Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan iklim organisasi dan efektivitas kepemimpinan terhadap prestasi kerja guru SMP di Kabupaten Jonggat, Jakarta Utara. Metodologi penelitian adalah survei yang dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Analisis dan interpretasi data menunjukkan bahwa (1) iklim organisasi memiliki hubungan langsung positif dalam kinerja pekerjaan, (2) efektivitas memiliki efek hubungan positif dalam kinerja pekerjaan, (3) iklim organisasi memiliki hubungan langsung positif dalam kepemimpinan efektivitas.

Social media is a communication and interaction forum used by millennials to interact and share information with one another. The potential of social media as a media for tourism promotion is very large, but it is still not optimally utilized for productive activities, including students of Madrasah Aliyah Al Madani, West Lombok Regency due to the lack of knowledge and skills of madrasah students in the use of social media they have. This training aims to improve the knowledge and creativity skills of MA Al Madani students in utilizing social media as a promotional media in tourism management, especially in program promotion activities and tourism media. The stages of this service activity process begin with observing the potential of schools, followed by discussion activities and formulating the theme of training activities in accordance with school plans and programs, then carrying out training activities according to the agreed theme until post-training evaluation activities take place. The training activities were guided by expert trainers, it was found that through this training students could develop their skills in the use of various social media as a promotional platform in developing and managing tourism programs in Lombok Nusa Tenggara. The evaluation process, by monitoring and examining the trainees' social media after one week of training, shows that the program has been successfully developed and utilized by MA Al Madani students, West Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara.

Menyusun karya tulis ilmiah merupakan salah satu tuntutan profesi bagi seorang guru. Permasalahannya adalah tidak semua guru memiliki kemampuan dalam menyusun karya tulis ilmiah dengan baik, salah satunya yang berbentuk artikel ilmiah. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan terhadap guru di Indonesia, dapat diketahui bahwa sebagian besar guru masih mengalami kesulitan dalam menyusun artikel ilmiah. Berawal dari permasalahan tersebut perlu dilakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam penulisan artikel bagi para guru. Program pelatihan dan pendampingan didesain dalam bentuk kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian tersebut dilakukan oleh Guru Inovatif Indonesia. Kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan dilakukan dengan metode blended, yaitu melalui tatap muka dan melalui daring. Tahapan pertama merupakan pelatihan yang mencakup teori dan praktik sedangkan tahap kedua adalah bimbingan dalam melakukan publikasi artikel pada jurnal ilmiah. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah dapat menambah wawasan dan keterampilan guru dalam menulis karya tulis ilmiah. Selain itu guru dapat melakukan publikasi artikel pada jurnal ilmiah secara mandiri sebagai salah satu tuntutan profesi sebagai seorang guru.

The condition of the Covid-19 pandemic, which has entered the 3rd year phase, is still the main obstacle for teachers in participating in physical development activities (outside the network) in every activity. This requires teachers to be able to adapt in participating in every activity needed in their self-development, one of these activities is literature research writing training. The training activities are carried out in an effort to develop teacher skills in writing literature research in an effort to improve and develop themselves in a teacher's career as part of continuous professional development. Based on the results of a pre-survey conducted by the team in early 2021, it was found that the condition of teachers in NTB was still having difficulty participating in direct training activities due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This has a definite effect on the teacher's self-development, one of which is research writing skills. Therefore, this community service activity is carried out online as an effort to overcome the obstacles in the presence of teachers with the aim of providing opportunities for teachers to improve their writing skills in literature research. The method used in this activity is in the form of online training in writing literature research which is carried out for 3 days, namely on November 22-24 2021. 1) Most of the teachers have been able to develop self-competence, namely teachers understand theoretically about literature research. 2) Most of the teachers are skilled in compiling and developing literature research as part of the continuous professional development needed by teachers in improving the quality of education in NTB. ABSTRAKKondisi pandemic Covid-19 yang sudah memasuki fase tahun ke-3 masih menjadi kendala utama bagi guru dalam mengikuti kegiatan pengembangan diri secara fisik (luar jaringan) di setiap kegiatan. Hal ini menuntut guru mampu beradaptasi dalam mengikuti setiap kegiatan yang diperlukan dalam pengembangan dirinya, salah satu kegiatan tersebut yaitu pelatihan menulis penelitian literature. Adapun kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan dalam upaya mengembangkan keterampilan guru dalam menulis penelitian literature dalam upaya peningkatan dan pengembangan diri dalam karir guru sebagai bagian dari pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan. Berdasarkan hasil pra-survey yang dilakukan oleh tim di awal tahun 2021, didapatkan fakta kondisi para guru di NTB masih kesulitan dalam mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan secara langsung dikarenakan pandemic Covid-19. Hal ini berpengaruh pasti terhadap pengembangan diri guru salah satunya yaitu keterampilan menulis penelitian. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan secara online sebagai upaya mengatasi kendala kehadiran guru dengan tujuan memberikan kesempatan bagi guru dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis penelitian literature. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah berupa pelatihan online menulis penelitian literatur yang dilaksanakan selama 3 hari yaitu pada 22-24 November 2021. 1) Para guru sebagian besar sudah mampu mengembangkan kompetensi diri yakni para guru memahami secara teoritis mengenai penelitian literatur. 2) Para guru sebagian besar sudah terampil dalam menyusun serta mengembangkan penelitian literature sebagai bagian dari pengembangan profesi berkelanjutan yang dibutuhkan oleh para guru dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di NTB.

