Abstract

The Honey UKM in Cibodas Village, Majalengka District, Majalengka Regency which is used as a partner in this PKM has problems that are of special concern to find solutions. The problems that exist include partners who are still low in entrepreneurial spirit, do not have permanent employees who can maintain product quality, so that the honey produced is still not optimal, partners do not have extensive knowledge of recording and bookkeeping, so that the financial statements produced are not in accordance with accounting standards, partners do not yet have a brand for the product or the name of the partner itself. The production equipment used is not adequate, only uses 2 boards for honey-producing beekeeping, does not yet have a PIRT and business license, both SIUP and SIUPL, Marketing is carried out only based on direct orders and has not touched the local or online market. The product does not yet have a halal label and nutritional value information so that the product cannot enter the minimarket. Based on the findings regarding the problem, the priority is to find solutions to problems in improving various aspects. Among them are managerial aspects related to finance and human resources in an effort to increase the capacity of managers. Furthermore, the technological aspects in an effort to improve product quality. Changes in marketing aspects towards digitalization and broader marketing aspects by obtaining halal labels and information on nutritional values. The specific goals and targets in this community service are to assist Madu UKM in improving product quality and competitiveness through the use of technology and managerial management to be able to compete in the new normal era. The method used in an effort to implement the solution above is holding training for strengthening SME managers, partner bookkeeping every 2 weeks, training on beekeeping in producing quality honey, creating a management information system, creating social media, joining various e-commerce sites, making product information website, participating in culinary exhibitions and bazaars, facilitating the inclusion of halal logos and information on nutritional values ​​in packaging. The output produced is in the form of publications in the form of service journals and intellectual property rights.

Abstract

Kegiatan PKM ini memiliki tujuan yaitu memberikan pemahaman dan pengetahuan tentang Peningkatan Perekonomian GAPOKTAN Sri Mulya Desa Cibodas Melalui Pemanfaatan Jagung Menjadi Pakan Ternak. Setelah melakukan analisis tim pengabdian dan mitra menyepakati masalah-masalah yang dihadapi mitra untuk dijadikan permasalahan prioritas dalam pengabdian ini yaitu: 1)Jagung yang dihasilkan belum termanfaatkan oleh masyarakat setempat, 2)Sebagian masyarakatnya belum memiliki mata pencaharian tetap, 3)Peternakan cenderung menurun karena mengalami kesulitan pakan,4)Belum  optimal dan  berkelanjutan dalam memanfaatkan Sumber daya yang ada. Solusi yang ditawarkan dalam program kemitraan ini dengan cara:1) Pendampingan produksi pakan ternak, 2)Seminar dan pelatihan kewirausahaan, 3)Memaksimumkan produksi pakan guna meminimasilir biaya produksi, 4)Pelatihan dan pendampingan ekonomi kreatif

Abstract

The goal of this research is to identify the factors that lead to financial difficulties for businesses in the transportation sector. Many separate theoretical investigations and empirical studies on the causes of financial distress were pooled together to form the basis for this inquiry. This research strategy takes a causal associational tack. Purposive sampling was used to select 16 transportation-related companies trading on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the study's time period (2019-2021). Logistic regression using SPSS 25 is the method used for analysis. Financial difficulty was found to be related solely to the size of the company. Meanwhile, inflation and currency rates, both macroeconomic variables, have little effects on financial distress. In order for it to serve as a cohesive role model, we suggest that future research on financial distress through firm size, which is a component of financial and macroeconomic ratios, be prioritized. Most of the previous research only used the variable financial ratios as a whole and no one has detailed them yet. However, the focus of the significance of our research is on the comprehensive and overall description of these aspects as well as the details of the drivers of financial distress.

Abstract

UMKM Desa Kudangwangi memiliki satu hambatan untuk melangkah ke pasar yang lebih luas dan maju, yaitu kurangnya kemampuan para pelaku untuk melakukan pendekatan dan promosi produk kepada konsumen secara digital. Dengan adanya himbauian mengenai digital marketing, diharapkan UMKM Desa Kudangwangi mampu meraih pasar yang lebih luas. Penghimbauan digital marketing Desa Kudangwangi diselenggarakan dalam bentuk workshop guna menyampaikan wawasan tentang pasar digital serta pentingnya kualitas packaging dan brand. Setelah workshop, tim KKN-T membantu promosi dan pemasaran produk UMKM sebagai contoh untuk pelaksanaan digital marketing yang para pelaku akan lakukan sendiri kedepannya

Abstract

Keadaan ekonomi pasca pandemi mengalami penurunan di Indonesia, semua kalangan terkena dampak yang cukup signifikan dari adanya pandemi. Warga desa pun tentunya terdampak, mulai dari PHK masal hingga perekonomian pun mengalami kemunduran. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini sebagai sarana untuk membantu perekonomian di desa/daerah tersebut. PKM kali ini yaitu di Desa Kudangwangi, Kecamatan Ujungjaya, Kabupaten Sumedang. Di Desa Kudangwangi ini mata pencaharian paling utama yaitu menjadi petani dan buruh tani. Namun ada juga sebagian warga yang melakukan usaha berupa produksi makanan. Dari UMKM yang sudah ada namun belum maksimal dalam hal pemasarannya bagaimana caranya memaksimalkan penjualan dengan strategi pemasaran yang tepat. Maka dari itu TIM PKM berupaya memberikan solusi melalui kegiatan PKM yang akan dilaksanakan. Oleh karena itu, adanya PKM ini menjadi bekal bagi masyarakat untuk dapat membangkitkan kembali usaha UMKM yang sempat terganggu dengan memajukan kembali perekonomian desa pasca pandemi dan menemukan solusi terbaik dari permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada.

Abstract

The economy of West Java is the highest supported by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). West Java has MSMEs engaged in the food sector. The Covid-19 pandemic condition has an impact on decreasing income. The income of UMKM will support by marketing and management aspects. Some MSMEs in the food sector are still unable to solve managerial problems, even if their products have not been marketed through online media. This research method is a survey research with a descriptive approach using narrative analysis tools. The population in this study was the food sector MSMEs in West Java, amounting to 2400 MSME partners selected through cluster random sampling technique. The results of the analysis show that the income of MSMEs in the food sector has decreased because it is support by managerial aspects which has a value of respondents of 1706 (important) and marketing aspects of 3005 (very important). The increase in income will balance with business digitization in the context of marketing and paying attention to managerial aspects.

Abstract

Purchasing is an activity that results in a strategic decision to own an item. To what extent do consumer behavior and product quality influence purchasing choices was the purpose of this research. This object of research is on UD. Putra TS Majalengka Jawa Barat. This technique of analyzing purchase decisions uses a bootstrapping resampling process to determine the hypothesis using SEM-PLS with a second-order approach. This research shows that the two most important factors in shaping consumer choices are consumer behavior and product quality. Described items in this paper tried to overcome the problems that arise in purchasing decisions by offering a conceptual framework to be followed in decisions. Apart from the 2 independent variables affecting the dependent variable Purchasing Decisions, there are additional elements to consider, such as Product Design and Consumer Needs.
