Mastery of Information and Communication Technology needs to be taught at all levels so that processes and activities can be carried out more quickly, easily and efficiently. Class XI students of SMK Teladan Pematang Siantar are required to have competencies that can be mastered before leaving school in the field of website programming. One of the competencies is being able to create websites or web-based applications using CSS and bootstrap. The purpose of this Community Service Activity is to provide training in developing mastery of website programming as interactive learning for Teachers of Exemplary SMK Pematang Siantar. The devotional method used includes lectures, question and answer, discussion and practice. The steps for the Community Service program are 1) Compiling and developing training materials, 2) Training Stage, 3) The practical assistance stage in the process of making website programming implementations using css and bootstrap. Community Service shows that the training that has been carried out on activities can improve students' abilities to develop knowledge in the process of implementing website programming using bootstrap

PT. TELKOM Indonesia (Persero) tbk merupakan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang bergerak dibidang jasa layanan teknologi, informasi dan komunikasi (TIK). Pemegang saham mayoritas Telkom adalah Pemerintah Republik Indonesia sebesar 52.09%, sedangkan 47.91% sisanya dikuasai oleh Publik. Perusahaan tersebut menggunakan teknologi komputer yang diterapkan dalam pelayanannya, Penggunaan komputer dalam penyimpanan data karyawan maupun data-data penting yang bersifat rahasia lainnya. Untuk menghindari terjadinya pencurian dan manipulasi data maka perlu diterapkannya sebuah sistem keamanan. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan dalam pengamanan data atau informasi adalah algoritma Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). Penerapan algoritma kriptografi AES dalam pengamanan data menunjukkan bahwa algoritma ini dapat menghasilkan enkripsi yang tidak dapat dibaca atau dimengerti manusia dan menghasilkan dekripsi yang sama persis dengan data awal yang di inputkan. Perbedaan kunci yang digunakan serta ukuran suatu file ikut mempengaruhi waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk melakukan proses enkripsi dan dekripsi.

WiFi Indihome merupakan salah satu produk PT. Telkom Group dibidang teknologi jaringan yang popular di masyarakat, salah satunya mahasiswa di STIKOM Tunas Bangsa. Berdasarkan tingkat populernya WiFi Indihome, PT. Telkom Group selalu menjaga kualitas dari produk yang dihasilkan agar mahaiswa puas terhadap layanan tersebut. Karena bukan tidak mungkin jika kualitas yang ditawarkan ditanggapi kurang memuaskan mahasiswa yang sudah berlangganan WiFi Indihome.. Tujuan dalan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan mengklasifikasi kepuasan mahasiswa STIKOM Tunas Bangsa yang berlangganan WiFi Indihome dengan data sebanyak 100 data training dan 10 data testing. Penelitian ini menghasilkan nilai akurasi sebesar 90% dengan hasil prediksi Puas dengan True Puas terdapat 8 item, sedangkan prediksi Puas dengan True Tidak Puas terdapat 1 item dan prediksi Tidak Puas dengan True Puas terdapat 0 item sedangkan prediksi Tidak Puas dengan True Tidak Puas terdapat 1 item. Dengan hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan keputusan yang akan diambil oleh PT. Telkom Group untuk selalu meningkatkan kualitas dari produk yang dihasilkan.

An automatic handwashing deviceis a handwashing devicethat works automatically by utilizing an infrared sensor as a hand detector and using the Arduino Uno as the main controller. In this study, the authors discussed the design of an Automatic Handwashing Devicethat is placed on the hand-sanitizer faucet using the InfraRed sensor (detecting hand movements) based on Arduino Uno. This system includes the design of hardware (Hardware) and software (Software). Researchers use descriptive analysis techniques that are presented in table form. In this study, the authors conducted an analysis and design of the devices used to build the input and output processes including System Algorithms, Research Design, and Research Flowcharts. The results showed that the Hands Sanitizer deviceautomatically runs well and can be assembled using Arduino Uno microcontroller components and IR (Infrared) sensors. In making this program, the Arduino Uno application software is needed.

