Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find the effect of adversity quotient, time management, and communication management of madrasah principals on the effectiveness of the management of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara for the academic year 2020/2021. This research method is quantitative with the sampling method in the form of a survey. Data analysis was carried out using path analysis techniques. The results showed that 1) adversity quotient, time management, and communication management of the madrasah principal had a direct positive effect on the effectiveness of madrasah ibtidaiyah management; 2) the adversity quotient has a direct positive effect on the time management and communication management of the head of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. In conclusion, there is an effect of Adversity Quotient, Time Management, and Communication Management of Madrasah Principals on the Effectiveness of Management of Islamic Madrasahs in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara Province for the 2020/2021 Academic Year. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kemangkiran (Absenteeism) guru madrasah di bawah binaan yayasan Pondok Pesantren Addinul Qoyyum tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada seluruh guru di lingkungan yayasan Pondok Pesantren Addinul Qoyyum Gunung Sari dengan menggunakan metode survei dengan analisis jalur yang diterapkan dalam pengujian hipotesis. Jumlah 57 guru sebagai sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: terdapat pengaruh langsung gaya kepemimpinan terhadap absensi; terdapat pengaruh langsung kepuasan kerja terhadap absensi; terdapat pengaruh langsung gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Simpulan setiap perubahan atau variasi yang terjadi pada absensi guru di lingkungan yayasan Pondok Pesantren Addinul Qoyyum Gunung Sari dipengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja. Abstract

The objectives of this research are to understand, explain and improve Madrasah based Management Program (Islamic Concept). The research used qualitative approach which used evaluation model of CIPP (Context, Input, Process and Outcome). It was conducted at Islamic High School Jonggat sub-district. Instruments used were observation and deep interview technique. The results were that some weaknesses of programs in the effort of increasing teacher’s human resources that were not mastering learning model media (coul not operate the laptop and in focus), increasing the facilities need and low cost. Recommendations; it is suggested to those who are in the stakeholders to pay attention to this issue. So, the implementation of the program could be done successfully later.

Abstract

This Community Service Program aims to train teachers to make automatic evaluations based on google form at Al-Ashriyah Sesela Islamic Middle School for the 2020/2021 academic year. which then becomes an effective evaluation material in the learning process. With the guidance and increase in the use of the google form, it is hoped that teachers and students can be more skilled and creative in using the developed evaluation form. The school is also able to provide alternative forms of evaluation in the ongoing learning process. There are several stages carried out in this program, namely preparation including a survey of the location of the activity, interviews with school principals with the aim of obtaining information about what needs are needed in the program, the number of teachers and students involved. Thus the actual condition of the school is known. The evaluation stage is carried out to determine the level of success of the activities that have been carried out in relation to the ability of the Al-Ashriyah Sesela Islamic Junior High School teacher in operating and utilizing the google form that has been developed in a sustainable manner. The outputs generated from this activity are google form-based evaluation form products and articles from training program activities to make google form-based automatic evaluations for teachers at Al-Ashriyah Islamic Junior High School. ABSTRAKProgram Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melatih para guru membuat evaluasi otomatis berbasis google form di SMP Islam Al-Ashriyah Sesela tahun ajaran 2020/2021.Target khusus yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan daya manfaat dari penyebaran (Diseminasi) form evaluasi yang telah dikembangkan yang selanjutnya menjadi bahan evaluasi yang efektif dalam proses pembelajaran. Adanya pembinaan dan peningkatan penggunaan google form ini diharapkan guru dan siswa dapat lebih terampil dan kreatif menggunakan form evaluasi yang dikembangkan. Adapun sekolah juga mampu memberikan alternatif bentuk evaluasi dalam proses pembelajaran yang berlangsung. Ada beberapa tahapan yang dilakukan dalam program ini yaitu persiapan meliputi survey tempat pelaksanaan kegiatan, wawancara dengan kepala sekolah dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang kebutuhan apa saja yang diperlukan dalam program, jumlah guru dan siswa yang dilibatkan. Dengan demikian diketahui kondisi sebenarnya dari sekolah tersebut. Tahapan evaluasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan kegiatan yang sudah dilakukan kaitannya dengan kemampuan guru SMP Islam Al-Ashriyah Sesela dalam mengoperasikan dan memanfatkan google form yang telah dikembangkan secara berkelanjutan (Sustainable). Luaran yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan ini adalah produk form evaluasi berbasis google form dan artikel dari kegiatan program pelatihan membuat evaluasi otomatis berbasis google form bagi guru di SMP Islam Al-Ashriyah.