Abstract

The provision of government goods and services plays a strategic role in supporting national development and economic growth. However, in practice, problems such as fraud, inefficiency, and weak policy implementation are still common. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of government policies in the provision of goods and services at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency of Banggai Regency. The focus of this research is to assess the effectiveness of existing policies and regulations and identify factors influencing their implementation in the field. A qualitative approach was used, with data collection techniques including observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews. Three informants were selected through purposive sampling based on their respective areas of responsibility within the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency of Banggai Regency. The research findings are expected to provide an overview of the strengths and weaknesses in the implementation of goods and services procurement policies, as well as provide recommendations for improving governance. Furthermore, this study is expected to contribute as a reference for further research in the field of public policy, particularly procurement.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze human resource (HR) development strategies in the Society 5.0 era through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The Society 5.0 era, which is characterized by seamless integration between physical and cyberspace, has created a new paradigm in HR development, where technology is not only a tool but has become an integral part of life. Through an analysis of 20 Scopus indexed articles (Q1 and Q2) published in the 2019-2024 period, this study identified several key findings. The results show that digital transformation in HR development requires a holistic approach that includes aspects of technology, humans, and organizations. The implementation of technologies such as AI and VR/AR has been shown to increase learning effectiveness by up to 2.5 times, while a structured hybrid learning approach results in a 65% higher level of knowledge application than traditional methods. The study also revealed the importance of a learning culture and change management, where 72% of digital learning initiatives fail due to cultural resistance. The measurement framework developed includes dimensions of financial metrics, learning metrics, and organizational impact, providing comprehensive guidance for organizations in implementing HR development strategies in the Society 5.0 era. The implications of the research emphasize the importance of balance between technology adoption and human values, as well as the formation of a sustainable learning ecosystem.

Abstract

Kegiatan bimbingan membaca Al-Qur’an menggunakan tajwid yang baik dan benar ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan anak-anak dalam membaca Al-Qur’an secara tepat sesuai kaidah tajwid. Program ini dilaksanakan di Desa Lelang Matamaling, Kecamatan Buko Selatan, Kabupaten Banggai Kepulauan. Melalui metode pembelajaran yang interaktif dan pendekatan langsung, anak-anak dibimbing untuk memahami serta mempraktikan hukum-hukum tajwid dalam bacaan Al-Qur’an mereka. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan anak-anak dalam membaca Al-Qur’an, terutama dalam penerapan tajwid seperti mad, ghunnah, idgham, dan hukum bacaan lainnhya. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat menjadi upaya berkelanjutan dalam membentuk generasi yang cinta Al-Qur’an serta mampu membacanya dengan baik dan benar sesuai dengan kaidah tajwid.

Abstract

Advances in information technology are encouraging village governments to improve the quality of public services through the implementation of digital systems. One possible approach is the digitization of archives as a means of storing and managing documents more effectively and efficiently. This study aims to analyze student strategies in implementing digital archives to support public services in Padungnyo Village, Nambo District. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach through observation, interviews with village officials, documentation, and field notes during the Independent Internship program. The results indicate that student strategies include identifying archive needs, socialization, creating digital folders, inputting data into Google Sheets, storing documents in Google Drive, and providing assistance to village officials in using the system. The implementation of digital archives helps accelerate document retrieval, organize archives more systematically, and reduce the risk of document loss. The main obstacles identified were limited internet access, computer facilities, and the ability of officials to use digital applications.
