Abstract

Pemanasan global maupun deforestasi merupakan salah satu permasalahan paling serius untuk lingkungan. Rehabilitasi hutan dapat dilakukan sebagai salah satu upaya penyerapan emisi karbon. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menentukan besaran biomassa, karbon serta penyerapan CO2 sebelum dan setelah rehabilitasi dengan metode non destruktif. Penelitian dilakukan pada lima tutupan lahan (lahan rehabilitasi 2015, 2016, 2017, lahan terbuka, dan hutan sekunder) di tiga kecamatan (Manuhing, Rungan Barat, dan Manuhing Raya) di Kabupaten Gunung Mas, Kalimantan Tengah. Kandungan biomassa di atas permukaan tanah pada lahan rehabilitasi tertinggi baik pada tahun tanam 2015 maupun 2016 terdapat di Kecamatan Manuhing Raya, sedangkan pada tahun 2017 di Kecamatan Manuhing, hasil tersebut terjadi karena adanya input tambahan berupa pupuk alami di lokasi tersebut sehingga meningkatkan kesuburan tanah dan menjadikan pertumbuhan tanaman lebih baik. Total biomassa pada beberapa tutupan lahan di Kabupaten Gunung Mas semakin menurun dengan urutan: hutan sekunder (465,12-806,48 ton/ha) > lahan rehabilitasi (0,77-84,89 ton/ha) > lahan terbuka (0,001-0,06 ton/ha). Simpanan karbon mengalami penurunan yang sangat drastis dari 310,24-418,62 ton C/ha menjadi 7,25-29,43 ton C/ha karena deforestasi dan alih fungsi hutan. Kegiatan rehabilitasi mampu meningkatkan kembali kemampuan suatu lahan dalam menyerap dan menyimpan cadangan karbon secara berkelanjutan. Abstract

Abstrak Pada era milineal, mayoritas kebutuhan manusia berbasis digitalisasi dan bisa diatur menggunakan gadget. Penggunaan gadget saat ini sudah merambat ke dunia anak, sehingga menjadi tantangan bagi orang tua dan pendidik PAUD dalam menghadapi anak di era revolusi industri 4.0. Di Negara Indonesia penggunaan gadget banyak berdampak negatif, khususnya pada anak usia dini. Fenomena tersebut menjadi latar belakang masalah pada penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dan bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan gadget yang dapat menunjang sarana pembelajaran anak usia dini. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi pada anak usia dini yang berusia 4-6 tahun, wawancara terhadap orang tua yang memberikan gadget pada anak usia dini, dan dokumentasi yang terkait pada anak yang menggunakan gadget dalam proses pembelajarannya. Hasil penelitian yang Penulis lakukan dapat diketahui bahwa penggunaan gadget dapat meningkatkan minat belajar anak dalam proses pembelajaran. Sehingga gadget bagi kalangan anak bisa sebagai alat untuk melengkapi sarana proses pembelajarannya. Kata Kunci: Gadget, Sarana Pembelajaran, Era Revolusi Industri 4.0. AbstractIn this milineal era, the majority of human needs are based on digitization and can be managed using gadgets. The use of gadgets has now spread to the world of children, so it is a challenge for parents and kindergarten teachers in dealing with children in the industrial revolution era 4.0. In Indonesia, the use of gadgets has many negative effects, especially in early childhood. This phenomenon is the background of the problem in this study. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods and aims to determine the use of gadgets that can support early childhood learning facilities. The process of collecting data is done through observation of early childhood aged 4-6 years, interviews with parents who give gadgets to young children, and related documentation on children who use gadgets in the learning process. The results of research by the author can be seen that the use of gadgets can increase children's learning interest in the learning process. So that the gadget for children can be a tool to complement the learning process facilities.Keywords: Gadget, Learning Tool, Industrial Revolution Era 4.0.

