Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out information about the effect of organizational culture, leader behaviors, job satisfaction, and justice on organizational commitment. In this study, school is considered as an organization. The study was carried out at Islamic Junior High Schools in the Mataram City, NTB. The data for this survey reseach were collected by using quesionnaires distributed to fifty-nine teachers as the samples. The data were analyzed statistically using path analysis.The results of the analyses shows that: (1) organizational culture has a positive direct effect on organizational commitment, (2) leader behaviors have a positive direct effect on organizational commitment, (3) job satisfaction has a positive direct effect on organizational commitment, and (4) justice has a positive direct effect on organizational commitment.

Abstract

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to understand, explain and improve Madrasah based Management Program (Islamic Concept). The research used qualitative approach which used evaluation model of CIPP (Context, Input, Process and Outcome). It was conducted at Islamic High School Jonggat sub-district. Instruments used were observation and deep interview technique. The results were that some weaknesses of programs in the effort of increasing teacher’s human resources that were not mastering learning model media (coul not operate the laptop and in focus), increasing the facilities need and low cost. Recommendations; it is suggested to those who are in the stakeholders to pay attention to this issue. So, the implementation of the program could be done successfully later.

Abstract

Lembaga pendidikan Islam tumbuh subur di Indonesia sebagai wadah untuk mendidik para santri agar mampu menguasai ilmu Al-Qur’an secara mendalam, dan untuk mendidik santri menjadi seorang hafidz dan hafidzah. Tulisan ini mendeskripsikan kontribusi perempuan dalam kepemimpinannya di Asrama Putri Pondok Pesantren Al-Aziziyah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berupa kata-kata tertulis dan lisan dari orang atau bahkan dari perilaku orang yang dapat diamati. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pondok Pesantren Al-Aziziyah memberikan kesempatan pada perempuan untuk ikut berkontribusi sebagai pemimpin di lembaga pendidikan yakni Asrama Putri yang dipimpin oleh Ustadzah Fuziati Musthofa yang merupakan putri dari TGH. Musthofa Umar Abdul Aziz, pendiri Pondok Pesantren Al-Aziziyah. Peran kepemimpinan perempuan yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini yakni, peran perempuan sebagai pendidik, peran sebagai pengajar, peran sebagai manajer, peran sebagai motivator dan inspirator, serta peran di lingkungan masyarakat.

Abstract

Ajaran Agama Islam agar dapat berhasil atau tercapai dengan baik sudah seharusnya ditanamkan sejak usia dini karena pada usia ini anak lebih mudah menerima stimulasi sehingga melalui latihan dan pembiasaan akan membantu pembentukan kepribadian dan moral yang baik pada anak. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan guru dalam menanamkan nilai dan pengalaman ajaran Agama Islam dalam diri anak yang dalam penelitian ini ditekankan pada bimbingan pelaksanaan shalat Dhuha. Tulisan ini mendeskripsikan implementasi Pendidikan Agama Islam pada jenjang pendidikan pra-sekolah khususnya shalat Dhuha’ pada siswa di TK Islam Al-Aziziyah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembiasaan untuk pelaksanaan shalat Dhuha pada siswa di TK Islam Al-Aziziyah Kapek Gunungsari, Lombok Barat dilaksanakan dengan penerapan metode latihan atau drill yang dimana guru secara langsung membimbing siswa ketika melaksanakan shalat Dhuha. Pelaksanaannya masih belum maksimal karena masih ada anak yang suka main-main dan mengganggu temannya yang sedang shalat. Pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan tiga tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan penutup atau akhir shalat Dhuha. Faktor pendukung tersedianya sarana dan prasarana, keaktifan siswa, tersedianya guru pembimbing, dan dukungan orang tua siswa. Permasalahan yang dihadapi yakni dari siswa dilakukan dengan memberikan peringatan, permasalahan dari guru dengan memaksimalkan kemampuan guru dan dari orang tua siswa dilakukan dengan berdiskusi dan bersama menemukan solusi.

Abstract

This paper discusses the writings of J. Mark Halstead whose original title is An Islamic Concept of Education. This paper will first contain the problem of philosophy in Islam. The second section examines the resources available to explore systematically the principles of Islamic education. The third section discusses the three dimensions of Islamic Education, namely focusing on individual development, social and moral education, and knowledge acquisition. In each section of this paper will provide a brief overview of the differences between Islamic and Western perspectives in understanding Education in each of the components discussed. This paper is a literature study by collecting data from various literatures and information from available sources such as books, journals, reports, and other documents

Abstract

Penelitian tentang Pendidikan Agama Islam di PAUD yang bercorak Islami telah banyak dilakukan oleh peneliti. Namun penelitian pada Lembaga Pendidikan Umum jenjang PAUD masih sedikit ditemukan bahkan nyaris tidak ada sama sekali. TK Mawar Dharma Wanita dalam pengembangan Pendidikan Agama Islam ditengah kondisi peserta didiknya yang didominasi oleh warga sekitar dan berasal dari latar agama Islam, Hindu, dan Kristen. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan studi kasus dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan sokumentasi. Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian, TK Mawar Dharma Wanita mampu melaksanakan tujuan Pendidikan Agama Islam yaitu dalam mengembangkan kemampuan peserta didik agar dapat memahami, menghayati dan mengamalkan nilai-nilai ajaran agama Islam tersebut. Selain itu TK Mawar Dharma Wanita dalam kesehariannya mampu mengintegrasikan Pendidikan Agama Islam ke dalam tema-tema pembelajaran yang akan diajarkan oleh guru kepada peserta didik secara terbatas. Khusus pada hari jum’at, guru memberikan materi Pendidikan Agama Islam kepada siswa dengan lebih terbuka dan mendalam. Terlepas dari segala keterbatasan dalam pelaksanaannya, TK Mawar Dharma Wanita mampu mencapai hasil sesuai dengan tujuan yang diharapkan.

Abstract

This paper aims to find out the basic concepts of Islamic education management and its application in madrasah development. This paper is the result of a literature study by collecting data from various literature and information from available sources such as books, journals, reports and other documents. Madrasah development is a process that involves efforts to improve the quality, relevance and effectiveness of Islamic education institutions. Several important steps can be taken in madrasah development, including the preparation of Vision, Mission and Goals, self-evaluation, madrasah development planning, cooperation between stakeholders, and monitoring and evaluation. The implementation of madrasah development can be realized well when the madrasah is able to maximize aspects in the application of management functions, including through planning, good organization, implementation by maximizing finance, human resources, institutions and leadership and control by continuing to evaluate.

Abstract

This paper discusses the meaning, methods, and virtues of Qur'an memorization in Islamic boarding schools. This paper will first include the definition of Qur'anic memorization, its methods, and its virtues. The second section examines Islamic boarding schools and their virtues. The third section discusses Qur'an memorization in Islamic boarding schools and its virtues. The tahfidz program aims to produce hafidz (memorizers) who can memorize all 30 juz of the Qur'an properly and correctly according to the rules in the Qur'an, the implementation of which will be maximized if carried out in boarding schools.
