Abstract

Decision making must of course be based on several factors that have a positive or no detrimental effect later. Therefore, careful calculations and considerations are required. This decision-making can occur in every human life, one of which is in deciding a temporary residence or boarding house for students who are studying outside the city. In this study, the selection of the ideal male boarding house was chosen as the object of research by using several factors as consideration. . Among them are the facilities provided, the balance of costs, distance, comfort level, security, and cleanliness. One solution to make it easier for students to choose and determine the appropriate, ideal and appropriate boarding house is to use decision support that can be done using the TOPSIS (Technique Order Preference by Similarity To Ideal Solution) method. This method is based on various concepts of the best alternative provided that it has the shortest distance to the positive ideal solution and the longest distance to the negative ideal solution. The researchers ranked and the result was that A2 boarding house was ranked the highest as the boarding house that best matched the search criteria so that it could be an alternative for students to choose after calculating using the TOPSIS method.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to select the best anti-mosquito lotion based on consumers by utilizing decision support system techniques. The method used is the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART). The research data were obtained by observing, interviewing and administering random questionnaires to 150 respondents. The location of the study was conducted in Pondok Cina, Beji District, Depok City, West Java. The results of the questionnaire will be processed first by using Microsoft Excel before using the SMART method in completion. From the questionnaire distribution, several assessment criteria were obtained in the selection of anti-mosquito lotions, namely: Product Safety (C1), Price (C2), Product Quality (C3), Halal Label (C4), Product Health. While the alternatives used in the selection of anti-mosquito lotions based on observations, interviews and questionnaires are: Soffel (A1), Lavenda (A2), Caladine (A3), Autan (A4) and Neem Lotion (A5). the results of the calculation of the SMART method obtained alternative Autan (A4) as the best alternative for anti-mosquito lotion with a value (48.31). The results of the election can be used as information for users of anti-mosquito lotions.

Abstract

This research aims to build a decision support system in ranking the routes that are passed by public transportation. Pematangsiantar (often abbreviated as Siantar only) is one of the cities in North Sumatra Province, and the second-largest city in the province after Medan. Due to the strategic location of Pematangsiantar, the Trans Sumatra toll road was crossed. The city has an area of 79.97 km2 and a population of 240,787 people (2010). Public transportation is one of the transportation used by the community together and pays the fare. So far, public transportation is part of urban transportation which has an important role in people's lives. However, this problem is still hampered by problems of the route that must be traversed by public transportation, especially Sinar Siantar. Decision support systems are interactive systems that support decisions in decision interpretation with alternatives obtained from the tabulation of data, information and model planning. In this research, the method used is Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The TOPSIS method is based on the concept that the best alternative chosen has not only the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution but also has the farthest distance from the negative ideal solution. The TOPSIS method has several advantages, including simple and easy to understand concepts, efficient computing, and the ability to measure the relative performance of alternatives in simple mathematical decision making. Based on the calculation, the value of the V3 process, which has the highest value is obtained, so that this route is the best alternative through the CV. Sinar Siantar is the alternative route to A3, namely Jalan Jawa, because the alternative criteria best meet all the other alternatives. This decision support system is expected to assist in determining public transport routes to become more efficient so that the result is the determination of public transport routes.

Abstract

Teens are often stressed, worried, and overly insecure as a result of their high expectations. The feelings that occur during adolescent development can create and increase feelings of insecurity in their lives, which has a negative impact. Adolescents with an excessive sense of insecurity can suffer from mental disruption, which can lead to serious mortality. Of course, these factors can have a negative impact on adolescents' mental health. Adolescents' minds and psyches can be disrupted by mental illness. The goal of this study is to identify the dominant factor among a number of factors that can lead to insecurity when using the Decision Support System (DSS) technique. Analytical Hierarchy Process is the DSS method used (AHP). The data used in this study was gathered through observations and interviews with adolescents using a random questionnaire. Six factors were derived from observations and interviews: social environmental factors (A1), family environmental factors (A2), social media factors (A3), insecure factors (A4), trauma factors (A5), and education and work factors (A6). The results of the AHP method show that the main factors for adolescents who are easily insecure are social environmental factors (first), social media factors (second), and family environmental factors (third) (third).