Abstract

AbstrakFenomena bilingual pada anak usia dini sangat melekat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sebagai antisipasi dari persaingan global. Anak yang diberikan pembelajaran bilingual sejak dini akan mampu bersaing dengan dunia luar dikarenakan bisa mempelajari kebudayaan luar yang notabene menggunakan bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa dunia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) pembelajaran bilingual pada anak usia dini. (2)Pendidikan Inklusif bagi Anak Usia Dini. (3)Pembelajaran bilingual (dwi bahasa) di TK Ababil Kota Pangkalpinang.Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Pemilihan subjek dilakukan sesuai dengan kebutuhan peneliti. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Kepala Yayasan TK Ababil, Kepala Pengelola TK Ababil, guru kelas, perilaku peserta didik, dan orang tua.Metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasi,wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Dalam menganalisis data, peneliti menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman selama berada di lapangan. Aktivitas dalam analisis data meliputi data reduction, data display, dan conclusion drawing/ verification. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setiap anak mampu mengembangkan bahasa secara alami. Namun, pengembangan bahasa juga dipengaruhi oleh orang tua, lingkungan dan dunia pendidikan, terutama dalam pembelajaran dua bahasa (bilingual).Pembelajaran bilingual pada anak usia dini tidak boleh dengan paksaan dan harus dilakukan dengan kegiatan yang menyenangkan seperti, bernyanyi, bermain, dan pembiasaan. Adapun pembelajaran bilingual di TK Ababil yang merupakan salah satu TK inklusi di kota Pangkalpinang memberikan hak dan kesempatan belajar yang sama pada anak berkebutuhan khusus (disabilitas) karena sekolah ini memandang setiap anak unik dan memiliki kecerdasan yang berbeda-beda.Kata Kunci: Bilingual

Abstract

The rapid development of the era and technological advances make it easier for someone to compile and present information, including in the teaching and learning process. Teaching and learning activities require media so that learning objectives are achieved. One of the media innovations that utilizes sophisticated technology is smart television (smart TV). This study aims to describe the use of child-friendly smart TV media in improving the cognitive and language development of 2-year-old children. The study uses a descriptive qualitative type. The subjects of the study were two 2-year-old children, managers, and teachers at Husna Day Care Pamekasan. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used the Miles and Huberman model in the form of steps, namely: 1) data collection, 2) data reduction, 3) data presentation, and 4) drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that the use of child-friendly smart TV learning media at Husna Day Care Pamekasan was proven to be able to improve the cognitive and language development of 2-year-old children.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the formation of the character "Abhekteh" (devotion) for children in the care of Kyai families in Madura. The concept of "Abhekteh" is a cultural and religious value that underlies the behavior of devotion to parents and elders, which is highly respected in Madurese society. The research method used is a qualitative phenomenological approach to explore the formation of the character of abhekteh (devotion) in children in the care of the families of Madurese kyai with data collection techniques in the form of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research respondents consisted of kyai families, consisting of fathers (kyai) and mothers (nyai). Data analysis was carried out thematically to understand the mechanism of internalization of Abhekteh values ​​in everyday life. The results of the study indicate that parenting practices in Madurese kyai families to form abhekteh (devotion) characters in children is a complex and multidimensional process. The approach used tends to be authoritative, combining firmness in instilling abhekteh values ​​with warmth and open communication. The main methods used include role models, habituation, dialogue, reflection, and involvement in social activities. The implications of these parenting practices include the internalization of deep moral values ​​in children, the development of emotional and spiritual intelligence, the formation of a strong cultural identity, increased ability to adapt to changing times, the development of social and leadership skills, and the strengthening of family ties and social cohesion of the community.

