Abstract

This research aims to formulate and select BMT Al- Ittihad Rumbai strategy to face the changing of business environment both from internal environment such as organization resources, finance, member and external business such as competitor, economy, politics and others. This research method used Analysis of EFAS, IFAS, IE Matrix, SWOT-8K Matrix, SPACE Matrix and TWOS Matrix. our hope from this research it can assist BMT Al-Ittihad in formulating and selecting strategies for the sustainability of BMT Al-Ittihad in the future. The sample in this research is manager and leader of BMT Al-Ittihad Rumbai Pekanbaru. The result of this research shows that the position of BMT Al-Ittihad using IE Matrix, SWOT-8K Matrix and SPACE Matrix is in growth position, stabilization and aggressive. The choice of strategy after using TWOS Matrix is market penetration, market development, vertical integration, horizontal integration, and stabilization

Abstract

In a successful college can not be forgotten the existence of this one factor is the lecturer. Lecturers are the key to success in universities to educate students and students to be useful for the nation and the nation in the future. Some of the lecturers' duties include teaching, research and community service often mentioned by Tri Darma Perguruaan Tinggi. Of the three obligations of a lecturer is asked to have the ability to write skills such as Reports, Theses, Theses, Dissertations, Books, Articles and others. However, to be able to write well it is necessary to practice continuously and know the tools to write one is the tool for the citation and bibliography. Therefore required tools / applications that can help lecturers to write citations and bibliography. Mendeley is an application that can be used to write citations and bibliography but not all lecturers can use this application. Methods in an effort to improve the ability to write lecturers do with several stages of lecture training materials / workshops about the contents of the introduction of Mendeley applications and videos about the ease of using this application, Practice using Mendeley application, Provide an opportunity for participants to ask questions or discussions about the material submitted, Conducting a survey to evaluate is done by spreading Pretest & Posttest quizoner with success indicator of success level understanding of participants in this program is 80%. The result of this activity proves that the lecturer can improve his writing ability is very positive for the development of lecturers expertise in making scientific research work.

Abstract

Tujuan  penelitian  ini  adalah  untuk  menemukan  karakteristik  konsumen  distro  di  kota Pekanbaru  dengan  objek  penelitian  adalah  konsumen  Distro  Pestaphoria Neverending  Pekanbaru.  Sumber  data  menggunakan  data  primer  dan  data  sekunder. Waktu  penelitian  ini  dilakukan  pada  tahun  2009.  Sampel  dalam  penelitian  ini berjumlah  90  Responden.  Teknik  pengambilan  data  menggunakan  wawancara  dan kuisioner. Metode  analisis data  menggunakan  teknik claster yaitu  suatu  statistic yang bertujuan  memisahkan  kasuh/objek  kedalam  beberapa  kelompok  yang  memiliki  sifat berbeda  antara  satu  kelompok  yang  satu  dengan  yang  lain.  Hasil  penelitian  ini menunjukan  karakteristik  dominan  konsumen  Distro  Pestaphoria  Neverending Pekanbaru  adalah  didominasi  1)Usia  16-25tahun,  2)Jenis  Pekerjaan Pelajar/Mahasiswa,  3)Mementingkan  gaya  hidup  dan  4)Mencari  produk-produk  yang terbaru.

Abstract

Background this research began by observing growth and rising insurance company in Pekanbaru city with many company insurance had been built in Pekanbaru city since 2014, therefore rivalry can’t avoid and each company also create and arrange tactic and strategy in order to be winner from this competition.  BPJS Ketenagakerjaan is new entry from this insurance industry in Pekanbaru city and BJPS Ketenagakerjaan owned by government Indonesia. Aim this research to arrange and determine how BPJS Ketenagakerjaan growth and compete in insurance industry Pekanbaru city. This research use descriptive method with several step to create strategy there are Five Force Porter, IFA, EFA, Matric GE, SWOT-8K, Matric TWOS and Matric QSPM. Result this research showed the strategy Position of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan in quadrant IB (Growth) and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan can use for growth and compete using Competitive Strategy and Growth strategy

Abstract

Abstrak : Local food can be a competitive advantage to develop the region by utilizing existing natural resources. Meranti and Bengkalis regencies in Riau province have a great opportunity to develop regional competitive advantage. The purpose of this study is to develop strategies for developing competitive advantage through local food. The object of this study was all local MSMEs in Meranti and Bengkalis Regency who were taken by purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using IFAS and EFAS analysis and SWOT 8K analysis. The results of this study found several options for developing regional competitive advantage strategies, namely stabilization strategies. Abstraksi : Makan lokal daerah dapat menjadi keunggulan bersaing untuk mengembangkan daerahnya dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya alam yang ada. Kabupaten Meranti dan Bengkalis di provinsi Riau memiliki peluang yang besar untuk mengembangkan keunggulan bersaing daerahnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menyusun strategi pengembangan keunggulan bersaing melalui makanan lokal daerah. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelaku UMKM makan lokal di Kabupaten Meranti dan Kabupaten Bengkalis yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis IFAS dan EFAS serta analisis SWOT 8K. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan beberapa pilihan strategi pengembangan keunggulan bersaing daerah yaitu strategi stabilisasi.

