Abstract

Pertumbuhan wirausaha baru dalam memperkuat ekonomi berbasis inovasi dan teknologi sangat diperlukan. Sinergi dunia pendidikan dengan pengembangan wirausaha menjadi hal penting. Menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan bagi mahasiswa merupakan alternatif jalan keluar untuk mengurangi tingkat pengangguran. Pendidikan kewirausahaan diberikan dengan harapan memotivasi dan menjadi bekal ilmu untuk berwirausaha. Namun pada kenyataannya, pendidikan kewirausahaan tidak secara langsung membuat lulusan untuk berani membuka usaha. Pemikiran lulus mencari kerja masih banyak ditemui, sehingga tingkat pengangguran terdidik meningkat. Politeknik harus memahami realitas saat ini dengan menciptakan wirausaha muda yang inovatif, kreatif dan terdidik. Pendidikan kewirausahaan harus dapat menumbuhkan jiwa wirausaha di kalangan mahasiswa. Untuk menumbuhkan jiwa wirausaha di kalangan mahasiswa diperlukan pembelajaran berbasis aktivitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan gambaran pendidikan kewirausahaan di vokasi kemaritiman melalui kurikulum yang dikembangkan berdasarkan tujuan pembelajaran, materi, metode dan evaluasi pembelajaran serta membuat model pendidikan kewirausahaan. Pendidikan kewirausahaan seharusnya menumbuhkan perilaku sesuai dengan karakter wirausaha. Model pendidikan kewirausahaan yang tepat akan mampu menumbuhkan motivasi untuk berwirausaha, membangun sikap mental wirausaha, meningkatkan keterampilan berwirausaha, serta menumbuhkan wirausaha baru yang berlatar belakang pendidikan tinggi. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa Polimarin Jurusan Nautika Prodi D4 Nautika Semester V. Mahasiswa berjumlah 22 orang, terdiri atas 20 Mahasiswa Laki-laki dan 2 Mahasiswi Perempuan. Untuk meningkatkan keterampilan mahasiswa dalam menyusun proposal bisnis industri maritim dilakukan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan menggunakan metode Project Based Learning (PBL). PTK dilakukan dengan dua (2) siklus, siklus pertama ini dilakukan sebanyak empat kali pertemuan dan siklus kedua dilakukan dua kali pertemuan. Pada siklus 1 keterampilan mahasiswa dalam menyusun proposal rencana bisnis industri maritim masih rendah dan baru ada dua kelompok yang memenuhi memenuhi Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM). Perolehan skor penilaian penulisan proposal nilai rata-ratanya 68%. Perolehan skor penilaian sikap menyusun proposal nilai rata-ratanya 69%. Perolehan skor penilaian Presentasi proposal nilai rata-ratanya 68%. Pada siklus 2 mahasiswa sudah memahami penerapan metode PBL dan menunjukkan proposal bisnis industri maritim yang baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil observasi dan evaluasi perolehan skor penilaian penulisan proposal nilai tertingginya 92%, nilai terendahnya 88% dan nilai rata-ratanya 90%. Perolehan skor penilaian sikap menyusun proposal nilai tertingginya 89% dan nilai terendahnya 84% dan nilai rata-ratanya 87%. Perolehan skor penilaian presentasi proposal nilai tertingginya 90% dan nilai terenda hnya 84% dan nilai rata-ratanya 88%. Dari hal pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan kelas, siklus pertama dan kedua dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode PBL dapat meningkatkan keterampilan mahasiswa menyusun proposal rencana bisnis industri maritim.

Abstract

This article discusses the management of household waste disposal and segregation in Karangjati Village, Bergas District, Semarang Regency. The background of this activity is that most of the people in this village work as factory workers, and they still have limitations in terms of waste management. Through Community Service this time it is hoped to be able to provide solutions to the problems faced by residents in Karangjati Village. The method for implementing this activity consists of (1) preparation, (2) implementation, and (3) evaluation with participants. The activity begins with the delivery of material with lectures, discussions, questions and answers about waste management and demonstrations about handling household waste such as food scraps and leaves for composting. The results of this community service activity show that the participants who took part in the activity from the beginning to the end of the activity have succeeded in increasing their understanding of waste management. This is indicated by the seriousness of the activity participants when doing waste sorting and composting practices.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine tourism promotion strategies, cultural introduction, MSMEs in the MotoGP event at the Mandalika Circuit. This research is descriptive qualitative research. This research describes tourism promotion strategies, cultural introduction, MSMEs in the MotoGP event at the Mandalika circuit. The data analysis technique in this research includes data presentation, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the tourism promotion strategy in the Moto GP event at the Mandalika Circuit through the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy website contains dimensions of entertainment, interaction, trends and customization. In introducing culture at the MotoGP event, it shows the fact that Indonesian artists and local workers have the capacity to design and create world-class works of art directly. In promoting MSMEs at the MotoGP event, the Government provides full support for MSME craft products by providing a promotional platform for MSMEs to enliven the MotoGP event. Abstract