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi internet saat ini semakin memudahkan berbagai kalangan untuk saling berinteraksi atau bertukar informasi  hingga milyaran data serta segudang manfaat lainnya dalam sebuah jaringan komputer atau lebih. Secara umum terdapat empat jenis jaringan komputer yaitu PAN (Personal Area Network), LAN (Local Area Network), MAN (Metropolitan Area Network) dan WAN (Wide Area Network).  PT Mustika Ratu Tbk merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perindustrian jamu dan kosmetik tradisional Indonesia, dan memiliki banyak cabang di berbagai negara, memanfaatkan  jaringan LAN  untuk menghubungkan komputer satu dengan komputer lainnya. Pada jam-jam tertentu banyak client yang menggunakan jaringan secara bersamaan sehingga koneksi menjadi lambat. Terdapat client yang tidak mendapat IP, diakibatkan terserang oleh virus. Untuk itulah penulis melakukan penelitian pada jaringan LAN PT Mustika Ratu Tbk agar dapat membantu menangani permasalahan  yang terjadi. LAN tergolong jaringan komunikasi kecepatan tinggi dan sifatnya dipengaruhi oleh media transmisi bersama dengan topologi dan protokol yang digunakan. Topologi yang digunakan dalam jaringan yang terbentuk di PT Mustika Ratu adalah topologi bintang atau star, dan  Jaringan Local Area Network (LAN) yang ada pada PT. Mustika Ratu Tbk  Jakarta-Timur (Ciracas)  menggunakan  jaringan VPN  IP tunnel by mikrotik.

Abstract

Dampak pandemi Covid-19 yang telah berlangsung dari tahun 2019 masih dialami oleh masyarakat hingga saat ini membuat mereka mengalami kesulitan dalam bidang perekonomian dan lapangan kerja. Untuk meringankan beban penduduk, Pemerintah saat ini memberikan bantuan kepada penduduk yang termasuk kedalam kriteria yang berhak menerima bantuan pangan Non Tunai (BNPT) dan program keluarga harapan (PKH). Bantuan saat ini sudah disalurkan dari pemerintah pusat kepada masayarakat melalui pemerintah daerah di provinsi masing – masing. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari website BPS dan peneliti menggunakan data mining untuk melakukan cluster data dengan metode K-Means dan pengolahan data juga dilakukan dengan aplikasi Rapid Miner. Dalam data mining, data yang dimiliki saat penelitian dilakukan pengklasifikasian data, membuat prediksi serta memperkirakan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang bermanfaat dari kumpulan data yang akan diolah. Pengelompokan dilakukan berdasarkan 34 provinsi di Indonesia dengan menentukan nilai centroid awal di provinsi Bengkulu dan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Berdasarkan perhitungan yang dilakukan dengan algoritma K-means dapat dikelompokkan menjadi 2 cluster yaitu cluster rendah dan clustser tinggi. Perhitungan menghasilkan 14 provinsi cluster rendah dan 20 provinsi cluster tinggi. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan diharapkan dapat membantu pemerintah daerah untuk menentukan jenis bantuan apa yang akan diberikan kepada masyarakat di provinsi masing – masing sehingga sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka

Abstract

E-MARKETING TRAINING TO INCREASE BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA AT ATSIRI CITAYAM WOMEN’S COOPERATIVE. The Global Pandemic event that occurred in March 2020 had a major impact on all sectors of human life, especially the economic sector. Indonesia is one of the countries affected by the incident so its people are trying to find a way out amid the uncertainty of the world economy. The Ministry of Communication and Information Technology even urges micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to utilize digital technology in the marketing process. The Director of Information and Communication for the Economy and Maritime Affairs of the Ministry of Communication and Information said that more than 18% of MSMEs in Indonesia have entered the digital economy market, of which 37% of 60% are social media users. Members of the Citayam Bojonggede Atsiri Women's Cooperative are one form of MSMEs that are trying to hone their skills in marketing their products online. Social media is the most popular means of doing marketing with a wide range of people. In the Community Service Program conducted by the lecturers of the Bina Sarana Informatics University, training on the use of social media was given as a way to increase business opportunities amidst the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. The training includes a brief presentation about e-marketing, explaining the importance of e-marketing in the midst of the current pandemic, providing several e-marketing options that are currently booming, and giving examples of how to promote on Facebook social media.