The purpose of this research is to find out information about the effect of organizational culture, leader behaviors, job satisfaction, and justice on organizational commitment. In this study, school is considered as an organization. The study was carried out at Islamic Junior High Schools in the Mataram City, NTB. The data for this survey reseach were collected by using quesionnaires distributed to fifty-nine teachers as the samples. The data were analyzed statistically using path analysis.The results of the analyses shows that: (1) organizational culture has a positive direct effect on organizational commitment, (2) leader behaviors have a positive direct effect on organizational commitment, (3) job satisfaction has a positive direct effect on organizational commitment, and (4) justice has a positive direct effect on organizational commitment.

This article presents the cognitive load in choosing answers to conceptual understandingtest of the human regulatory system. The purpose of this study is to find the influence ofcognitive load directly and indirectly on the variables that are identified. The research methodused was survey research and analyzed based on the path coefficient with the 8.72 Lisrelprogram. The population in this study are students of class XI science from three schools inKabupaten Serang a numbers of 463 students and the sample taken a numbers of 215 students.The results of this study indicate that there is a direct influence of cognitive load on heuristicjudgment. The effect directly have a significant positive effect directly, namely cognitive loadon working memory, and working memory on heuristic judgment. One hypothesis had asignificant indirect effect, namely cognitive load on heuristic judgment through workingmemory.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of organizational justice on the trust of Tangerang Regency private junior high school teachers. In the analysis will get more detailed results related to organizational justice variables with the indicators and trust with the indicators. This research used SEM (Structural Equition Model) method. Data collection technique used a questionnaire. The sample of this study involved 273 people through random proportional selection. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and structural equation modeling in inferential statistics. The results of this study indicate that there was a direct effect of organizational justice on the confidence of Tangerang regency private junior high school teachers. The dominant indicators of organizational justice variables which contributed was neutrality at 18.26%, while the dominant trust variable which contributed was consistency at 23.71%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara komprehensif pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi dan keterlibatan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi guru SMA Negeri di Kota Mataram. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan analisis jalur sebab akibat. Penelitian dilakukan pada guru SMA Negeri dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 389 guru. Hasil penelitian sebagai (1) POS berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi dengan koefisien jalur 0,496 signifikan secara statistik pada taraf 0,05 (2) keterlibatan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi dengan koefisien jalur 0,369 signifikan secara statistik pada taraf 0,05 (3) POS berpengaruh positif terhadap keterlibatan kerja. dengan koefisien jalur 0,474 signifikan secara statistik pada taraf 0,05

Tujuan penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus diharapkan melalui pendekatan ramah anak siswa mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar pada masa pandemic covid-19. Pendekatan ramah anak dalam pembelajaran masa pandemic covid-19 yang dilaksanakan melalui pembelajaran dalam jaringan (daring) ramah anak dan pembelajaran luar jaringan (luring) ramah anak. Data yang diambil dalam penelitian ini merupakan data hasil wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Dalam pelaksanaan pendekatan ramah anak pada proses pembelajaran daring dan luring diperoleh hasil yang sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan meskipun masih ada kendala dalam pelaksanaanya. Hal ini terlihat pada hasil wawancara yang dilakukan peneliti, bahwa ada suasana positif yang terjadi ketika pembelajaran dilaksanakan. Dimana guru dan siswa sangat antusias bahkan semangat dalam proses pelaksanaanya. Tentunya dalam proses pendekatan pembelajarannya guru dan siswa selalu menerapkan budaya 5S yaitu budaya senyum, salam, sapa, santun dan sabar. Dengan demikian dapat dikemukakan bahwa pendekatan ramah anak dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan rancangan studi kasus mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada masa pandemic covid-19 di SDN 1 Kilang, Kabupaten Lombok Timur.

This study aims to identify the readiness of final semester students of the Faculty of Education and Psychology, Mandalika Education University for the 2020/2021 academic year in facing the world of work in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This research is a survey research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The population and sample are all final semester (8) students as many as 27 people who have carried out field practice for 5 months from March 2021 to July 2021. This research data consists of primary data obtained directly from respondents in the form of a questionnaire (measuring Affective and psychomotor) and tests in the form of statements (cognitive). Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis with percentage calculations. The results showed that Ability was in the high category (79%), Skill was in the very high category (88%) and Demeanor (attitude) was in the high category (79%). The conclusion, based on the results of descriptive analysis and data classification, is the overall readiness of final semester students of the Faculty of Education and Psychology, Mandalika Education University to enter the world of work as a whole from the aspect of ability (Ability), skills (Skills) and attitudes (Demeanor) towards the field of production work. , service and managerial research results are in the very high category (85%). Keywords: self-readiness, ability, skill, demeanor, industrial revolution 4.0.
