Abstract

Wet noodle is a food product that is liked by all levels of society. The main ingredient for making wet noodle is wheat flour which must be imported from other countries. For this reason, it is necessary to look for other alternative raw materials, namely kimpul flour. Red dragon fruit can be used to increase nutritional value because it contains antioxidant and improves product appearance because it contains natural dyes. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the proportion of wheat and kimpul flours, as well as the concentration of dragon fruit on the quality of dragon fruit wet noodle. This study used a factorial randomized block design (RBD) with the first factor being the proportion of wheat flour and kimpul flour (T1 = 40%:60%, T2 = 50%:50% and T3 = 60%:40%) and the second factor was dragon fruit concentration (N1 = 20% and N2 = 30%) with 3 replications. The results showed that the proportion of wheat flour and kimpul flour had a significant effect on protein content, elasticity, and organoleptic tests. While the concentration of dragon fruit significantly affected the water content, carbohydrate content, elasticity, and organoleptic tests. The conclusion of this research was the treatment of T3N2 (proportion of wheat flour and kimpul flour 60%: 40% and dragon fruit concentration 30%) became the selected treatment with parameters of water content 48.51%, ash content 1.72%, protein content 6 0.04%, fat content 2.64%, carbohydrate content 41.09%, and elasticity of 0.39, and has a total preference percentage of 100% color, 96.7% aroma, 100.0% taste and 96.7% texture.

Abstract

Matematika menjadi salah satu mata pelajaran yang mudah dikaitkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.  Namun, Matematika masih menjadi pelajaran yang ditakuti oleh siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan pembelajaran Matematika yang mengajak siswa mendapatkan pengalaman belajar dari kejadian dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dengan mengaitkan budaya. Pembelajaran dengan pendekatan Realistic Mathematic Education berbasis etnomatematika dipilih karena cocok untuk memfasilitasi pembelajaran Matematika yang lebih nyata. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode DBR. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Objek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas 2 SDN Kedondong I. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan siswa menjadi lebih tertarik dengan pembelajaran Matematika dan hasil belajar menjadi lebih baik.Keywords: Matematika, realistic mathematic education, etnomatematika

Abstract

Background : Each child will probably achieve each early developmental aspects at different times. The achievement of child development is determined by various inputs, including child input, maternal input, family input, and environmental input. However, failure to fulfill these inputs has an impact on development delay, especially psychosocial development aspect. Parents, especially mothers, have a significant role in providing these inputs Objectives: To identify the relationship between maternal input including sociodemographic characteristics and the maternal role and the psychosocial development of children aged 36-59 months.Methods: This study was a cross-sectional conducted in February 2020 in Puskesmas Sedayu 2, Yogyakarta. The eligible participant was mothers of children aged 36-59 months. The questionnaires included sociodemographic data, parent role questionnaires, and psychosocial development questionnaires. The correlation between variables was analyzed using a Spearman rank test.Results: This study included 89 mothers with children aged 36-59 months. About 91% of children were in normal psychosocial development. Correlation on sociodemographic characteristics showed that the mother's occupation was significantly related to the psychosocial development of children aged 36-59 months (p=0.005). Maternal role also show significant correlation with children psychosocial development (p=0.007). In addition, there were 2 domains of the maternal role that showed significant relationship with child psychosocial development, namely the role as a caregiver (p= 0.002) and counselor (p=0003).Conclusions : The achievement of psychosocial development of children aged 36-59 months is related to the mother's occupation and the mother's role. Fulfilling each dimension of the parent's role will optimize all aspects of child development, including psychosocial aspects in preschool children to become children who have a positive self-concept, be creative, dare to show initiative.

Abstract

Learning with the CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) model is a holistic learning process. The aim is to help students understand teaching material and relate it to everyday life, both in personal and social and cultural contexts. So they are knowledgeable, have dynamic and flexible skills. To actively construct your own understanding of the subject matter. Students can learn well if teaching materials related to knowledge and learning activities are known and are around the students. Based on the results of these observations, it is very necessary to implement CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) to improve student learning outcomes in the subject of Jurisprudence in order to know the extent of success in student learning outcomes in the subject of Jurisprudence. It is hoped that the results of this development will be useful for testing the effectiveness of implementing CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) in improving student learning outcomes. Based on these initial observations, the author is encouraged to research and study further about the implementation of CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) in improving student learning outcomes. in Fiqh subjects at MIN 2 Surabaya City.

