Abstract

Penyakit kusta adalah penyakit yang lekat dengan pandangan negatif dan diskriminasi, baik yang muncul dari dalam diri sendiri maupun dari masyarakat, anggota keluarga maupun dari penderita kusta itu sendiri, misalnya menghindari kontak langsung hingga dikucilkan dan dibuang oleh masyarakat dari tempat tinggalnya.Stigma yang ada dalam masyarakat membuat penyandang kusta hidup dalam ketakutan dan malu berada di tengah-tengah masyarakat. Disamping berbagai nama tentang kusta yang menggambarkan betapa bahaya dan menjijikkan penyakit ini. Hal lain, adanya berbagai kepercayaan tentang asal usul penyakit ini menyebabkan para penyandang kusta merasa bersalah, pasrah dan maluTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan berobat mantan pasien kusta di Rumah Sakit Kusta Dr. Tadjuddin Chalid Makassar.Penelitian merupakan penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mutu pelayanan kesehatan terhadap kepatuhan berobat mantan pasien kusta di Rumah Sakit Kusta Dr. Tadjuddin Chalid Makassar.Teknik pengampilan sampel yaitu sampel dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus yang dikutip dari Notoatmodjo (1993)dengan jumlah sampel yakni 87 mantanpasien di Rumah Sakit Kusta Dr. Tadjuddin Chalidditentukan secara Simple Random Sampling.Hasil yang diharapkan dalam penelitian ini masyarakat yang terdeteksi sebagai penderita kusta agar rutin melakukan pengobatan agar dapat terhindar dari cacat kusta yang diakibatkan dari penyakit kusta.

Abstract

Patient experience has been identified as an important indication of healthcare quality, and accreditation authorities utilize it to assess hospital treatment. A high proportion of health caregivers are nurses. The services provided by nurses are significantly influential in the experience and satisfaction of patients. However, few studies in the developing settings were conducted to understand the types of relationship that exists between patient loyalty and patient experience. This study aims to describe the relationship between patient experience and patient loyalty at Majene Hospital. This is a cross-sectional study with a total respondence were 246 patients. The data was collected through interviews using a questionnaire. Analysis of the chi-square test data and the Pearson correlation test with the significance value of p < 0.05 was used, by SPSS 20. There is a significant relationship between patient experience and patient loyalty at the inpatient installation of Majene Hospital with (p-value <0.05). The results of the multivariate analysis obtained that the most significant relationship is the experience in post-hospital nursing transition with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a correlation value of 0.348. At the same time, the lowest correlation value is the experience on nurse communication, 0.212. There is a significant relationship between the six dimensions of patient experience on nursing care with patient loyalty. This research suggests further improving nurses' therapeutic communication through training in effective communication and responsiveness of staff and the health of the hospital environment, further improving the responsiveness of health workers, providing suggestion boxes, and following up on suggestions given by patients.

Abstract

The highest number of Tuberculosis (TB) cases was in Southeast Asia with a percentage of 45%, followed by Africa 25%, West Pacific 17%, Middle East 7%, Europe 3% and American Countries 3%, while for the 5th rank, the highest Tuberculosis sufferers (56% world TB cases) are India, Indonesia, China, the Philippines and Pakistan. The purpose of this study was to observe the spread ofpulmonary tuberculosis through spatial analysis by observing the aspects of social, economic and cultural interactions in the slum areas of Makassar City. Currently, the analysis of the distribution of tuberculosis cases in Makassar City isstill in the form of aggregation, not in the form of mapping. This requiresidentification in the form of spatial analysis. This type of research is qualitative research with the in-depth interview method. The informants in the study were tuberculosis patients and were determined by Snowball Sampling. The results showed that pulmonary tuberculosis transmission based on spatial analysis in slum settlements showed that houses that were close to each other and hadsettlements that tended to be clustered had a greater risk of case transmission. Based on spatial analysis, there is diffusion of pulmonary TB cases in these residential areas. The diffusion pattern that occurs explains the addition of new cases over time. The diffusion pattern that occurs is a contagious diffusion type. Contagious Diffusion is an infection that spreads through direct contact of an individual infected with an infectious disease. Distance greatly affects the process of infectious disease transmission, so that if a person is close to the source of the infection, he will have a much greater probability of being infected when compared to individuals or areas far from the source of the disease.