Abstract

This study attepts to determine the effect of competitive advantage on the marketing performance of rattan craftsmen SMEs where—before the Covid 19 epidemic until the current implementation of New Normal— marketing performance continued to decline and was difficult to develop. Therefore, this benefited to help the SME craftsmen of rattan find and implement factors that can improve marketing performance so that the conditions of the SME Craftsmen continue to develop. This study used a survey method with the sample of 40 respondents of rattan craftsmen in Pekanbaru City. The data were colected using questionnaires and observation techniques, and the data were both primary data and secondary data. The stages of data analysis are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, f test and determinant coefficient test (R2). The results showed that product uniqueness, product quality and competitive prices had an effect on marketing performance. Simultaneously to the effect of competitive advantage on the marketing performance of UKM Rattan Craftsmen Pekanbaru. It suggest that further study add the variables/factors that can be used to improve marketing performance for MSMEs in Indonesia, especially in Pekanbaru.

Abstract

The condition of rattan entrepreneurs in Pekanbaru city is already worrying, it is necessary to formulate an appropriate alternative strategy to save the rattan entrepreneurs so that they do not leave names. The research objectives are to analyze  the strategic position of the rattan entrepreneurs in Pekanbaru city  and to determine alternative strategies that could be used to nourish the rattan industry in Pekanbaru city. The research objects are rattan entrepreneurs with a population of 43 business units. Data collection techniques are through questionnaires, interviews and literature study. Data analysis uses  External Factor Evaluation (EFE), Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE),  SWOT-8K Matrix Analysis and QSPM Matrix Analysis. The results of this study are : 1) the conditions of the Pekanbaru city entrepreneurs in a very worrying position where the opportunity position is lower than the threat position, while the strength is in a lower position than the weakness, 2) Based on the SWOT-8K analysis, it shows the strategic position of the Pekanbaru city rattan entrepreneur is in the IIIA quadrant position, namely the sanitation strategy, and 3)  Based on the QSPM matrix analysis, the alternative strategy that can be used by rattan craftsmen in Pekanbaru city is aggressive sanitation strategy.https://doi.org/10.26905/jmdk.v8i2.4153

Abstract

Setiap pelanggan memiliki perbedaan keinginan dan kebutuhan ketika hendak berolahraga khusunya olahraga didalam ruangan seperti fitness namun, tidak mudah bagi pusat fitness di Kota Pekanbaru untuk memenuhi keingginan dan kebutuhan pelanggan dengan keadaan persaingan dan ekonomi disaat ini. Oleh karena itu diperlukan strategi pengembangan dengan cara memanfaatkan dan memaksimalkan keadaan eksternal dan internal agar dapat memenuhi keinginan dan kebutuhan perlanggan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan strategi pengembangan industri fitness di Kota Pekanbaru sehingga dapat meningkatkan jumlah pelanggan. Metode penelitian ini mengunakan metode kualitatif diskriptif dengan menggunakan tahapan penyusunan strategi penentun visi dan misi, analisis ekternal dan internal, SWOT-8K, matrik TWOS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa industri Fitness Kota Pekanbaru harus menggunakan strategi diversifikasi konsentrik

Abstrak : Gudang Digital adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidangretail fotograpi di Yogyakarta yang sudah berdiri selama 7 tahun dengan kerja kerasdan kesabaran Gudang Digital berhasil membaca kebutuhan konsumen Yogyakarta,hingga saat ini Gudang Digital sudah memiliki 3 cabang serta memiliki cafe dan kelasfotograpi adapun strategi yang mereka gunakan adalah one stop shoping dan palingmurah .Pemilihan Srategi yang tepat bagi Gudang Digital merupakan salah satu tujuan yangpenilitian ini untuk dapat bertahan dalam persaingan di industri retail alat – alatfotograpi. Proses dilakukan dengan mengunakan PEST (Politik, Ekonomi, Sosial,Teknologi) dan Lima Kekuatan Porter. Setelah itu peneliti menggunakan value chainuntuk melihat keunggulan bersaing dan untuk pemilihan strategi penelitian inimenggunakan SWOT dan Strategi Generik Porter. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukanmenyatakan bahwa Gudang Digital bisa mengunakan keunggulan yang dimilikidengan munggunakan strategi Generik Porter yaitu Kunggulan biaya menyeluruh(Porter, 1989).

Abstract

Abstract: This research aim to identify from exsternal and internal factor-factor small and medium enterprises (SMEs)of Kerupuk kulit Kelurahan Sidomulyo Barat Kecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru along with formulation and strategies planning development enterprises in effort to get business connection, broading and increase value profitability for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) of Kerupuk kulit. In this research used metodelogy to made planning and development this enterprises is use analysis Matrik SWOT, and Matrik TWOS.