Abstract

Urban environmental comfort increasingly challenged by rapid population growth and development. Green Open Spaces (GOS) are crucial in enhancing community also life quality. This study assess the comfort value of GOS in Medan City by examining physical, biotic, and social factors. The research employed a combination of vegetation inventory to evaluate biodiversity, environmental measurements to assess air quality and noise levels, and public perception surveys to understand social comfort. The findings reveal that Cadika Park possesses the highest vegetation diversity with 31 tree species, dominated by Terminalia mantaly, which also recorded the highest Leaf Area Index (LAI) of 1.78. Physically, air quality within GOS areas is better than outside, although noise levels still exceed environmental quality standards. Socially, the community perceives GOS as comfortable and beneficial for daily activities. In conclusion, despite certain physical limitations, GOS in Medan City contributes positively to environmental comfort, underscoring the need for continuous management and sustainable development of urban green spaces.

Abstract

The response of composting microbes to fly ash can show an increase or decrease in population depending on the type and concentration of fly ash used. This study aims to identify the effect of fly ash addition on the composting of citronella (Cymbopogon nardus (L.) Rendl.) leaf waste, specifically in relation to changes in the C/N ratio and the number of composting microbes, and the identification of fungal species that developed during the process. The composting treatments included citronella leaf waste without alkali (K), also with the addition of alkali in the form of 2% dolomite (D), fly ash of 2% (FA1), 5% (FA2), 10% (FA3) and 15% (FA4). The analysis used in this study was a quantitative descriptive analysis related to the analysis of C-organic and total N, as well as composting microbes. Quantitative descriptive analysis was employed to assess C-organic content, total nitrogen, and microbial populations. The results demonstrated that the incorporation of fly ash influenced both the C/N ratio and microbial abundance. The addition of 10% fly ash proved to be the most effective treatment, increasing nitrogen content and reducing the C/N ratio to 26, while supporting bacterial growth up to 3.0 × 10¹¹ CFU/g. Fungal identification revealed the presence of Rhizopus sp., Trichoderma sp., and Aspergillus sp., which contribute to the degradation of organic matter in citronella leaf waste.

Abstract

Gangguan Spektrum Autisme (GSA) menyebabkan kesulitan interaksi sosial pada anak didik yang berdampak pada perkembangan keterampilan sosialnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji peran permainan terstruktur dalam meningkatkan keterampilan sosial anak didik dengan GSA. Studi pustaka dengan analisis konten kualitatif digunakan untuk mengkaji literatur ilmiah terkait permainan terstruktur dan GSA yang diterbitkan tahun 2018-2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan empat kategori permainan terstruktur efektif meningkatkan keterampilan sosial: permainan berbagi dan bergiliran, permainan pengenalan emosi, permainan peran sosial, dan permainan komunikasi terstruktur. Kontribusi akademik penelitian ini berupa model konseptual pengembangan intervensi sosial bertahap dari aktivitas paralel ke kolaboratif yang menjembatani preferensi soliter anak didik GSA dengan kebutuhan pengembangan keterampilan sosial. Kontribusi praktis meliputi panduan implementasi permainan terstruktur berdasarkan lima faktor keberhasilan: personalisasi minat anak didik, dukungan visual jelas, intensitas program, keterlibatan orang tua, dan penerapan prinsip pembelajaran kooperatif.

Abstract

Seedling quality contributes significantly to the development of industrial forest plantations. This study assessed Dicranopteris linearis (Resam) and rice husk charcoal mixtures as an alternative nursery media for Acacia mangium Willd. seedlings. The study was carried out using a Completely Randomized Design, and the data were analyzed using ANOVA. Five mixtures of resam and rice husk charcoal were tested: A (100% control), B (80%:20%), C (70%:30%), D (60%:40%), and E (50%:50%). The ratio of 70%:30% yielded the best performance, with a mean height of 12.84 cm, fresh weight of 4.63 grams, dry shoot weight of 1.53 grams, and a Seedling Quality Index (SQI) of 0.0018. These findings highlight mixed media C as the most effective composition and confirm the potential of resam and rice husk charcoal mixture as an effective and sustainable nursery media for industrial forest plantation.
