Abstract

This research aims; (1) to describe the difference in increasing students' mathematical procedural abilities between those using the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) learning model and the direct learning model on integer material; (2) to describe the influence of the CPS on students' mathematical procedural abilities on integer material; (3) to describe students' high motivation to learn through the CPS on integer material. This type of research is a Quasi-Experimental Design with research design The Non-equivalent Posttest Only Control Group Design. Samples were taken by the saturated sampling technique. The sample consists of two classes, namely class VIIA as the control class and class VIIB as the experimental class. Based on the analysis results, it is concluded that; (1) there is a difference in improvement between the experimental class and the control class. The T-Two Independent Samples test evidences this, it is found that there are differences in the mathematical improvement of the experimental class students and the control class students; (2) the influence of the CPS model on students' mathematical procedural abilities. The value of Effect Size is 6.0 which is in the significant criteria; (3) students' learning motivation taught by the CPS is high.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a multimedia learning based on iSpring Presenter to increase students' interest in learning in mathematics. This study uses the ADDIE development model which consists of five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative. The results showed that the interactive mathematics multimedia learning based on iSpring Presenter has fulfilled the requirements to be considered feasible to be used in the learning process and is feasible to be used as learning support media to increase students' interest in learning through varied learning activities.

Abstract

The madrasah head as the person in charge of educational institutions is a leader in the field of education who bears great responsibility and influence on the development of educational institutions. In line with this, the role of the madrasah principal will have a significant impact on the progress and development of education, with the aim of improving standards and human resources in the quality of education itself. This article aims to find out the strategy and implementation of the principal's leadership to build the growth of students with Islamic character, which is carried out at MI Muhammadiyah 12 Ngampel, Balong, Ponorogo. Therefore, there is a strategy in growing quality and good character students. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach, data collection through interviews, surveys, observations and documentation. This research uses qualitative methods to capture and translate phenomena and facts related to the leadership of the principal of MI Muhammadiyah 12 Ngampel. The results of this study show there are several strategies of the principal in shaping students, namely (1) being a role model for students; (2) Conducting dhuha prayer, dhuhur prayer in congregation, Tahfidz, and BTA every day; (3) implementing honesty, this is something that will be fundamental and very important in the formation of good character for students in accordance with the guidance of Islamic teachings; (4) Developing of manners and responsibilities related to behaviour, morals, and values in interpersonal interactions as well as in the context of class and society.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis jumlah pesanan yang ekonomis, menetapkan safety stock dan ROP, serta menghitung total biaya persediaan bahan baku Poli Aluminium Cloraide pada PDAM Nganjuk. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Pengendalian persediaan bahan baku Poli Aluminium Cloraide pada PDAM Nganjuk masih belum optimal dikarenakan masih menggunakan perhitungan secara manual. Untuk mengoptimalkan persediaan bahan baku Poli Aluminium Cloraide, maka perusahaan perlu menggunakan metode EOQ. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan pembelian bahan baku optimal sebesar 7.047 liter dengan frekuensi pembelian dalam lima bulan sebanyak 1 kali, safety stock sebesar 343 liter, ROP sebesar 626 liter, dan total biaya lima bulan sebesar Rp 4.756.544. Dari hasil analisis, maka dapat diketahui bahwa semakin banyak kuantitas yang dipesan dengan frekuensi yang sedikit maka total biaya persediaan yang dikeluarkan semakin rendah, sehingga dapat memperkecil biaya persediaan yang harus dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Smash accuracy is one of the important factors in men’s doubles badminton because it is closely related to attacking effectiveness and the opportunity to score points. Based on observations conducted at PB Gor Warna Agung Ampenan, several athletes were still unable to direct the shuttlecock consistently, causing the shots to frequently hit the net or land outside the court. This study aimed to analyze the effect of drilling smash and stroke smash training on improving smash accuracy among men’s doubles badminton athletes at PB Gor Warna Agung Ampenan in 2024. The study employed a quantitative approach using an experimental method with a two group pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of 12 men’s doubles athletes divided into two groups using the ordinal pairing technique. The research instrument used a badminton smash accuracy test based on PB PBSI standards. The treatment was carried out through drilling smash and stroke smash training programs implemented progressively during the training period. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and the t-test at a 5% significance level. The results showed that both training methods had an effect on improving the athletes’ smash accuracy. Drilling smash training was more effective in improving shot direction consistency, while stroke smash training helped athletes adapt their shots to more dynamic game situations. Therefore, both training methods can be used as alternative programs for developing smash techniques in men’s doubles badminton athletes. ABSTRAK Ketepatan smash menjadi salah satu faktor penting dalam permainan bulutangkis ganda putra karena berkaitan dengan efektivitas serangan dan peluang memperoleh poin. Berdasarkan hasil observasi di PB Gor Warna Agung Ampenan, masih ditemukan atlet yang belum mampu mengarahkan shuttlecock secara konsisten sehingga pukulan sering menyangkut net atau keluar lapangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh latihan drilling smash dan stroke smash terhadap peningkatan ketepatan smash atlet ganda putra bulutangkis PB Gor Warna Agung Ampenan tahun 2024. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen melalui desain two group pretest-posttest. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 12 atlet ganda putra yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok menggunakan teknik ordinal pairing. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan tes ketepatan smash bulutangkis mengacu pada standar PB PBSI. Perlakuan diberikan melalui program latihan drilling smash dan stroke smash yang dilakukan secara bertahap selama periode latihan. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan uji-t pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua metode latihan memberikan pengaruh terhadap peningkatan ketepatan smash atlet. Latihan drilling smash lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan konsistensi arah pukulan, sedangkan latihan stroke smash membantu atlet menyesuaikan pukulan dalam situasi permainan yang lebih dinamis. Dengan demikian, kedua metode latihan dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif program pembinaan teknik smash pada atlet ganda putra bulutangkis.