Abstract

  Background: The awareness on dental hygiene among Indonesian is still low. As a result, very limited citizen who visit the dentalcare. Aim: The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between behavior determinants with dental health services utilization at Kapasa Health Center. Method: This type of research is analytic observational with a quantitative approach, with a cross sectional approach. The samples were 96 respondents from the community in the working area of ​​Kapasa Health Center. The data were analyzed using chi-square and logistic regression test. Results: The results showed the low utilization of dental health services at Kapasa Health Center (26.0%). The results of the relationship analysis showed that there were relationship between knowledge (p=0.020), perception (p=0,001), attitude (p=0.016), education level (p=0.010), health insurance ownership (p=0,022), family support (p=0.043) with dental health services utilization. There were no relationship between health information (p=0.109), health facilities (p=0.051), health workers support (p=0.435) with dental health services utilization at Kapasa Health Center. Conclusion: The health insurance ownership is the most dominant in the utilization of dental health services at Kapasa Health Center with a value of B is +2.881. The value of B is positive, meaning that if you have health insurance, it will increase the utilization of dental health services at Kapasa Health Center. The value of Exp (B) is 17.835 which means that having health insurance will result in peoples utilize dental health services at public health center which is 17.835 times greater than if does not have health insurance.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kematian pada ibu hamil masih sangat tinggi. Dalam upaya peenurunan angka kematian ibu (AKI) peran suami sangatlah penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali informasi mengenai pengaruh peran suami terhadap status kesehatan ibu hamil di wilayah Puskesmas Bungoro Kabupaten Pangkep. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Informan penelitian sebanyak 10 orang. Kriteria informan adalah ibu hamil trimester ketiga dan terdaftar sebagai peserta ANC aktif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan indepth interview, telaah dokumen dan observasi. Hasil: (1) Peran emosional suami memiliki kaitan yang sangat erat dengan status kesehatan ibu hamil, dukungan emosional suami dalam bentuk perhatian, mendengarkan keluh kesah istri akan meningkatkan kebahagiaan istri dan bahkan status kesehatan istri. Ibu hamil membutuhkan dukungan dari suami sebagai orang paling dekat dengannya karena dukungan suami memberikan dampak positif terhadap tingkat kecemasan yang dialami ibu hamil. (2) Peran informasional memiliki dampak besar terhadap status kesehatan ibu hamil, pengetahuan suami yang tinggi akan mengurangi risiko masalah kesehatan ibu hamil, karena dengan memiliki pengetahuan, suami juga akan sadar dengan pentingnya istri untuk memeriksakan kesehatan kehamilannya di fasyankes. (3) Status kesehatan ibu hamil juga dipengaruhi oleh peran instrumental suami. Kemampuan suami dalam memenuhi kebutuhan istri selama hamil tentu akan mempengaruhi pemenuhan kebutuhan istri seperti pemenuhan kebutuhan gizi selama hamil, vitamin, dan bahkan fasilitas istri dalam memeriksakan kesehatan kandungannya. Kesimpulan: Peran suami baik peran secara emosional, peran informasional dan peran instrumental memiliki pengaruh terhadap status kesehatan ibu hamil.

Abstract

Corona merupakan penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh virus SARS-CoV 2. Adanya pandemi covid-19 mengakibatkan kenjungan sakit pengalami penurunan dimana adanya virus ini menyebabkan lansia mengalami kecemasan. Lansia kerap disebut kelompok usia yang rentan kemungkinan menghadapi kecemasan. Dari hasil observasi awal pada kunjungan puskesmas maros baru kabupaten maros pada tahun 2019 sebelum adanya pandemi covid-19 sebesar 14.838 dan setelah adanya pandemi covid-19 menurun hingga 9.265, sehingga dinyatakan kunjungan sakit pada puskemas menurun. Adapun tujuan penelitian untuk mengindentifikasi faktor yang berhubungan dengan tingkat kecemasan lansia dalam berkunjung kepelayanan kesehatan puskesmas. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Cross-Sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu 180 responden. Metode analisis menggunakan Univariat dan Bivariat dengan uji Chi-square pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% (α=0,05). Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa ada hubungan antara faktor usia (p=0,05), kondisi kesehatan (p=0,000) sedangkan tidak ada hubungan antara faktor jenis kelamin (p=0,218) dalam berkunjung kepelayanan kesehatan puskesmas pada masa pandemi covid-19. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu ada hubungan antara tingkat kecemasan dengan usia dan kondisi kesehatan sedangkan tidak ada hubungan antara jenis kelamin.

Abstract

Perawat adalah salah satu sumber daya manusia di rumah sakit yang memiliki peran yang sangat strategis terciptanya mutu pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. Ketersediaan jumlah perawat secara kuantitas maupun kualitas perlu menjadi prioritas, Penlitian ini bertujuan menganalisis beban kerja perawat sehinga diperolah jumlah optimal kebutuhan tenaga perawat dan distribusi jumlah perawat pershif di instalasi rawat inap RSUD Sawerigading Palopo. Penelitian ini menggunakan mix-method, dengan studi obervasional. Sampel sama dengan populasi sebanyak 69 orang yaitu seluruh perawat di ruangan Anggrek, Edelweis dan Flamboyan. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan distribusi frekjuensi . Beban kerja perawat tergolong berat di ruang perawatan Anggrek sebesar 96.19 %, ruang Edelwies 94.15 % dan ruang Flamboyan 96.28 %. Hasil perhitungan formula WISN di ruangan Angggrek perlu penambahan sebanyak 6 perawat, ruangan Edelweis  penambahan sebanyak 8 perawat dan ruangan Flamboyan perlu penambahan 12 perawat. Formula WISN menetapkan kebutuhan perawat berdasarkan beban kerja real dari perawat melalui pengamatan kegiatan keperawatan langsung, tidak langsung, pribadi dan non produktif.

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the implementation of the COVID-19 prevention guidelines among minimarkets at Makassar City, South Sulawesi. This is a qualitative study. Data were collected using a semi-structured questioner. Total 11 informants participated; they were minimarket managers, staff, consumers, and the COVID-19 task forces. The data were analyzed using NVivo. The application of regulation Number HK.01.07 /Menkes/382/2020 concerning health protocols for the public in public places and facilities to prevent and control coronavirus disease 2019, we found that most of the minimarkets have implemented health protocols, especially in washing hands with soap. In addition, although the application of social distancing during the visit (transaction) process at minimarkets has not been maximized due to crowded conditions and narrow locations. This study, therefore, suggests the need for the health authorities to proactively sensitize those involved in the implementation of COVID-19 measures on the importance and mechanisms of implementing health protocols
