Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of accountability and human resource quality on village financial management in the villages of Biau District, North Gorontalo Regency. The study utilizes a quantitative methodology, collecting data through in-depth interviews and questionnaires. A total of 102 samples were used for this research. The study employs SEM AMOS, which stands for Structural Equation Analysis. The findings of this study indicate that accountability and human resource quality have a positive influence on village financial management in the villages of Biau District, North Gorontalo Regency. The theoretical framework used in this study is agency theory, which provides insights into the relationship between principals (those with interests) and agents (those who act on their behalf). The study concludes that accountability and human resource quality have a positive effect on village financial management in the villages of Biau District, North Gorontalo Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengetahui pengaruh tingkat pendidikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Camat Posigadan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh atau sensus, di mana teknik ini menentukan sampel dari keseluruhan populasi. Adapun jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 18 pegawai kantor Camat Posigadan.  Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa t hitung sebesar 3,980 t tabel 1,734 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 0,05, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang berarti tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Camat Posigadan Kab. Bolangondow Selatan. Nilai koefisien determinasi R sebesar 0,705 menunjukkan tingkat hubungan antara variabel tingkat pendidikan dan kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan R-square (R²) diperoleh sebesar 0,497, yang artinya bahwa pengaruh variabel independen tingkat pendidikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 0,497 atau 49,7%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 0,503 atau 50,3 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh budaya kerja ASN dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja ASN di Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Perhubungan Kabupaten Boalemo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasi dengan jumlah sampel 47 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dan dokumentasi, serta teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara budaya kerja ASN dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja ASN di Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Perhubungan Kabupaten Boalemo. Nilai koefisien determinasi dari model regresi yang telah diperoleh sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh budaya kerja ASN dan disiplin kerja bersama-sama terhadap kinerja ASN sebesar 0,414 atau 41,4% dan sisanya sebesar 58,6% ditentukan oleh faktor lain di luar model yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

The research analyze how the level of financial knowledge and financial behavior affects the decision of choosing fully funded or pay as yo go pensiun fund for Civil Servant in Gorontalo Province. The pension fund have a huge portion in Government budget so the new scheme of retirement plan is introduced to minimize the risk of asymmetric government budget and the rising of old age peope in civil servant. The data consist of 200 samples from the civil servants around Gorontalo Province. The data analysis technique using logistic regression. Our result show evidence that group of samples that have a higher degree in financial knowledge and financial behavior tend to choose fully funded pension scheme. This is consistent with our previous hypothesis that the higher financial literacy lead to good skill to manage personal finance include retirement plan and investment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Non-Performing Loans (NPL), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Loan-to-Deposit Ratio (LDR) on Bank Profitability (Return on Assets/ROA) in the KBMI 3 banking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2019–2023. The sampling technique involved selecting 10 KBMI 3 banking companies. The data collection method used in this study is secondary data, specifically financial reports published by KBMI 3 banking companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The analysis techniques employed include Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Descriptive Statistical Analysis using SPSS version 30. Based on the research findings, the partial test results show that Non-Performing Loans (NPL) have a negative and significant effect on Bank Profitability (ROA), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has a positive and significant effect on Bank Profitability (ROA), while the Loan-to-Deposit Ratio (LDR) has a negative and insignificant effect on Bank Profitability (ROA).