Abstract

As an effort to introduce local culture associated with teaching materials, the teacher made a learning strategy that discussed the exploration of ethnomatic culture with Trenggalek Ladok typical milk which was implemented in data processing materials in grade IV SDN 1 Ngantru. The purpose of this study is to increase students' understanding of local culture through the local culture of ladok milk applied in data processing materials. In this study using the class action method. With research instruments used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of ethnomatic cultural exploration with Ladok milk in data processing material in grade IV SDN 1 Ngantru can increase students' understanding of local culture. This is evidenced by the increase in student learning outcomes and student enthusiasm in participating in learning.

Abstract

Film is a form of mass communication that appeals to all demographics. According to a Jakpat survey, 88% of Indonesians like Korean films. Film is one of the communication media that has recently developed very rapidly. The film Toxic 2022 tells how the character Han Young Ju presents herself as a woman. This research is entitled Representation of Women in the Film Toxic 2002. What makes it interesting to examine how women are represented in the film Toxic 2022 is that it aims to find out how the character Han Young Ju presents herself as a woman. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods for semiotic research on the concept of Roland Barthes. The research takes and selects scene cuts that depict female figures and then analyzes the meanings contained, among others, connotative meanings, denotative meanings, and myths. The data collection technique is documentation and observation. The focus of the research is on action signs (scenes) that contain connotative meanings, denotative meanings, and myths contained in the film Toxic 2022. The research took seven scenes for analysis. The results obtained by this study show that the character Han Young represents a woman who is like life, that is, in the world of work, and can become a leader. The depiction of the figure of Han Young Ju, who experienced the world of work and became a leader, is explained in gestures, dialogues, actions, expressions, storylines, and shooting.

Abstract

One of the problems that is often faced by companies, especially large processing companies is regarding the processing of good raw material supplies. Because inventory is a fairly large company asset, so if the handling is not done properly, it will cause considerable losses to the company. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the system of internal control of raw material inventory in the adoption of COSO at CV Arsy Mulia Tama. The object in the study was CV Asry Mulia Tama which is a sugar producer company. The analytical method used is descriptive data analysis method. Data collection techniques, by observing the company, conducting interviews, and conducting literature studies with books, literature, materials obtained during lectures that are relevant to the problems studied. The results showed internal control of raw material supplies at CV Asry Mulia Tama has not been fully effective, in which the company management has implemented the concepts and principles of internal control, and there are several procedures that reflect the concept of internal control that adopts COSO. But in control activities that still need to be improved due to the existence of multiple functions in the reception and storage section.