Klasifikasi tingkat kesejahteraan keluarga di Desa Tiga Dolok merupakan permasalahan yang dialami Masyarakat di desa itu. Dimana klasifikasi Tingkat kesejahteraan keluarga di Desa tersebut belum sepenuhnya akurat sehinga mengakibatkan penyaluran subsidi pemerintah tidak tepat sasaran. Permasalahan klasifikasi tingkat kesejahteraan menjadi tujuan dilakukannya penelitian agar mendapatkan hasil yang akurat dalam status tingkat kesejahteraan keluarga. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut diusulkan model baru dengan memanfaatkan sebuah metode komputasi C4.5 agar menghasilkan klasifikasi tingkat kesejahteraan yang akurat. Pada penelitian ini algoritma yang digunakan untuk melakukan klasifikasi tingkat kesejahteraan pada Desa Tiga Dolok adalah algoritma C4.5. Algoritma ini dipilih karena proses klasifikasinya sederhana dan cepat. Data penelitian yang digunakan nantinya adalah Data Isian Dasar Keluarga Desa Tiga Dolok Tahun 2019. Sumber data diperoleh berdasarkan kuisioner yang dibagikan kepada masyarakat Tiga Dolok. Berdasarkan data ini akan dilakukan klasifikasi tingkat kesejahteraan dengan menggunakan aplikasi rapid miner. Dengan metode ini akan dibentuk pohon keputusan agar nantinya mendapatkan hasil klasifikasi yang diinginkan.

The Water Resources Management Agency has the main duty to organize some district government affairs in the field of water resources management based on the principle of autonomy which becomes the authority, deconcentration and assistance duty and other tasks in accordance with the policy stipulated by the Regent based on the applicable laws and regulations. The performance appraisal undertaken in this agency is intended for the Civil State Apparatus. the assessment process is carried out for measuring and improving the performance of the State Civil Apparatus so as to encourage these employees to work better. From the assessment of the superior can be determined the best employee or promotion position. The performance appraisal process conducted by the culture and tourism office is still done manually, so the performance calculation tends to be subjective and takes a long time. Therefore, in order that the process of appraising employee performance becomes more objective and practical, it should be done computerized by developing an application that implements the right methods. This subjectivity can be overcome with decision support system using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method based on existing assessment criteria. The end result of research is the rank of employee value that can be a consideration for decision makers in the determination of promotions as well as an encouragement for employees to work better and productive.

Abstract: Storage media is an inseparable tool in everyday life. With storage media, users can store important data, both personal and workplace. In addition, in many cases, Indonesian law uses storage media as evidence. The Electronic Information and Transactions Law (UU ITE) regulates how the provision of digital evidence can be strong evidence in court. This study examines the forensics of digital evidence on storage media with four test scenarios. Digital forensic processing uses forensic processes based on the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) guidelines. This study produces an analysis in which evidence processed with scenarios 1 and 4 is valid digital evidence to be submitted to court, while evidence 2 and 3 is invalid evidence. The results of this digital evidence can be used for investigations under the ITE law. Keywords: autopssy; digital forensics; storage media; FTK Imager. Abstrak: Media Penyimpanan merupakan alat yang tak terpisahkan dari kehidupan sehari-hari. Dengan Media Penyimpanan, pengguna dapat menyimpan data penting, baik pribadi maupun tempat kerja. Selain itu, dalam banyak kasus, hukum Indonesia menggunakan Media Penyimpanan sebagai alat bukti. Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (UU ITE) mengatur bagaimana penyediaan alat bukti digital menjadi alat bukti yang kuat di pengadilan. Penelitian ini mengkaji forensik terhadap alat bukti digital pada Media Penyimpanan dengan empat skenario pengujian. Pemrosesan forensik digital menggunakan proses forensik berdasarkan panduan National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Penelitian ini menghasilkan analisis di mana alat bukti yang diproses dengan skenario 1 dan 4 merupakan alat bukti digital yang sah untuk diajukan ke pengadilan, sedangkan alat bukti 2 dan 3 merupakan alat bukti yang tidak sah. In an era where mobile applications are becoming increasingly important in everyday life, data security and authentication is an aspect that cannot be ignored. Especially in the context of applications that utilize GPS location information, the need to ensure the authenticity and integrity of data becomes crucial. In this study, we introduce an approach to implementing digital signatures to improve data security and authentication in mobile applications based on GPS location. The digital signatures method is used to sign location data generated by GPS devices on mobile applications. This digital signing process allows verification of the authenticity and integrity of that location data. In addition, digital signatures also make it possible to verify the identity of the user or entity that generated the data, thus preventing the possibility of data forgery or other security attacks. This research will include the implementation of a digital signatures-based security system on mobile applications that utilize GPS location services. We will analyze the performance of the system in ensuring the authenticity and integrity of data, as well as measure the overhead incurred by the digital signing process. In addition, we will also test the security of the system by testing for possible attacks or security breaches that may occur. The results of this study are expected to make a significant contribution in strengthening data security and authentication in location-based mobile applications, as well as provide guidance for the practical implementation of digital signatures in this context. Thus, mobile applications that utilize GPS location information can operate with a higher level of security, increasing user confidence in the application.
