Abstract

The productivity of employee performance can be determined by the conditions of the work environment. This of course will affect the success of the agency in determining its goals. The research objective was to determine the effect of the work environment on the performance of the employees of Abdurachman Saleh University (Unars). Quantitative research methods with a population of 66 UNARS employees and saturated sampling technique so that the sample is also 66 respondents. The data used are primary and secondary data. The data were analyzed using t test, determinant test and simple regression model using SPSS 22. The results showed a simple regression model Y = -2.7596 + 0.622X. Work environment (X) has a significant effect on the performance of UNARS employees. Abstract

This study aims to examine the formation of the character "Abhekteh" (devotion) for children in the care of Kyai families in Madura. The concept of "Abhekteh" is a cultural and religious value that underlies the behavior of devotion to parents and elders, which is highly respected in Madurese society. The research method used is a qualitative phenomenological approach to explore the formation of the character of abhekteh (devotion) in children in the care of the families of Madurese kyai with data collection techniques in the form of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research respondents consisted of kyai families, consisting of fathers (kyai) and mothers (nyai). Data analysis was carried out thematically to understand the mechanism of internalization of Abhekteh values ​​in everyday life. The results of the study indicate that parenting practices in Madurese kyai families to form abhekteh (devotion) characters in children is a complex and multidimensional process. The approach used tends to be authoritative, combining firmness in instilling abhekteh values ​​with warmth and open communication. The main methods used include role models, habituation, dialogue, reflection, and involvement in social activities. The implications of these parenting practices include the internalization of deep moral values ​​in children, the development of emotional and spiritual intelligence, the formation of a strong cultural identity, increased ability to adapt to changing times, the development of social and leadership skills, and the strengthening of family ties and social cohesion of the community.

Abstract

Stabilisasi tanah merupakan suatu upaya yang digunakan untuk memperbaiki sifat tanah dasar sehingga mutunya dapat lebih baik dan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan daya dukung tanah. Salah satu upaya stabilisasi yaitu dengan cara mencampurkan beberapa bahan tambah ke dalam tanah untuk meningkatkan salah satu parameter daya dukung tanah yaitu kuat geser dan kuat tekan tanah. pengujian sifat fisis tanah sebelum dilakukan stabilisasi tanah menggunakan rumut ilung tanah sungai kali cenderung tanah di katakan biasa sampai dengan jelek untuk dijadikan sebagai bahan tanah dasar suatu konstruksi hal ini diperoleh berdasarkan uji analisa saringan dengan menggunakan klasifikasi AASHTO dan tanah tergolong sebagai kerikil berlanau, campuran krikil-pasir-lanau dan kerikil berlempung, campuran kerikil-pasir-lempung menggunakan sisstem klasifikasi USCS berdasarkan uji analisa saringan. Sifat fisis lainnya diperoleh dari uji kadar air, berat volume, LL, PL, dan GS tanah sebelum ditambahkan rumut ilung memiliki nilai masing-masing sebesar 28%; 0,977 gr/cm3; 47,5 LL; 44,64 PL dan 2,501 GS. Sedangkan setelah dilakukan penambahan rumut ilung nilai uji kadar air, berat volume, LL, PL, dan GS tanah berubah menjadi 12,887%; 17,547 gr/cm3 ; 62 LL; 42,39 PL dan 0,785 GS. Sehingga dari hasil nilai pengujian fisis tanah tersebut dapat dilihat bahwa tanah tanpa rumut ilung dan menggunakan rumut ilung mengalami perubahan yang cukup signifikan. Oleh karena itu dapat ditarik kesimpulan berdasarkan uji fisis tanah bahwa rumut ilung dapat mempengaruhi stabilisasi tanah lunak yang terdapat didesa sungai kali, Barito kuala.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengidentifikasi pengaruh model pembelajaran bermain peran terhadap konsep diri siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Tempak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif jenis Quasi Eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian Nonequivalent Control Group Desain. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 36 siswa yaitu 18 siswa kelas IV A dan 18 siswa kelas IV B, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil tes berupa angket bahwa kelas eksperimen memiliki nilai pretes dengan rata-rata 59,7 dan nilai postes dengan rata-rata 80. Selanjutnya pada kelas kontrol diperoleh nilai pretes rata-rata 58,5 dan nilai postes diperoleh 58. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis, hasil tes konsep diri pada kelas eksperimen menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000<0,05. Pada taraf ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan model bermain peran terhadap konsep diri peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila kelas IV A dan IV B di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Tempak Kecamatan Candimulyo Kabupaten Magelang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of teachers in shaping the independent character of children in RA Islamiyah I Central Longitude. This type of research is a phenomenological qualitative study. Sources of data obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. The informants are the principal and the teacher. While checking the validity of the data is done through extended participation, perseverance of observation, and triangulation. The results showed that: first, the role of the teacher was very helpful in the formation of the independent character of children who are accustomed to being helped by their parents when at home, can do their own activities at school and children's activities at home. Second, the teacher's strategy is to take a direct approach to children by including independent character education in the learning process, so that the teacher can give children activities that lead to habituation, example and discipline. Third, the teacher inhibiting factor in forming the child's independent character is the lack of understanding from parents of children who are over protective of children in school. In addition, the learning time which is only about one hour makes children interact less with their peers and the school environment. Fourth, the solution of the inhibiting factors for the formation of the child's independent character is the understanding of the child's parents in the form of not accompanying the child into the classroom. In addition, the addition of class hours is to provide additional time for children to interact more with friends and the school environment. The results showed very good, seen from the daily activities of children who were able to carry out their own activities without the help of others. This can be seen from the results of student data who have developed according to expectations in class A as many as 50%, namely 13 children, while in class B as many as 80% namely 17 children.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of local wisdom-based Islamic education in early childhood in Islamic boarding schools and analyze its influence on character building in children. The study uses a descriptive qualitative approach and is conducted at the Taman Bunga Pamekasan Islamic boarding school, which has an early childhood education unit. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that Islamic education based on local wisdom is implemented through formal classroom learning, children's involvement in pesantren religious activities, and the cultivation of daily behaviors. Pesantren traditions such as tahlilan, marhabanan, kenduri, gotong royong, and respect for teachers serve as effective means to instill religious values, etiquette, solidarity, independence, and social responsibility in children. The exemplary behavior of teachers and pesantren caregivers plays a crucial role in the successful implementation of these values. This study concludes that the Islamic education model based on local wisdom at the Taman Bunga Pamekasan Islamic boarding school not only shapes children with noble character and an understanding of religious teachings but also strengthens their cultural identity. This model can serve as a strategic alternative for the development of character education for young children, particularly in regions with a rich tradition of Islamic-local heritage that remains preserved.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang strategi lembaga Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) Ramah Anak dalam menangani Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK). Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode kajian pustaka untuk menganalisis strategi lembaga PAUD Ramah Anak dalam menangani Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK), dengan langkah-langkah identifikasi topik, seleksi literatur, analisis, dan sintesis, menghasilkan pemahaman mendalam untuk mendukung pengembangan praktik pendidikan inklusif di tingkat PAUD. Hasil penelitian divalidasi melalui referensi literatur, memastikan keakuratan dan ketepatan temuan penelitian. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PAUD Ramah Anak merupakan konsep pendidikan yang holistik, menitikberatkan pada inklusivitas, keterlibatan orang tua, dan peningkatan kompetensi tenaga pendidik untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung perkembangan anak-anak, termasuk mereka yang berkebutuhan khusus. Strategi PAUD Ramah Anak mencakup lingkungan yang ramah, metode pembelajaran adaptif, diferensiasi pembelajaran, serta kolaborasi aktif antara lembaga, anak-anak, dan orang tua.

