Abstract

In a successful college can not be forgotten the existence of this one factor is the lecturer. Lecturers are the key to success in universities to educate students and students to be useful for the nation and the nation in the future. Some of the lecturers' duties include teaching, research and community service often mentioned by Tri Darma Perguruaan Tinggi. Of the three obligations of a lecturer is asked to have the ability to write skills such as Reports, Theses, Theses, Dissertations, Books, Articles and others. However, to be able to write well it is necessary to practice continuously and know the tools to write one is the tool for the citation and bibliography. Therefore required tools / applications that can help lecturers to write citations and bibliography. Mendeley is an application that can be used to write citations and bibliography but not all lecturers can use this application. Methods in an effort to improve the ability to write lecturers do with several stages of lecture training materials / workshops about the contents of the introduction of Mendeley applications and videos about the ease of using this application, Practice using Mendeley application, Provide an opportunity for participants to ask questions or discussions about the material submitted, Conducting a survey to evaluate is done by spreading Pretest & Posttest quizoner with success indicator of success level understanding of participants in this program is 80%. The result of this activity proves that the lecturer can improve his writing ability is very positive for the development of lecturers expertise in making scientific research work.

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui visi, misi dan tujuan yang telahditetapkan didukung oleh pemangku jabatan dan dosen dan seberapa jauhpencapainya. Faktor yang diteliti adalah budaya organiasi dengan dimensi, eksternalyang terdiri dari misi, dan tujuan. Dimensi integrasi inernal dan asumsi dasar.Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Lancang Kuning, dimanapopulasi adalah seluruh pemangku jabatan dan dosen. Sampel yang diambil adalahsebanyak 6 orang dari pemangku jabatan dan dosen sebanyak 14 orang diambil secaraacak dengan menggunakan angket. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah secaradeskriptif, yaitu analisa data dengan cara mengumpulkan data kemudian diklarifikasiberdasarkan kelompok dan katagori, kemudian ditabulasi dan dideskripsikan sesuaiteori yang relevan dengan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilaiexpected culture untuk misi, hubungan dalam kelompok, hubungan dengan ligkungandan hakekat disipli adalah sangat baik sedangkan untuk tujuan dan penghargaanadalah baik. Sedangkan untuk Exinsting culture untuk misi, hubungan dalamkelompok, pengharaan dan hubungan dengan lingkungan adalah sangat baik. Untuktujuan dan hakekat disiplin adalah baik.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui secara empiris bagaimanana pengaruh dari kualitas pelayanan akademik yanag diberikan pihak pengelola jasa kepada pelanggananya dalam hal ini adalah mahasiswa pada Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas lancan Kuning. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalh metode deskriptif dengan disain penelitian kuantitatif. Pada pnenelitian ini mengunakan data skunder dan data primer. Populasi dalam penelitian iniadalah seluruh mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Lancang Kuning yang aktif. Junlah dampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 200 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah dengan dengan menggunakan metode porpusive sampling, yaitu mahasiswa yang berada disemester genap. Alat analisis data adlah dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan. Sedangkan dari hasil R Square menunjukkan bahwa kontribusia variabel kualitas pelayanan

Abstract

Abstrak : Hasil Penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukan bahwa omzet penjualan pedagang rata-rata setiap hari pasar mengalami penurunan sebesar 36 %. Sedangkan penurunan pendapatan yang diterima setiap hari pasar adalah rata-rata sebesar 31,5 %. Sampai saat ini ternyata perkembangan pedagang sangat maju sekali, walaupun dalam situasi pandemic covid 19, namun pemilik pasar berusaha membantu para masyarakat yang ingin meningkatkan usahanya melalui berdagang. Yaitu dengan cara membangun kios-kios kecil dipinggir jalan untuk disewakan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lanjutan dari penelitian terdahulu yang berjudul Persepsi Masyarakat Sekitar Terhadap Keberadaan Pasar Kaget .Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah Untuk menganalisis pendapatan yang diterima oleh pedagang pasar kaget dimasa pandemic covid 19 ini dan untuk melihat perkembangan Pedagang yang berada disekitar pemukiman pasar kaget di Kelurahan Pematang Kapau.Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah melalui analisis deskriftif Kualitatif, yang dilakukan melalui hasil wawancara dengan informan yang dibutuhkan sesuai dengan penelitian ini.

Abstract

The AIDS Commission (KPA) is an institution formed in 2013 that has the function of leading, managing and coordinating efforts to prevent and control the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV)/Acquired Immunodeficiency Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) which is chaired directly by the Mayor of Pekanbaru. This paper aims to understand, examine in-depth and explain how the Mayor's leadership is in the prevention and control of HIV/AIDS in Pekanbaru, including Regional Apparatus Organizations, Health Organizations and Non-Governmental Organizations. This study uses a qualitative method with informant withdrawal techniques through Stratified Sampling, converted to the Snow Ball technique. This study showed that the mayor leadership in preventing and overcoming AIDS was autocratic due to the policies were made in the form of mayor regulations. The decisions were made only from the Mayor, causing weaknesses including unclear policy objectives, budgeting, and ambiguity regarding oversight by the legislative institution (DPRD) of Pekanbaru. It has an impact on communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structures.