Abstract

The aims of this research is to improve students ability in the mathematics subject of sorting and comparing whole numbers in class IV through cooperative learning type TGT (Teams Games Tournament) assisted Wordwall. The research is classroom action research (PTK) which applies 2 cycles. To analyze the data, researcher using quantitative descriptive technique. Subjects of this research are 26 class IV students at SDN Dukuh Kupang V, consist of 12 are boy and 14 girls. The indicator for the success of this research is the percentage of completeness that students must achieve ≥75%. The results show that the learning outcomes in the pre-cycle were less than satisfactory and under the percentage of completeness, the average is 40.38 with a percentage of completeness is 19.23%. After being given action to implement TGT with Wordwall in cycle I, the average learning outcome was 58.46 and the percentage of 57.7%. On the cycle II the average student learning outcome was 77.31 with a completion percentage 80.8%. Based on the results of pre-cycle, cycle I, and cycle II, can be conclude that the value and percentage of students’ learning completion increased until reached the specified KKTP. It means, the implementation of cooperative learning type TGT assisted by Wordwall is success and give the maximum results.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pemilihan strategi yang tepat akan sangat mempengaruhi proses pembelajaran. Di MA Mathla’ul Anwar Gisting Tanggamus,pembelajaran bahasa arab masih didominasi oleh guru sebagai pusat informasi siswa di kelas. Sehingga, hasil belajar siswa masih kurang karena terdapat kelas yang belum memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan minimal. Maka penulis dalam penelitian ini mencoba menerapkan strategi Index Card Match dalam upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI IPA 1 di MA Mathla’ul Anwar Gisting Tanggamus. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindak kelas, dilaksanakan sebanyak III siklus, tiap siklus terdiri dari: (1) perencanaan, (2) pelaksanaan, (3) observasi, (4) refleksi. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah siswa dan guru. Teknik pengumpul data yaitu: Observasi, Tes Akhir Siklus, dan Dokumentasi. Tekhnik analisis data berupa analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil belajar pada siklus I siswa yang tuntas 38,23%,dan yang tidak tuntas 61,77%. Sedangkan pada siklus II siswa yang tuntas 58,82%, dan yang tidak tuntas 41,18%. Sedangkan pada siklus III siswa yang tuntas 82,35%, dan yang tidak tuntas 17,65%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi Index Card Match yang diterapkan pada mata pelajaran bahasa arab dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI IPA 1 Madarasah Aliyah Mathla’ul Anwar Gisting Tanggamus TP 2020/2021. Kata Kunci: Setrategi, Index Card match, Hasil Belajar ملخص البحث اختيار الإستراتيجي المناسب ستأثر إلى عملية التعليم. في المدرسة العالية مطلع الأنوار غيستينج تانجاموس، تدريس اللغة العربية متركزة إلى المدرس كمركز المعلومات لدى الطلاب حتى تجعل نتائج التعلم لدى الطلاب ناقص لإن هناك الطلاب الذين لم يحصلون على النتائج في معيار الاكتمال في حد الأدنى إذا ستجارب الكاتبة استراتيجية Index Card Match لترقية نتائج التعلم لدى الطلاب في صف الثاني من قسم العلوم الواحد في المدرسة العالية مطلع الأنوار غيستينج تانجاموس. استخدمت الكاتبة البحث الأداء الصف وقامت بثلاثة الدورات وفي كل الدورة فيها التخطيط والتنفيذ والملاحظة والمحاسبة وكانت المنباء من البيانات هي الطلاب والمدرس. وتقنية لجمع البيانات هي الملاحظة والإختبار في كل الدورة والوثائق وتقنية تحليل البيانات بتحليل الوصفي الكمي. والنتائج التعلم من الطلاب الناجحة في الدورة الأولى هي 38، 23 % والذين غير الناجحة 61، 77 % ومن الطلاب الناجحة في الدورة الثانية هي 58، 82 % والذين غير الناجحة 41، 18%. و ومن الطلاب الناجحة في الدورة الثالثة هي 82، 35% والذين غير الناجحة هي 17، 65%. إذا نستطيع أن نلاخص استخدام استراتيجية Index Card Match تستطيع أن تراقي نتائج التعلم لدى الطلاب في صف الثاني من قسم العلوم الواحد في المدرسة العالية مطلع الأنوار غيستينج تانجاموس في السنة الدراسية 2020-2021. الكلمة المفتاحية: إستراتيجية، Index Card Match، نتائج التعلم

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh pengelolaan sampah botol plastik dalam bentuk karya seni terhadap sikap dan pemahaman siswa pada jenjang sekolah dasar. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah metode campuran, dengan penerapan pembelajaran berbasis proyek yang melibatkan 25 siswa IV dari SDN Tunjung 3 Tunjung Burneh Bangkalan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, koordinasi, tes evaluasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil angket menunjukkan skor 1.035 dari total maksimal 1.250 (82,8%) yang menunjukkan bahwa siswa memiliki sikap positif terhadap kegiatan ini. Nilai rata-rata evaluasi kognitif siswa tercatat sebesar 74,4. Kegiatan pengelolaan sampah botol plastik menjadi hiasan bunga tidak hanya meningkatkan kreativitas, keterampilan, dan kepedulian lingkungan, tetapi juga memperkuat pemahaman konkret tentang konsep daur ulang. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran berbasis proyek dapat menjadi alat yang efektif dalam mengembangkan karakter peduli lingkungan di kalangan siswa sekolah dasar.
