Abstract

Introduction. This study discusses Leiden University Library reference services through the KITLV-Jakarta. Since KITLV was acquired by the Leiden University Library, the KITLV-Jakarta Library which was a KITLV-Dutch representative, is now a representative of the Leiden University Library in Jakarta. Data Collection Method. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive research involving observations and interviews as well as primary document data sources. Data Analysis. The data was analyzed by involving the process of data reduction, interpretation, and conclusion. Results and Discussions. The results of the study indicate that reference services, particularly for reference collections found in the Leiden University Library cannot be accessed directly through the KITLV-Jakarta Library. Only KITLV librarians can request the reference service from Leiden University librarians. Conclusion. Librarians at the KITLV-Jakarta Library do not have the same access as librarians at the Leiden University Library, even though the KITLV-Jakarta Library is a representative of the Leiden University Library in Jakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the effect of services, facilities and ticket prices on train customer satisfaction at DAOP 2 Bandung. This research uses primary information in the form of a questionnaire filled out by respondents who have used local or long-distance train services. In collecting information, several respondents were selected from various kinds, so that the results given were representative. In the research, there were 31 respondents with various backgrounds. The procedure for analyzing information in this research uses the procedure for multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS application. In light of the consequences of estimations utilizing the SPSS 26 application, the outcomes acquired that the help, offices and ticket costs affect consumer loyalty. Changed R square of 0.732 shows that 73.2% of the fluctuation or buyer fulfillment is clarified by the free factors in the relapse condition. Then again, 26.8% is clarified by different factors outside this exploration

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the workload of the legal settlement unit and its supporting units and to determine the optimal number of workers at PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. This study uses the Full Time Equivalent (FTE) method, a workload analysis method that measures the length of time for completion of work. Based on the results of research using the FTE method, it is known that there is an imbalance in the workload of 8 units. Where there are 6 units with excessive workloads including the Legal settlement unit, 3 proposed workers are needed, Telkom regional 3 needed 7 proposed workers, Telkom regional 4 needed 4 workers, Telkom regional 5 needed 3 proposed workers, Telkom regional 6 needed 2 workers proposed work, and telkom regional 7 needed 2 proposed workers, while only 2 units had a normal (fit) workload, namely regional telkom 1 and 2. The result is that the total workload on all units can be carried out by 42 workers. And then the workload balance value is greatly increased from the previous 5% to 80%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and understand the implementation of talent management as a strategy to retain high potential employees in a competitive era. In an increasingly competitive business environment, companies are required to ensure that they can retain and maximize the potential of their best employees in order to achieve competitive advantage. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Research results show the benefits of implementing talent management in organizations or companies including having the right people for the right jobs, increasing employee retention, making companies more developed, and making the recruitment process better. Research has also found that retaining highly talented employees can be done by providing clear career development, recognition and appreciation for work results, creating an attractive work environment and providing appropriate compensation.

Abstract

At Republic of Indonesia State Civil Service Agency in carrying out work, it is often found that problems both software and hardware are installed in the computer and must be resolved immediately. However, the handling of problems is still not good, where in the process of reporting complaints and requests, you still have to go by telephone or come directly to the IT staff office to notify complaints, as well as in manual records that affect company performance. All recording reports and problem calculations are still manual. This can have a negative effect, namely: there are problems that are at risk of being recorded repeatedly, so it takes a long time to provide reports to managers. Therefore, the authors submit a helpdesk information system application to solve the problems of complaints and employee requests so that they can be resolved quickly and can be handled properly as well as recording reports that are well recorded. In developing this helpdesk information system, the author uses an object-oriented methodology, namely the iteration waterfall, which is modeled using UML (Unified Modeling Language). The tools used are XAMPP as a web server, PHP as a programming language and MySQL as a database. With this system, it is hoped that it can make it easier for employees to report complaints as well as get solutions to the problems they are complaining about and also make it easier for IT staff to automatically generate reports in the system.

Abstract

Urban congestion and traffic inefficiencies pose significant challenges for developing cities such as Jakarta. Conventional traffic management systems often lack responsiveness and integration, leading to time delays, fuel wastage, and safety hazards. This study proposes the architecture of an Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) based on sensor monitoring as a solution to improve vehicle flow, surveillance, and timeliness within urban transportation networks. The objective is to develop a sensor-based ITS framework capable of real-time monitoring and decision-making through the integration of motion, ultrasonic, PIR (Passive Infrared), and speed sensors. The proposed system was simulated in the Jakarta metropolitan context, focusing on its feasibility and performance under dense traffic scenarios. The results demonstrate that the incorporation of four monitoring technologies—RFID, embedded sensors, IP address tracking, and QR barcode scanning—can significantly enhance the efficiency of traffic control. The framework enables vehicle surveillance, automated violation ticketing, and optimized travel time estimation. It also proposes a comprehensive four-layer surveillance system encompassing traffic, vehicle, passenger, and driver monitoring. This study contributes to the development of smart city infrastructure by offering a scalable ITS model that minimizes congestion, supports automated law enforcement, and enhances public transportation accessibility through digital integration. The findings serve as a baseline for future implementation and technological expansion of ITS in other congested urban regions.

Abstract

The increasing competition among fast food restaurants in urban areas has made consumers more selective in their purchasing decisions, with price and product quality emerging as key determinants. This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived price and perceived product quality on consumer purchasing decisions at Subway fast food restaurants in East Bekasi. A quantitative approach was applied using a structured questionnaire distributed to 50 consumers. Data were analyzed through multiple linear regression and classical assumption testing. The results indicate that price has a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions, with a regression coefficient of 1.191 and a partial determination coefficient (R²) of 0.750, suggesting that price alone explains 75% of the decision variance. Similarly, perceived product quality also demonstrates a significant positive effect with a coefficient of 0.469 and R² of 0.724. When combined, both variables explain 72.4% of the variance in purchasing decisions, with the F-test result of 91.673 surpassing the critical value of 3.20. These findings suggest that consumers in East Bekasi prioritize both affordability and quality when choosing fast food. This research contributes to the literature by validating the dual importance of economic and experiential value in fast food marketing strategies, especially in highly competitive suburban environments.
