Abstract

In 2021 until now, the government issued the Merdeka Learning Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) curriculum which requires universities to implement, but it takes the right strategy, the purpose of this research is to find the strategic position of the Faculty of Economics at a private university in Riau to implement the MBKM curriculum, identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and Develop alternative strategic options for the implementation of the MBKM Curriculum. The research method uses qualitative. The object of this research is the Faculty of Economics which has 2 study programs, namely Accounting and Management. Data sources are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews and questionnaires. The number of samples in this study were 8 people using a sampling technique, namely saturated/census samples where the respondents were those who occupied strategic positions in decision making, expert judgment and stakeholders from faculties and universities. Data analysis used EFAS Matrix, IFAS Matrix, IE Matrix, SWOT-8K Matrix and TWOS Matrix. The results of the study indicate that the external and internal environmental conditions of the economics faculty show conditions that fall into the moderate/good category, which means the Faculty of Economics is able to implement this MBKM program. Meanwhile, the results of the IE Matrix value show that the position / quadrant of the Faculty of Economics is in the V Bold and maintain position (maintain and maintain) Market penetration and product development, while the analysis using the SWOT-8K matrix shows the quadrant position is in Diversification IV.

Abstract

Abstract: The Community Service (PkM) activity aims to enhance the knowledge of teachers at MI AL FATTAAH regarding the utilization of Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen-AI) in education. Currently, student assessment is still conducted conventionally, meaning the utilization of Gen-AI technology is not yet optimal. Non-involvement in this technological development could negatively impact the quality of education in the future. Through socialization and education activities, this PkM introduced the concepts, usage, and result analysis of Gen-AI in the educational context, highlighting the pros and cons of its implementation. Effectiveness assessment was conducted using pre-tests and post-tests with the Coefficient of Reproducibility (CR) and Coefficient of Scalability (CS). CR and CS results of 1 indicate that the knowledge transfer was effective and the activity was executed well. This PkM not only improved the teachers' understanding of AI but also has the potential to become a learning model for similar educational institutions.            Keywords: Gen-AI, Socialization, Utilization, Education  Abstrak: Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan guru MI AL FATTAAH mengenai pemanfaatan Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen-AI) dalam pendidikan. Selama ini, penilaian murid masih dilakukan secara konvensional, sehingga pemanfaatan teknologi Gen-AI belum optimal. Ketidakterlibatan dalam perkembangan teknologi ini dapat berdampak negatif terhadap kualitas pendidikan di masa depan. Melalui kegiatan sosialisasi dan edukasi, PkM ini memperkenalkan konsep, penggunaan, serta analisis hasil Gen-AI dalam konteks pendidikan, dengan menyoroti aspek pro dan kontra penerapannya. Penilaian efektivitas dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test menggunakan koefisien Reprodusibilitas (CR) dan Skalabilitas (CS). Hasil CR dan CS sebesar 1 menunjukkan bahwa transfer pengetahuan berlangsung efektif dan kegiatan terlaksana dengan baik. PkM ini tidak hanya meningkatkan pemahaman guru terhadap AI, tetapi juga berpotensi menjadi model pembelajaran bagi lembaga pendidikan sejenis. Kata kunci: Gen-AI, Sosialisasi, Pemanfaatan, Edukasi

Abstract

Latarbelakang dari penelitian ini berdasarkan data yang berhasil dihimpun dari UPZ Unilak diperoleh data dari 304 orang dosen baru 61 orang atau 20,1% yang bersedia  menjadi muzakki tetap. Sisanya 79,9% masih ragu –ragu, belum bersedia dengan berbagai alas an dan tujuan dari penelitian untuk melihat Faktor Internal (Kekuatan dan Kelemahan) Pengelolaan Pengumpulan zakat oleh  Upz di Unilak, Kondisi Faktor Eksternal (Peluang Dan Ancaman) Pengelolaan Pengumpulan zakat oleh Upz di Unilak serta Merumuskan Strategi Pengelolaan Pengumpulan Dana Zakat di Unilak.                Starategi Pengelolaan Pengumpulan Zakat Pada Unit Pengumpul Zakat (UPZ) di Universitas Lancang Kuning. Dalam penelitian ini yang diteliti ialah Dosen Universitas Lancang Kuning. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 304 orang dosen dan diambil sebanyak 76 orang dosen. Dengan menggunakan rumus slovin dan teknik pengambilan sample dengan cara simple random sampling.Hasil penelitian bahwasannya  diketahui Menggunakan sumber daya manusia pengelola UPZ (Unit Pengumpul Zakat) layak dan profesional untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat sebagai muzakki memiliki kepercayaan yang tinggi kepada UPZ dalam menyalurkan dana zakat. Menggunakan Unit Pengelola Zakat (UPZ) memiliki sistem yang jelas dalam mengumpulkan dan menyalurkan dana zakat untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat Sadar akan kewajiban sebagai muslim untuk membayarkan zakat. Menyesuaikan Peruntukkan dana zakat sudah sesuai dengan yang seharusnya untuk meningkatkan kesadaran Masyarakat sudah memiliki kesadaran tentang makna Ke Islamaan khususnya tentang maqasid Syariah  yakni dalam menjaga Harta dan posisi pengelolaan pengumpulan dana zakat pada UPZ Universitas Lancang Kuning pada posisi SO (Strenght Opportunities) yang berarti mendukung strategi Agresif yakni dengan menggunakan kekuatan untuk menangkap peluang yang dimilki UPZ. In this research which studied is Lecturer of University of Lancang Kuning. The number of population in this study as many as 304 lecturers and taken as many as 76 lecturers. By using slovin formula and sampling technique by simple random sampling.The result of the research is known to use human resources of UPZ (Zakat collecting unit) worthy and professional to increase public trust as muzakki have high trust to UPZ in channeling zakat fund. Using the Zakat Management Unit (UPZ) has a clear system in collecting and distributing zakat funds to raise public awareness Be aware of obligations as Muslims to pay zakat. Adjusting the Zakat Fund is in accordance with the right to increase awareness People already have an awareness of the meaning to the Islamic Islama especially about the maqasid in keeping the Treasures and management of zakat fundraising position at UPZ University of Lancang Kuning in SO position (Strenght Opportunities) which means support strategy Aggressive ie by using the power to capture opportunities owned UPZ. Abstract

Islamic financial literacy in Islamic financial institutions in the city of Pekanbaru, from the data revealed that the level of Islamic financial literacy of Indonesian Islamic bank customers, can be stated in good condition and high interest in using Islamic financial services, this is stated in the results of the study with an average the average level of Islamic financial literacy is in the good category (3.8). The data reveals that from Sharia financial literacy on knowledge, trust and skills, it reveals that the data reveals the level of public trust is also classified as good/high. This research was conducted on customers of Indonesian Islamic banks in Pekanbaru city. The type of this research is qualitative research.Keywords: Islamic Financial Literacy

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of social entrepreneurship, organizational culture, and leadership on financial managers and its impact on managerial performance. Financial management in zakat management institutions (LAZ) faces unique challenges, particularly in maintaining transparency and accountability in financial reporting, which are key demands from donors and stakeholders. This research confirms the position of financial management in improving manajerial Performance in zakat collection institutions. Employing quantitative methods, data were collected from 210 administrators of zakat institutions. Data analysis techniques using SEM. The findings indicate that financial management is influenced by social entrepreneurship, organizational culture, and leadership, which collectively impact managerial performance. This research contributes scientifically to the refinement of financial management models for social institutions and practically to more effective managerial performance.
