Abstract

In this digital era, online booking platforms such as Traveloka are becoming increasingly popular. Electronic service quality (e-service quality) is an important factor influencing customer satisfaction and encouraging positive engagement behavior on the platform. This research aims to analyze the influence of e-service quality on customer satisfaction and consumer engagement behavior at Traveloka. Research data was collected through an online survey of 35 Traveloka users in Indonesia. The research results show that e-service quality has a positive influence on customer satisfaction and consumer engagement behavior at Traveloka. Customer satisfaction has also been proven to mediate the relationship between e-service quality and consumer engagement behavior. These findings indicate that Traveloka needs to continue to improve the quality of its e-services to increase customer satisfaction and encourage positive engagement behavior. This research provides theoretical and practical contributions in understanding the influence of e-service quality on customer satisfaction and consumer engagement behavior at Traveloka. The findings of this research can help Traveloka develop appropriate strategies to improve the quality of its electronic services and achieve a competitive advantage in the market.

Abstract

This study analyzes patient satisfaction levels with healthcare services at Klinik Del within the context of a highly competitive industry. Through a survey using a Likert scale of 1-10, various aspects such as service quality, waiting time, facility availability, communication with medical staff, and cost were evaluated. The study found that customer reviews and ratings have a positive and significant impact on purchase decisions, demonstrated by strong loading factor values. The research instruments showed outer loadings above 0.70, except for a few indicators that need improvement. These findings provide valuable insights for Klinik Del to enhance their services and also benefit the healthcare industry in understanding patient needs and expectations, enabling the adaptation of best practices to improve overall healthcare standards.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies in increasing the competitiveness of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Lake Toba area, especially the Balige area. The method used is a qualitative approach by conducting in-depth interviews and participatory observation of several MSMEs in Balige. This research found that the implementation of digital marketing, through social media, websites and e-commerce platforms, has a positive impact on increasing sales and brand awareness for MSMEs. The obstacles faced include limited digital knowledge, access to technology and internet infrastructure. However, with the right training and mentoring, MSMEs are able to utilize digital marketing to expand their market share and compete at local and national levels. This study suggests collaboration between the government, private sector and academics to provide sustainable training and improve digital infrastructure in the Lake Toba area to support the sustainability and development of MSMEs.