Abstract

Saat ini penggunaan internet merupakan suatu kebutuhan yang sangat diperlukan untuk berbagai kegiatan yang dilakukan baik secara secara mobile atau berada dalam suatu tempat tertentu seperti pengguna di rumah kost. Dengan menggunakan internet, pengguna bisa menyelesaikan pekerjaan,mencari informasi, bermain atau menggunakan media sosial. Untuk itu sangat penting mengetahui internet service provider yang handal. Sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) adalah bagian dari sistem informasi berbasis komputer termasuk sistem berbasis pengetahuan atau manajemen pengetahuan yang dipakai untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan di dalam suatu organisasi atau perusahaan. Rumah Kost di Kota Depok tentunya membutuhkan sistem informasi yang diperlukan dalam memadai dan memfasilitasi para penghuninya. Untuk itu, diperlukan SPK agar pemilihan Internet Service Provider di Rumah Kost di Kota Depok ini dapat menggunakan dan menentukan provider yang paling tepat sesuai kebutuhannya dari sisi penggunanya. Pembuatan sistem pendukung keputusan merupakan salah satu cara untuk membantu dalam menentukan Provider mana yang dapat digunakan dan diharapkan sistem tersebut mampu menentukan mana alternatif terbaik berdasarkan ranking perkalian bobot tiap kriteria. Untuk dapat mengetahui internet service provider mana yang akan dipilih maka penelitian ini menggunakan metode simple addtive weighting dengan menentukan terlebih dahulu kriteria yang akan digunakan sebagai nilai pembobotan yaitu harga, bandwith, SLA, provider, support. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa First Media berhasil menduduki ranking pertama sebagai provider yang dapat digunakan dalam rumah kost di Kota Depok.

Abstract

The assessment of cocoa bean quality plays a crucial role in the chocolate industry, and automated approaches utilizing image processing techniques and classifiers have become increasingly appealing. In this study, we implemented and compared the performance of image classifiers using Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) architectures for cocoa bean quality classification. By employing this approach, we developed a system capable of accurately and efficiently classifying cocoa bean images, reducing dependence on human evaluation. We compared several CNN architectures, including VGGNet, to evaluate their performance in cocoa bean image classification. Experimental results demonstrated that CNN-based classifiers can provide accurate assessments of cocoa bean quality, with significant success rates. This research contributes to the development of efficient and accurate image classification systems for cocoa beans, which can enhance efficiency in the chocolate industry and ensure product quality. Additionally, our testing results indicate that the model with a batch size of 64 achieved the highest accuracy of 98.44%, outperforming the other three tested batch sizes in cocoa bean classification performance.

Abstract

Tumor otak adalah kondisi yang ditandai dengan tumbuhnya sel-sel abnormal dan ganas di dalam otak. Citra digital melalui Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) merupakan salah satu metode untuk membantu dokter dalam mengklasifikasikan jenis tumor otak. Namun, klasifikasi secara manual membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan memiliki risiko kesalahan yang besar, untuk itu diperlukan cara otomatis dan akurat dalam melakukan klasifikasi citra MRI. Pada penelitian ini, dirancang suatu sistem berbasis deep learning, yaitu Convolutional Neural network (CNN) dengan arsitektur Alexnet. Jumlah dataset yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 7.022 citra MRI dengan empat kelas yaitu glioma, meningioma, pituitary, dan no tumor yang bersumber dari kaggle.com. Para peneliti terdahulu telah mendapatkan hasil yang memuaskan di semua sub bidang analisis citra medis, seperti klasifikasi, deteksi, segmentasi, dan peningkatan citra. Dengan keberhasilan ini, para peneliti menemukan sebuah model yang dapat mendiagnosis dan mendeteksi secara otomatis, yang dapat membantu para ahli di bidangnya dan menunjukkan bahwa teknologi deep learning akan sangat bermanfaat bagi kemajuan analisis citra medis, hasil penelitian diperoleh akurasi sebesar 0,9642.
