Abstract

Background: The COVID-19 has been spread to all over the world. Numerous people still not obey the health protocols that imposed by government. This study aisms to examine in depth the application of health protocols in preventing and controlling of COVID-19 in Muna District. Methods: This research employed an descriptve qualitative research design using semistructed interviews and a purposive sampling approach. The data collection methods was included indept interviews with some key-persons that responsible for COVID-19 prevention and control programs in Muna Regency of Souteast Sulawesi Province of Indonesia and community members. The informants of this study were the the head of COVID-19 task force as key informant; the head of law deparment, a member of the legislative commission for health, a military member and a police, as well as the public. The data was analysed thematically using Nvivo V.12 Plus Software. Results: 1) The role of militery and police as supervisors in implementing health protocol has been carried out well. 2) The implementation of individual health protocols has been carried out, however people with low level of awareness was still lacking about the importance of implementing health protocols such as washing hands, maintaining distance and wearing masks. 3) The application of health protocols for business actors has been carried out, however business owners may still open their businesses (finances matter) but they are required to apply health protocols. 4) The implementation of health protocols in community groups has been carried out and there are some members of the community who care about handling the acceleration of COVID-19, together with local governments to assist with the implementation of health protocols. 5) The regional government provides guidance to the community to participate in efforts to prevent and control Covid-19, conduct security/surveillance in every day, target mass crowds in some areas. Conclusion: Supervision and implementation among citizen in rural area must be regulated strictly and community empowerment is crucial.

Abstract

Konsistensi komunikasi selama pelaksanaan system rujukan masih kurang cepat dalam memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal, masyarakat masih harus menunggu jawaban dari pihak rumah sakit maupun rumah sakit lain untuk mendapatkan rujukan dalam penanganan terhadap pasien serta kendala terhadap jaringan yang mengakibatkan terlambatnya informasi yang didapatkan terkait ruang perawatan penuh, penolakan pasien, lambatnya pelayanan awal di IGD, , proses rujukan yang lama dan prosedur yang rumit serta sebaran distribusi tenaga kesehatan yang tidak merata. Metode: penelitian adalah Kualitatif dengan pendekatan Deskriptif Observasional melalui tehnik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Tehnik penentuan informan dilakukan secara purposive sampling dan didapatkan informan sebanyak 4 orang yaitu 3 admin sisrute sebagai informan biasa, , dan 1 pengelolah sisrute sebagai informan kunci. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah bersifat kualitatif dengan metode analisis content yang digunakan untuk mengetahui kesimpulan dari sebuah penelitian. Hasil: penelitian ini yaitu komunikasi informasi yang diberikan oleh petugas admin sisrute sudah baik, sesuai dengan petunjuk SOP yang ada yaitu pasien tidak dapat dirujuk atau diterima rujukannya jika tidak melalui sisruteakan tetapi ada sebagian petugas yang kurang peduli atau cuek ketika keluarga pasien bertanya beberapa kali. Saran: Sebaiknya komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh petugas admin sisrute dalam memberikan informasi lebih jelas dan detail. Untuk Sumber Daya sebaiknya menyediakan lebih dari satu jaringan internet. Memberikan penghargaan kepada admin sisrute yang memiliki komitmen tinggi dalam memberikan pelayanan sisrute sehingga kinerja petugas dapat ditingkatkan

Abstract

Patient experience has been identified as an important indication of healthcare quality, and accreditation authorities utilize it to assess hospital treatment. A high proportion of health caregivers are nurses. The services provided by nurses are significantly influential in the experience and satisfaction of patients. However, few studies in the developing settings were conducted to understand the types of relationship that exists between patient loyalty and patient experience. This study aims to describe the relationship between patient experience and patient loyalty at Majene Hospital. This is a cross-sectional study with a total respondence were 246 patients. The data was collected through interviews using a questionnaire. Analysis of the chi-square test data and the Pearson correlation test with the significance value of p < 0.05 was used, by SPSS 20. There is a significant relationship between patient experience and patient loyalty at the inpatient installation of Majene Hospital with (p-value <0.05). The results of the multivariate analysis obtained that the most significant relationship is the experience in post-hospital nursing transition with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a correlation value of 0.348. At the same time, the lowest correlation value is the experience on nurse communication, 0.212. There is a significant relationship between the six dimensions of patient experience on nursing care with patient loyalty. This research suggests further improving nurses' therapeutic communication through training in effective communication and responsiveness of staff and the health of the hospital environment, further improving the responsiveness of health workers, providing suggestion boxes, and following up on suggestions given by patients.

Abstract

Upaya preventif perlu didorong dalam menghadapi pandemi COVID-19 yang belum usai. Menggunakan masker adalah salah satu protokol kesehatan yang perlu diterapkan untuk mencegah penularan COVID-19. Tujuan pemberdayaan masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa-siswi di RT 1 mengenai penggunaan masker yang tepat. Metode yang dilakukan adalah pemberian edukasi melalui penyuluhan dengan media poster, dan evaluasi berupa pretest dan post test dengan kuesionaire, yang disertai dengan kegiatan pembagian masker. Hasil dari penyuluhan yang dilakukan, diperoleh bahwa antusiasme peserta yang tinggi sehingga terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan setelah dilakukan intervensi. Dengan adanya intervensi ini peningkatan pengetahuan diharapkan diikuti oleh peningkatan sikap dan perilaku dalam penggunaan masker.