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to obtain information about the effect of communication and teamwork through ethics on lecturers and employees (academic community) in the Faculty of Education and Psychology (FIPP) of Mandalika Education University for the period 2021/2022. This research was conducted on all lecturers and employees of the Mandalika Education University for the period 2021/2022 using a survey method with path analysis used in hypothesis testing. A sample of 35 lecturers and employees was selected using the Slovin formula. The results of the study conclude: (1) there is a direct effect of communication on ethics. (2) There is a direct effect of teamwork on ethics. (3) There is a direct effect of communication on teamwork. Therefore, to implement the ethics of lecturers and employees can be done by improving communication and teamwork. Keywords: Communication, Teamwork, Ethics Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang pengaruh komunikasi dan kerjasama tim melalui etika pada dosen dan pegawai (civitas akdemika) di lingkungan Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan dan Psikologi (FIPP) Universitas Pendidikan Mandalika periode 2021/2022. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada seluruh dosen dan pegawai Universitas Pendidikan Mandalika periode 2021/2022 dengan menggunakan metode survei dengan analisis jalur yang digunakan dalam pengujian hipotesis. Sampel sebanyak 35dosen dan pegawai dipilih dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan: (1) ada pengaruh langsung komunikasi terhadap etika. (2) Ada pengaruh langsung kerja sama tim terhadap etika. (3) Ada pengaruh langsung komunikasi terhadap kerja sama tim. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to evaluate the Community Development Program of the Student Executive Board (BEM) of the Mandalika University (UNDIKMA) for the 2021/2022 term of service by using the Kirckpatrick Four Level evaluation model. The Community Development Program of the Student Executive Board (BEM) of the Mandalika Education University (UNDIKMA) in the form of the Community Development program was carried out in Dasan Agung Village, Selaparang District, Mataram City. This program focuses on education, such as a course for students called Smart School which is held every Sunday from 10.00 WITA to 12.00, and recitation for housewives every Tuesday at 13.00 WITA until 15.00 WITA. UNDIKMA students have several obstacles caused by the relocation of residents who take part in this program as a result of the Mataram City government's policy in regulating urban planning. The UNDIKMA Student Executive Board chose to provide consistency to continue the Community Development program by developing a new strategic plan with the aim of creating participant independence and enabling them to improve their standard of living. Program Community Development Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa (BEM) Universitas Pendidikan Mandalika (UNDIKMA) dalam bentuk program Bina Lingkungan dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Dasan Agung Kecamatan Selaparang Kota Mataram. Program ini fokus pada bidang pendidikan, seperti kursus untuk siswa yang diberi nama Sekolah Cerdas yang diadakan setiap hari Minggu pukul 10.00 WITA hingga pukul 12.00, dan pengajian bagi ibu-ibu rumah tangga pada setiap Selasa pukul 13.00 WITA hingga pukul 15.00 WITA Bina Lingkungan Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa UNDIKMA memiliki beberapa kendala yang disebabkan oleh relokasi warga yang mengikuti program ini sebagai dampak dari kebijakan pemerintah Kota Mataram dalam mengatur tata kota. Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa UNDIKMA memilih untuk memberikan konsistensi untuk melanjutkan program Bina Lingkungan dengan menyusun rencana strategis baru dengan tujuan untuk menciptakan kemandirian peserta dan membuat mereka dapat meningkatkan taraf hidup mereka.Kata Kunci: Evaluasi Program, Community Development, BEM

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and work ethics on the work productivity of private high school (SMA) teachers in Mataram City in the 2021/2022 academic year. This research was conducted in the odd semester period of the 2021/2022 academic year. The research method used is a survey. The research population is all teachers in private high schools in the city of Mataram. Respondents were selected by simple random sampling technique totaling 125 teachers. The results of the study, based on the analysis obtained data that; 1) The results of a simple correlation analysis obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.575 and a path coefficient value of 0.422. This value indicates that organizational culture has a strong effect on teacher productivity; 2) The results of a simple correlation analysis between work ethics and teacher productivity obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.541 and a path coefficient value of 0.363. In conclusion, based on the results of research and data analysis, it shows that work ethic on teacher productivity has a strong effect. