Abstract

Employee performance is the extent to which the employee can carry out the task well in the sense that the implementation is in accordance with the plan, so that satisfactory results are obtained for achieving good employee performance. So employees are required to have quality human resources who are able to carry out their duties as government officials in accordance with the tasks assigned. The purpose of this study was to find out how the performance of employees in Lombonga Village, Balaesang District, Donggala Regency. The informants in this study were the office staff of Lombonga Village. the informants are the Village Head, Village Secretary, Employees, Community. The results showed that to determine the performance and sincerity of employees in carrying out their duties and functions at the Lombonga Village office, Balaesang District, Donggala Regency. The author chooses the theory that is considered more suitable to be applied to government organizations, in this case Lombonga Village, Balaesang District, Donggala Regency, is Kumorotomo's theory in Agus Dwiyanto, (2008:52) namely: Efficiency, Effectiveness, Justice, Responsiveness. So it can be concluded that the performance of employees is quite good in its implementation. The influencing factors are the ability of human resources and the state of facilities and infrastructure which are important aspects for the creation of quality work.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana Kualitas Pelayanan Kesehatan Gigi di Puskesmas Bulili Kota Palu. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data, dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik penarikan informan menggunakan purposive. Jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 5 orang. Teori yang digunakan yaitu teori dari Idup Suhady, yang terdiri dari 4 (empat) aspek yaitu: tepat, cepat, murah dan ramah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, peneliti menarik kesimpulan bahwa kualitas pelayanan kesehatan gigi di Puskesmas Bulili relatif belum maksimal. Ada beberapa faktor atau aspek-aspek yang mejadi penyebab sehingga pelayanan kesehatan gigi yang diberikan kepada pasien relatif belum maksimal, yaitu masih lambannya tenaga medis dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada pasien gigi yang berobat ke Puskesmas Bulili karena kurangnya sumber daya perawat di Poli Gigi, termasuk persediaan obat-obatan yang dibutuhkan pasien gigi juga masih terbilang sangat kurang. Selain itu fasilitas yang dibutuhkan dalam memberikan pelayanan secara cepat kepada pasien juga masih sangat minim, sehingga sebagian pasien harus dirujuk ke rumah sakit. Dengan demikian, diharapkan agar masalah-masalah tersebut di atas, dapat diatasi dengan mengedepankan pelayanan yang prima, sehingga pasien dapat merasakan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan gigi yang berpihak kepada seluruh pasien/masyarakat yang ada di sekitar wilayah kerja Puskesmas Bulili Kota Palu

Abstract

This study was conducted at the Office of the Regional Civil Service Agency of Palu. In this study, the researchers applied the concept proposed by Agus Dwiyanto concerning five indicators that determine the performance of government employees, namely productivity, responsiveness, accountability, service quality, and responsibility. This study was descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Informants were selected purposively, in which the researchers deliberately chose people who were considered to understand the investigated problem. The informants in this study were the Head of the Regional Civil Service Agency of Palu, the Head of the Division of Transfer and Rank, the Head of the Sub-Division of Rank, employees of the Regional Civil Service Agency of Palu, and three civil servants from other agencies. Results showed as follows. In terms of productivity, there are still employees who are late to come for work which can result in a lack of employee working hours from the work time that has been set. In terms of service quality, it has not been running well because there are often delays in making decrees concerning appointments to be civil servants. In terms of responsiveness, it has gone well. The government employees of the Regional Civil Service Agency of Palu provide solutions to the problems faced by civil servants in Palu regarding promotions. In terms of responsibility, it has run quite well, as shown by the presence of a suggestion box and telephone-based service for civil servants to submit their suggestions and criticisms. In terms of accountability, it has run well, as indicated by the conditions found, in which employees have completed their works and reports on time. In addition, they are also responsible for the results of their works and reports to their respective heads of division if an error is found in making reports or delays in collecting reports.

Abstract

The performance of employee is the achievement to what extent that employee able to do a good job based on work implementation. Generally, local government institution does not apply based on work performance, but only routinely. Works implication that obtained are not satisfactory in achievement employee performance. This research about how the employee do their works routinely in institutional that required to have quality human resources, and have firmness to able to do the duty that be imposed as rule enforces. This research got the data from the informant that related to this job directly and secondary data from the information in several related institutions. The result of this research show that the law of enforcement needs the optimal power source, that have done well by institutional apparatus.

Abstract

This study is intended to determine the leadership style of the village head in Balaroa, Sub-District West Palu, Palu. This type of research is descriptive. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques namely observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. While the theory used in this research is using the theory of Harsey and Blancherd (in Harbani Pasolong 2008) the indicators are: Instruction, Consultation, Participation, and Delegation. While the informants involved in this study were 5 people, four village apparatus and one community member. Based on the results of the research obtained by the author in the field, that the Leadership Style of the Lurah in Balaroa, Sub-District West Palu can be categorized as good, but the village apparatus has not been able to carry out their duties optimally in accordance with the leadership style of the Lurah, indicators that need to be a concern to be able to realize this style. The expected leadership for the apparatus is the Delegation aspect and the Control aspect, it is hoped that in the future the apparatus can carry out directions and tasks according to the leadership style that the Lurah has applied to his apparatus.