Abstract

Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini dilakukan dengan tujuan guna meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika peserta didik kelas IV SD N Bantul Timur pada materi perkalian bilangan cacah sampai 100 menggunakan model pembelajaran TGT (Team Games Tournament) berbantuan game interaktif quizizz. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam 2 siklus menggunakan model Kemmis dan McTaggart yang terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu tahap perencanaan (planning), pelaksanaan (acting), observasi (observing), serta refleksi (reflecting). Subjek penelitian yang digunakan adalah 28 peserta didik kelas IV SD N Bantul Timur. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan observasi dan tes evaluasi. Hasil data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif dan analisis data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan hasil belajar. Hal tersebut dilihat dari presentase yang menunjukkan adanya kenaikan hasil belajar peserta didik. Presentase ketuntasan hasil belajar peserta didik dapat dilihat di setiap tahap pelaksanaan. Pada tahap pra-siklus hasil belajar peserta diidk sebesar 25% (7 anak) kemudian meningkat 57% (16 anak) pada siklus I, dan meningkat lagi sebesar 89% (25 anak) pada siklus II. Sehigga presentase Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimun (KKM) dari keseluruhan peserta didik meningkat sebesar 64%.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to support the digital transformation of Kedungdowo Village by enhancing the use of its website for public services and the promotion of local potential, particularly MSMEs. Method: The activity employed a participatory approach involving socialization sessions, focused group discussions, and hands-on assistance for village stakeholders. Practical Applications: The program resulted in a structured plan to optimize the OpenSID system, including a domain update and improved content management to promote village resources. Conclusion: The initiative successfully improved digital literacy among village actors and established a model for community-based digital governance in rural areas.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of the Multiple Intelligence-Based CTL (Contextual Teaching And Learning) Model on the students’ Science Process Skills at grade V of SD Negeri Sepathi Purworejo. This study was a quantitative pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design. The population and samples of this study were 21 fifth-grade students at SDN Sepathi, consisting of 7 male students and 14 female students. The data collection was carried out using multiple-choice test instruments, consisting of 14 questions and observation sheets. The SPSS 22 program processed the data with nonparametric statistical test analysis using the Wilcoxon test. This study found the value of Asymp. Sig 2-tailed of 0.001. Thus, Ha was accepted. This study concluded that the MI (Multiple Intelligence)-based CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) Model influenced the students’ Science Process Skills at grade V of SD Negeri Sepathi Purworejo.