Abstract

Perilaku konsumen ketika mengambil keputusan pembelian produk Makanan Oleh-oleh di Kota Pekanbaru dipengaruhi banyak faktor apalagi dimassa pendemi Covid 19. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh keunikan produk terhadap keputusan pembelian, menguji pengaruh kelengkapan produk terhadap keputusan pembelian dan menguji pengaruh keunikan produk dan kelengkapan produk secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk makanan oleh-oleh Kota Pekanbaru. Objek penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah membeli produk makanan oleh-oleh di Kota Pekanbaru. Jumlah sampel berjumlah 173 orang responden dengan metode sampling proposive sampling yaitu konsumen yang pernah membeli produk makanan oleh-oleh Kota Pekanbaru. Data penelitian bersumber dari data primer yang terdiri kuisioner dan observasi sedangkan data sekunder yang bersumber artikel, buku, laporan data jumlah industri kecil makanan Kota Pekanbaru. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, kuisioner dan studi keperpustakan. Metode analisis data untuk mengukur keunikan produk dan kelengkapan produk terhadap keputusan pembelian menggunakan Regresi Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa keunikan produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, Kelengkapan produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan keunikan produk dan kelengkapan produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk makanan oleh-oleh Kota pekabaru.

Abstract

This study discusses the influence of altruism leadership on service innovation and the mediating role of affiliate humor at Aulia Hospital. The population of this study were nurses, totaling 70 people. The research data was taken using a questionnaire, with a Likert scale of 1 to 7. The method of data analysis in this study was descriptive quantitative using WarpPLS for testing a hypothesis and testing the validity and reliability of the research instrument. The results showed that altruistic leadership is directly related to service innovation in hospitals with a significant p-value. while the mediating role of affiliation between the effects of altruistic leadership and service innovation is not significant

Abstract

In 2021 until now, the government issued the Merdeka Learning Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) curriculum which requires universities to implement, but it takes the right strategy, the purpose of this research is to find the strategic position of the Faculty of Economics at a private university in Riau to implement the MBKM curriculum, identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and Develop alternative strategic options for the implementation of the MBKM Curriculum. The research method uses qualitative. The object of this research is the Faculty of Economics which has 2 study programs, namely Accounting and Management. Data sources are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews and questionnaires. The number of samples in this study were 8 people using a sampling technique, namely saturated/census samples where the respondents were those who occupied strategic positions in decision making, expert judgment and stakeholders from faculties and universities. Data analysis used EFAS Matrix, IFAS Matrix, IE Matrix, SWOT-8K Matrix and TWOS Matrix. The results of the study indicate that the external and internal environmental conditions of the economics faculty show conditions that fall into the moderate/good category, which means the Faculty of Economics is able to implement this MBKM program. Meanwhile, the results of the IE Matrix value show that the position / quadrant of the Faculty of Economics is in the V Bold and maintain position (maintain and maintain) Market penetration and product development, while the analysis using the SWOT-8K matrix shows the quadrant position is in Diversification IV.

Dosen merupakan kunci sukses dalam perguruan tinggi untuk mendidik mahasiswa dan mahasiswi agar dapat berguna bagi nusa dan bangsa dimasa yang akan datang. Beberapa tugas dosen diantaranya mengajar, penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang sering disebutkan dengan Tri Darma Perguruaan Tinggi. Dari tiga kewajiban seorang dosen tersebut dosen ditutut untuk memiliki kemampuan dalam menulis seperti Laporan, Skripsi, Tesis, Disertasi, Buku, Artikel dan lain-lain. Namun, untuk dapat menulis dengan baik maka perlu latihan secara terus menerus serta mengetahui alat bantu untuk menulis salah satunyanya adalah alat bantu untuk kutipan dan daftar pustaka. Oleh karena itu diperlukan alat/aplikasi yang dapat membantu dosen untuk menulis kutipan dan daftar pustaka. Mendeley merupakan aplikasi yang dapat digunakan untuk menulis kutipan dan daftar pustaka namun tidak seluruh dosen dapat menggunakan aplikasi ini. Metode dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis dosen lakukan dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu ceramah  materi pelatihan/workshop tentang  dengan isi yaitu pengenalan aplikasi Mendeley dan video tentang mudahnya menggunakan applikasi ini, Praktek menggunkan aplikasi Mendeley, Memberikan kesempatan kepada para peserta untuk mengajukan pertanyaan atau diskusi mengenai materi yang disampaikan, Melakukan survei untuk mengevaluasi dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuisoner Pretest & dan Posttest dengan Indikator kerberhasilan tingkat pemahaman peserta pada program ini adalah 70 %. Hasil dari kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa tingkat pemahaman dosen dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis kutipan dan daftar pustaka dan sangat positif bagi pengembangan keahlian dosen dalam membuat karya ilmiah. Kata Kunci: Kualitas dosen, Menulis, Kutipan, Daftar Pustaka