Abstract

The basis of this research is qualitative while the type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The technique of withdrawing informants as many as 5 people who are considered to have knowledge of, Village Fund Allocation Management (ADD) in Sibedi Village, Marawola District, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi Province, Data collection techniques are carried out in two ways, namely library research and field studies consisting of observation, interviews and documentation. The method used in this research is using qualitative analysis methods. Based on the research results obtained by researchers from interviews with informants and facts in the field that from the aspect of planning, organizing, actuating dimensions are good, but in the controlling dimension the results are not optimal, so the authors conclude that the Village Fund Allocation Management (ADD) in Sibedi Village, Marawola District Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi Province, in order to further strive for the ability to provide services to communities in villages, it means that the activities carried out are more focused on controlling based on agreed policies and rules, so that the duties and functions of the apparatus in serving are in accordance with what is expected.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the Development Planning Analysis of Bolapapu Village, Kulawi District, Sigi Regency. The informants in this research were Bolapapu Village officials, Kulawi District, Sigi Regency and village residents. Besides that. This research data consists of primary data and secondary data obtained directly through field research (interviews). Data was analyzed using the results of interviews with officials at the Bolapapu Village office and the community. The results of the research show that the development planning for Bolapapu Village is quite good, which is demonstrated by the commitment and seriousness of the authorities in carrying out their duties and functions in administering the Bolapapu Village government, Kulawi District, Sigi Regency. The theory used by the author is the theory of Taliziduhu Ndraha (2003: 56), namely: The amount of costs, facilities and infrastructure for human resources is clear, the implementation time is clear, when it starts and when it ends, Development is carried out in accordance with community needs. which the author considers more suitable to be applied to village government organizations, in this case the Bolapapu Village office, Kulawi District, Sigi Regency. through observation and direct interviews with five informants from the three dimensions/aspects of development planning assessment. The author concludes that the quality of apparatus development planning at the Bolapapu Village Office, Kulawi District, Sigi Regency, as measured by the three indicators/dimensions, is considered to have fairly good development planning, namely the indicators of total costs, facilities and infrastructure as well as human resources, while in terms of indicators/ The implementation time dimension is clear and development is carried out in accordance with community needs, the results of which still need to be improved

Abstract

Kinerja pegawai adalah merupakan sejauh mana pegawai tersebut dapat melaksanakan tugas dengan baik dalam arti kata pelaksanaan tersebut sesuai dengan rencana, sehingga diperoleh hasil yang memuaskan untuk tercapainya kinerja pegawai dengan baik. Maka pegawai dituntut untuk memiliki sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas yang mampu melaksanakan tugas sebagai aparatur pemerintah sesuai dengan tugas yang dibebankan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui Bagaimana Kinerja Pegawai Pada Desa Lombonga Kecamatan Balaesang Kabupaten Donggala. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah perangkat kantor Desa Lombonga. maka informan yaitu Kepala Desa, Sekertaris Desa, Pegawai, Masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Untuk mengetahui Kinerja dan kesungguhan pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugas dan fungsinya dikantor Desa Lombonga Kecamatan Balaesang Kabupaten Donggala. Penulis memilih Teori yang dianggap lebih cocok diterapkan pada organisasi pemerintahan dalam hal ini Desa Lombonga Kecamatan Balaesang Kabupaten Donggala, adalah teori Kumorotomo dalam Agus Dwiyanto, (2008:52) yakni: Efisiensi, Efektivitas, Keadilan, Daya Tanggap. Maka dapat disimpulkan kinerja pegawai sudah cukup baik dalam pelaksanaannya, Adapun faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi yaitu kemampuan sumber daya manusia dan keadaan sarana dan prasarana yang menjadi aspek penting demi terciptanya kualitas kerja.

Abstract

Artikel ini sendiri mengulas tentang konflik generasi Z di bidang  pendidikan bagi generasi Z. Penduduk Negara Indonesia saat ini didominasi oleh generasi millennial dan generasi Z/ GenZ. Generasi millennial saat ini rata-rata berposisi sebagai mahasiswa atau menjadi pegawai muda pada instansi pemerintah atau perusahaan-perusahaan swasta. Sedangkan generasi Z saat ini berumur antara 1 sampai dengan 20 tahun rata-rata masih anak-anak dan remaja yang masih berstatus sebagai balita, pelajar dan mahasiswa atau sedang menjalani masa-masa pendidikan. Dua generasi inilah yang akan memanggul amanah pembangunan masa depan Indonesia yang penuh dengan tantangan. Mereka perlu dipersiapkan menjadi generasi muda berkualitas yang harus dapat menjawab tantangan di masa Revolusi indusrti 4.0.  melalui sistem pendidikan yang sesuai dengan tuntutan zaman. Kiranya tidak berlebihan jika dikatakan bahwa eksistensi suatu bangsa tergantung dari keberhasilan pembangunan sistem pendidikannya. Diperlukan sistem pendidikan yang dapat memfasilitasi pembelajar untuk merdeka belajar dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi. Dengan sistem pendidikan merdeka belajar memungkinkan pembelajar untuk menentukan pilihan focus dan strategi pencapaian keberhasilan belajarnya. Tersedianya akses informasi yang sangat luas tanpa batas sangat memungkinkan pembelajar berselancar di dunia maya untuk dapat memilah dan memilih ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang dibutuhkan untuk pengembangan potensinya. Penguasaan penggunaaan alat dan media informasi menjadi sesuatu yang mutlak harus dimiliki oleh pembelajar sehingga merdeka belajar dapat terwujud tanpa harus terkukung oleh kurikulum yang kaku dan mengekang pembelajar namun itulah yang menjadikannya mudah untuk berkonflik terhadap diri sendiri dan orang lain di sekitarnya di karenakan tidak adanya filter dalam menggunakan teknologi saat ini