Abstract This research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach which uses a number of previous studies such as the five mentioned above as references for finding new variations in the research being carried out. The data used in this research is secondary data that researchers obtained from the annual reports of the Central Statistics Agency from 2004 to 20024 for 20 years. The researchers analyzed these data using the Samrt PLS 4.0 analysis tool with several stages, namely validity testing, reliability testing, and path coefficients which determine whether the hypotheses used in this research can be accepted or not. The result in this article show that the investment variable can have a positive relationship and a significant influence on economic growth because the P-Values have a positive value and are below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.013.. This means that the more stable, large and well-utilized Indonesia is, the better the economic growth will be. In contrast to the research results above, in the second row of the third table the flow coefficients in this research show different results if the Government Expenditure variable does not have a positive and significant influence on Economic Growth because the P-Values are not below the 0.05 significance level. This means that the greater the Government Expenditure, it does not affect Economic Growth at all because there are still many other factors and variables that need to be considered, such as Good Corporate Governance variables, Education variables, HDI, and so on which make sense in influencing Economic Growth. Based on the explanation above, it can be concluded that the first hypothesis in this research can be accepted and the second hypothesis in this research cannot be accepted. Abstract

Abstract Customer satisfaction is the most important factor that companies must pay attention to so that their business is able to compete and even dominate the market. There are a number of factors that can influence customer satisfaction, including Customer Experience which is representative of internal factors and Perceived Service Quality is representative of external factors. Different from previous research, this research adds the Product Quality variable as a moderating variable. This research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach. The data used in this research is primary data distributed to 125 Gacoan noodle employees and 125 Gacoan noodle consumers spread throughout Indonesia. The collected data was analyzed using the smart PLS 3.0 analysis tool. The research results show that the respective variables Consumer Experience and Perceived Service Quality have a positive relationship and a significant influence on the Consumer Satisfication variable. Apart from that, the Product Quality variable can moderate the influence of the variables above, the results are even more significant than each direct test of each independent variable on the dependent variable in this research. Abstract

Abstrak Financial technology menjadi subjek utama dalam penelitian ini. Pendekatan penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui studi literatur, yang melibatkan pembacaan literatur dari berbagai sumber termasuk laporan, buku, artikel dan jurnal dengan menggunakan pendakatan kualitatif dan deduktif. Temuan dalam peneltian ini adalah financial technology memilik peran yang sangat krusial terhadap pembiayaan UMKM di Indonesia. Peran financial technology terhadap perkembangan UMKM di Indonesia sangat banyak antara lain sebagai layanan keuangan pembiayaan, pembuka lapangan pekerjaan baru, dan memudahkan dalam bertransaksi tanpa menggunakan uang tunai. Financial technology juga sangat berperan penting dalam pembiayaan modal, meningkatkan inklusi keuangan UMKM, meningkatkan literasi keuangan UMKM dan meningkatkan kinerja UMKM. Financial technology memberikan dampak positif terhadap UMKM di Indonesia dan memberikan keuntungan bagi para pelaku usaha dalam meningkatkan volume penjualan, mempermudah promosi produk, mempercepat kegiatan transaksi dan lain-lain. Abstract

Pentingnya peran pemimpin dalam suatu organisasi kelompok dapat berjalan efektif jika terdapat kesesuaian antara gaya kepemimpinan dengan bawahannya. Dalam peran seperti itu, pemimpin dapat mengendalikan dan mempengaruhi situasi. Perilaku kepemimpinan tercermin dari sikap seseorang secara keseluruhan, yang ditunjukkan melalui ucapan dan perilakunya sebagai anggota organisasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh peran fungsi kepemimpinan sebagai variabel moderasi antara perilaku kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja organisasi. Hasil penelitian ini telah menemukan bahwa perilaku kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi dan fungsi kepemimpinan mampu memoderasi perilaku kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja organisasi. Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of advertising and Instagram social media on people's buying interest in e-commerce. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling technique. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques with SPSS as an analysis tool. Based on the results of data testing carried out, it shows that advertising partially has a significant effect on people's buying interest in e-commerce, Instagram social media has a significant effect on people's buying interest in e-commerce.