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Organizational Culture and Quality of Work Life on the Work Motivation of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) teachers, Gunung Sari District, West Lombok Regency, for the 2021/2022 Academic Year. This research is a quantitative study in madrasas organized under the Ministry of Religion, Gunung Sari District, West Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. This study uses a survey method with path analysis applied in hypothesis testing. The study was conducted on 179 teachers as respondents who were selected at simple random. The results of this study are: (1). There is a positive direct influence of organizational culture (Organizational Culture) on work motivation. (2). There is a positive direct influence on the quality of work life (Quality of Work Life) on work motivation, and (3). There is a direct positive influence of organizational culture (Organizational Culture) on the quality of work life (Quality of Work Life). Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to carry out introductory computer basics training for regional heads (KAWIL) in Montong Baan Village, Sikur District, East Lombok Regency as an effort to deal with technological developments as a form of improving 21st century skills for all Regional Heads in Montong Village Baan. This activity was carried out in the form of Community Service (PKM) using the computer basics introduction training method which was carried out for 3 days. Participants in this activity consisted of 8 regional heads according to the number of hamlets in Montong Baan Village. The results of this activity have implications for increasing the insights, abilities and skills of regional heads regarding informatics and computer science, both in the form of software and hardware. These results can be seen from the evaluations carried out both before and after the training activities provided which showed an increase in understanding of information and computer science both theoretically and practically. ABSTRAKTujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah melaksanakan pelatihan pengenalan dasar-dasar computer bagi kepala wilayah (KAWIL) yang ada di desa Montong Baan Kecamatan Sikur Kabupaten Lombok Timur sebagai upaya menghadapi perkembangan teknologi sebagai bentuk peningkatan keterampilan abad 21 bagi seluruh Kepala Wilayah di Desa Montong Baan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam bentuk Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) menggunakan métode pelatihan pengenalan dasar-dasar komputer yang dilakukan selama 3 hari. Peserta pada kegiatan ini terdiri dari 8 orang Kepala Wilayah sesuai dengan jumlah dusun yang ada di Desa Montong Baan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yakni berimplikasi terhadap bertambahnya wawasan, kemampuan dan keterampilan para kepala wilayah mengenai ilmu informatika dan komputer baik yang berupa software maupun hardware. Hasil tersebut terlihat dari evaluasi yang dilakukan baik sebelum dan setelah kegiatan pelatihan yang diberikan dimana terlihat peningkatan pemahaman mengenai ilmu informasi dan computer baik secara teoritis maupun praktis.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to carry out Empowerment Activities: Community Learning Center (TBM) Community Service-Based Recovery in Gelanggang Village, East Sakra District, East Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. This activity is carried out in collaboration (groups) with a small team. The methods and procedures for carrying out activities include: 1) Conducting interviews with partners and the surrounding community. 2) Coordinating with the Village Government. 3) Make observations. 4) Conduct outreach/education to the community. 5) Documenting the process of the program being executed. Likewise the method used in the implementation of the recovery is carried out in three stages, namely; 1) Preparatory stage. 2) Implementation stage. 3) and the final stage. The results of the activities are as follows: 1) The recovery carried out is in accordance with the planned steps, the planned schedule and the work execution according to the target. Thus, the function of the Community Learning Park can be restored to be reused by the community in Gelanggang Village, East Sakra District, East Lombok Regency. 2) All programs can be implemented well even though there are a few obstacles, but these can be overcome with time. The implementation of the Community Learning Park recovery program can be beneficial and have a positive impact on the community in the Gelanggang Village, District. East Sakra, East Lombok Regency. ABSTRAKTujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah melaksanakan Kegiatan Pemberdayaan: Recorvery Taman Belajar Masyarakat (TBM) Berbasis Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Desa Gelanggang Kecamatan Sakra Timur, Lombok Timur NTB. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara kolaborasi (berkelompok) dengan tim kecil. Adapun metode dan prosedur pelaksanaan kegiatan antara lain: 1) Melakukan wawancara dengan mitra dan masyarakat sekitar. 2) Melakukan koordinasi dengan Pemerintah Desa. 3) Melakukan observasi. 4) Melakukan sosialisasi/edukasi kepada masyarakat. 5) Mendokumentasikan proses dari program yang dijalankan. Begitu juga metode yang di gunakan dalam Pelaksanaan recorvery dilakukan dalam tiga tahap, yaitu; 1) Tahap persiapan. 2) Tahap pelaksanaan. 3) dan Tahap akhir. Hasil kegiatan sebagai berikut: 1) Recovery yang dilakukan telah sesuai dengan langkah yang direncanakan, jadwal yang direncanakan dan eksekusi pekerjaan yang sesuai target. Sehingga, Taman Belajar Masyarakat tersebut dapat dikembalikan fungsinya untuk dimanfaatkan kembali oleh masyarakat di Desa Gelanggang Kecamatan Sakra Timur Kabupaten Lombok Timur. 2) Semua program dapat terlaksana dengan baik walaupun ada sedikit kendala, namun hal tersebut dapat diatasi dengan berjalannya waktu. Terlaksananya program recovery Taman Belajar Masyarakat tersebut dapat bermanfaat dan berdampak positif bagi masyarakat di Desa Gelanggang Kecamatan. Sakra Timur, Kabupaten Lombok Timur.
