research data was obtained from diverse literature sources, then analyzed using hermeneutic methods. The results of the study show that: 1) tolerance is a fundamental aspect to maintain the harmony of national life amidst the diversity of society. A tolerant attitude is necessary to realize peace as well as harmony in the face of differences; 2) multicultural education is very relevant for Indonesian society, especially the younger generation through formal education, given that the Indonesian nation has a complex character. This education serves to open insights so that society can accept diversity as something natural, thus enabling mutual respect and maintaining coexistence; 3) the application of multicultural education can be integrated into various subjects or lectures, such as citizenship education, Islamic religious education, and other fields. The role of educators is very important in inculcating the value of tolerance through multicultural education, by utilizing digital technologies such as the internet and online platforms combined with appropriate learning methods and media. It facilitates learners to understand the concept of tolerance as well as apply it in social, national and state life. In addition, both teachers and lecturers are expected to have comprehensive competencies, covering pedagogical, professional, personality, and social skills.