Abstract

Quarantine and isolation are approaches that often used to prevent and control the transmission to the population at risk. These approaches limit the social interaction, confined mobility and daily activities of the pretentious individual. Those complete change to the psychosocial environment and have the potential to threaten the mental health of children and adolescents significantly. This literature review purposed to describe and summarize the available evidence on mental health problems caused by quarantine and isolation on child and adolescent during Covid-19 pandemic. A literature search was conducted using three major database; PubMed, Google scholar and SAGE journals. Including papers that systematically conducted reviews and reported mental health problems among children and teenagers during COVID-19 outbreak. Among 743 journal articles, only 5 met all inclusions criteria. These articles reported a high burden of mental disorders among children and adolescents. Prevalent of psychological problems among the affected individuals include fear, loneliness, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, insomnia, and other adverse negative emotions. There are many mental health threats associated with the pandemic and subsequent restrictions. Child and adolescent psychiatrists and parents must ensure continuity of care during all phases of the pandemic. Research is needed to assess the implications of policies on mental health of children and adolescents in order to be better prepared for future developments.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Hipertensi adalah suatu keadaan dimana tekanan sistol dan diastol mengalami kenaikan yang melebihi batas normal tekanan (tekanan sistol diatas 140 mmHg dan diastol diatas 90 mmHg). Profil Dinas kesehatan provinsi Sulawesi Selatan pada tahun 2017, tekanan darah tinggi atau hipertensi di Sulawesi Selatan dengan kasus tertinggi, yaitu di kabupaten Selayar 32,49%, kabupaten Soppeng 24,92% dan Takalar 14,82%. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh aktivitas jalan pagi terhadap tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi di Pusat Pelayanan Sosial Lanjut Usia (PPSLU) Mappakasunggu Pare-Pare. Metode: Desain penelitian pre-experiment menggunakan one group pre-post test design dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisa data diperoleh dengan observasi. Setelah data terkumpul dilakukan pemeriksaan kelengkapan dan pengolahan data, kemudian dilakukan analisis data univariat pada tiap-tiap variabel serta analisis bivariat untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen (aktivitas jalan pagi) terhadap variabel dependen (hipertensi) dengan menggunakan uji statistik wilcoxon. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan dari 20 responden sebelum dilakukan aktivitas jalan pagi terdapat 12 reponden (60,0%) tekanan darah sistol 140 mmHg dan 15 responden (75,0%) tekanan darah diastol 90 mmHg. Setelah dilakukan aktivitas jalan pagi terdapat 9 responden (45,0%) pada tekanan darah sistol 140 mmHg dan 8 responden (40,0%) tekanan darah diastol antara 80 dan 90 mmHg. Hasil analisa data diperoleh p=0.020 (<0.05>). Kesimpulan: Jalan pagi selama 30 menit dengan frekuensi 4 kali dalam seminggu sangat berpengaruh terhadap menurunnya tekanan darah sistolik dan diastolik pada lansia penderita hipertensi. Saran: diharapkan dapat menambah ilmu pengetahuan khususnya di bidang keperawatan gerontik.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Status kesehatan individu atau masyarakat merupakan hasil interaksi atas berbagai faktor baik internal maupun external. Empat faktor utama yang mempengaruhi status kesehatan masyarakat adalah genetik, lingkungan seperti sosial masyarakat, ekonomi, politik, budaya lokal, dan perilaku termasuk gaya hidup individu, serta fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan. Menciptakan hidup sehat sebenarnya sangatlah mudah serta murah, apabila dibandingkan dengan biaya yang harus dikeluarkan untuk pengobatan apabila mengalami gangguan kesehatan cukup mahal. Agar dapat menerapkan perilaku sehat harus disertai dengan pengetahuan masyarakat terkait pola hidup sehat yang baik dan benar sehingga dapat meningkatkan derajat kesehatannya. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan melakukan observasi lapangan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui gambaran dari karakteristik perilaku sehat masyarakat Bulurokeng, Kecamatan Biringkanaya Kota Makassar. Lokasi penelitian ini berdekatan dengan jalan tol Insinyur Sutami Bulurokeng Kecamatan Biringkanaya Kota Makassar, lebih tepatnya di Kelurahan Bulurokeng RW 06 RT 03 Kecamatan Biringkanaya Kota Makassar. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling hingga ditemukan sampel sebesar 24 responden. Pengolahan dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat dengan menggunakan program spss dan menyajikan data dalam bentuk distribusi frequensi. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Karakteristik Perilaku Sehat Masyarakat Bulurokeng, Kecamatan Biringkanaya Kota Makassar tergolong sudah tinggi. Kesimpulan dan Saran: Sebaiknya masyarakat tetap mempertahankan dan menjaga perilaku hidup sehat lebih teratur lagi untuk membentengi diri dari berbagai penyakit. Pemanfaatan sarana Puskesmas, pemeriksaan rutin, dan penyuluhan perlu ditingkatkan lagi agar tercapainya ketahanan individu maupun masyarakat terhadap kondisi rentan penyakit dan peningkatan perilaku hidup sehat.

Abstract

Hypertension has a negative impact on various health complications and economic burdens associated with decreased productivity. This has become even more complicated with the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aimed to analyze Factors influencing medication adherence of hypertension patients during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Makkasau Health Center, Ujung Pandang District, Makassar City. The type of research used was quantitative by using path analysis. Sampling was done by the purposive sampling method. The results of the study were found there were no effect of work status (p=0,346) and lifestyle (p=0,595) on increasing motivation and adherence to treatment of hypertension patients during the Covid-19, there were effect of family support (p=0,003), the level of knowledge (p=0,007), and the role of health workers (p=0,008) through increasing motivation on medication adherence of hypertension patients during the Covid-19. The conclusion of this study is that there is no effect between work, lifestyle increasing motivation, and adherence to treatment for hypertension patients during the Covid-19 pandemic and there is effective family support, knowledge, the role of health workers through increasing motivation for adherence to treatment of hypertension patients during the Covid-19 pandemic. So, it is recommended to subjekts to routinely control blood pressure and take medication according to the prescription that has been given in order to minimize the occurrence of complications of other diseases.
