Abstract

As a basic model, trip generation model aims to obtain the number of movement generated by each origin and the one attracted to each destination zone. Based on the movement, trip generation model is categorized into home-based trip generation and non home-originated/destinated trip attraction. Given that the different types of activities attract trips with different characteristics, it can be concluded that land use management determines the movement and activities. Remote sensing imagery has been extensively used in various research themes including land use management or land use and detailed land utility. As one of the remote sensing imageries, Quickbird imagery is advantageous with its high spatial resolution which is 0.61 cm. Therefore, it is interesting to apply the 0.61 cm spatial resolution to the trip generation model to estimate the number of trips at the trip generation. This aims is to minimize field activities which are high cost, extensive workers, and relatively time consuming.Keywords: trip generation model, trip attraction, quickbird imagery

Abstract

Abstract The problem of urban traffic congestion is the main thing that always gets attention because congestion has a negative impact on the economy, the environment, and vehicle drivers. Makassar City is one of the cities experiencing traffic congestion on several existing roads, including roads in the Losari Area. Various efforts have been made by the government to reduce traffic congestion in the area, but optimum results have not been obtained. In 2019, a change in the direction of traffic movement in the Losari area was done by implementing a traffic management called the New Traffic Management. Through this new scheme, changes are made in the direction of movement of traffic on Jalan Penghibur, Jalan Haji Bau, and Jalan Lamadukelleng. This study aims to analyze the performance of the New Traffic Management towards improving traffic conditions in the Losari Area. The results of this study indicate that the application of New Traffic Management in the Losari Area has succeeded in improving traffic conditions in the area. Through this new traffic management scheme, the three road sections observed have service level A. Keywords: traffic congestion, traffic management, service level  Abstrak Masalah kemacetan lalu lintas di perkotaan merupakan hal utama yang selalu mendapat perhatian karena kemacetan menimbulkan dampak negatif terhadap ekonomi, lingkungan, dan pengemudi kendaraan. Kota Makassar merupakan salah satu kota yang mengalami kemacetan lalu lintas di beberapa ruas jalan yang ada, termasuk jalan-jalan di kawasan Losari. Berbagai upaya telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah untuk mengurangi kemacetan lalu lintas di kawasan tersebut, tetapi belum diperoleh hasil yang optimum. Pada tahun 2019, dilakukan perubahan arah pergerakan lalu lintas di kawasan Losari dengan menerapkan suatu manajemen lalu lintas yang dinamakan Manajemen Lalu Lintas Baru atau New Traffic Management. Melalui skema yang baru ini dilakukan perubahan arah pergerakan lalu lintas di Jalan Penghibur, Jalan Haji Bau, dan Jalan Lamadu-kelleng. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kinerja Manajemen Lalu Lintas Baru ini terhadap perbaikan kondisi lalu lintas di kawasan Losari. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Manajemen Lalu Lintas Baru di kawasan Losari berhasil memperbaiki kondisi lalu lintas di kawasan tersebut. Abstract

Abstract Pertashop is a small-scale Pertamina product service, with promising benefits. One of the advantages of Perta-shop is that it sells official Pertamina Fuel Oil products which are directly supplied by using Pertamina tank cars, so that the supply and quality of the products are guaranteed. With this description, it is necessary to ana-lyze the impact of Pertashop on traffic on the surrounding roads. This study aims to analyze traffic performance and predict traffic performance due to the operation of Pertashop P92506 for the next 5 years. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Primary data includes traffic volume and vehicle travel speed, while secon-dary data includes Pertashop site plan and vehicle growth data. This study shows that traffic performance, both on weekdays and on holidays, is very good, with a service level of A. Traffic performance for the next 5 years is also still very good, with a level of service A. Keywords: traffic; traffic performance; traffic volume; speed; level of service Abstrak Pertashop merupakan layanan produk pertamina skala kecil, dengan keuntungan yang menjanjikan. Salah satu keunggulan Pertashop adalah menjual produk resmi Bahan Bakar Minyak Pertamina yang langsung dipasok dengan menggunakan mobil tangki Pertamina, sehingga pasokan dan kualitas produknya sangat terjamin. Dengan uraian tersebut, diperlukan analisis akan dampak Pertashop terhadap ruas lalu lintas di jalan sekitar. Studi ini bertujuan menganalisis kinerja lalu lintas dan memprediksi kinerja lalu lintas akibat pengoperasian Pertashop P92506 untuk 5 tahun mendatang. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer meliputi volume lalu lintas dan kecepatan tempuh kendaraan, sedangkan data sekunder meliputi site plan Perta-shop dan data pertumbuhan kendaraan. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja lalu lintas, baik di hari kerja maupun di hari libur, adalah sangat baik, dengan tingkat pelayanannya A. Kinerja lalu lintas untuk kurun waktu 5 tahun mendatang juga masih sangat baik, dengan tingkat pelayanan masih A. Abstract

Abstract Bus Rapid Transit is expected to become mass transportation serving the Mamminasata agglomeration area, which includes Makassar City, Maros Regency, Gowa Regency and Takalar Regency. Efforts to realize the South Sulawesi Provincial Government program related to the implementation of the Mamminasata Bus Rapid Transit are very dependent on the services provided. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of service performance and its effect on the movement system in Corridor 3 of the Mamminasata Region. This research method uses descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that several service perfor-mance criteria are effective, such as service quality based on travel speed, level of fleet availability, vehicle age, low costs or affordable rates, safety or security and convenience, and timeliness of service based on travel time of each segment and service time. Whereas those that have not been effective include number of buses and fleet capacity, load factor, frequency, distance between stops, operating ratio, regularity, orderliness, accessibility, reliability, easily-accessed information, waiting time, headway, vehicle downtime, travel time, and circulation time. Keywords: Bus Rapid Transit, mass transit, service performance, movement system  Abstrak Bus Rapid Transit diharapkan menjadi angkutan massal yang melayani wilayah aglomerasi Mamminasata, yang meliputi Kota Makassar, Kabupaten Maros, Kabupaten Gowa, dan Kabupaten Takalar. Upaya mewujudkan program Pemerintah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan terkait penerapan Bus Rapid Transit Mamminasata ini sangat bergantung pada pelayanan yang diberikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas kinerja pelayanan dan pengaruhnya terhadap sistem pergerakan di Koridor 3 Kawasan Mamminasata. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa beberapa kriteria kinerja pelayanan sudah efektif, seperti kualitas pelayanan berdasarkan kecepatan perjalanan, tingkat ketersediaan armada, umur kendaraan, biaya rendah atau tarif terjangkau, keselamatan atau keamanan dan kenyamanan, serta ketepatan waktu pelayanan berdasarkan waktu tempuh setiap segmen dan waktu pelayanan. Sedangkan yang belum efektif meliputi kapasitas dan jumlah armada, faktor muat, frekuensi, jarak antarhalte, rasio operasi, keteraturan, ketertiban, komprehensif, aksesibilitas, keandalan, kemudahan informasi, waktu tunggu, waktu antara, waktu henti kendaraan, waktu perjalanan, serta waktu sirkulasi. Kata-kata kunci: Bus Rapid Transit, angkutan massal, kinerja pelayanan, sistem pergerakan

Abstract

Abstract A development of land use in urban areas is related to a change in the use of an area into a center of activity. Changes in land use, from idle land to productive land, will produce a direct impact on the traffic around the land. An ongoing development project in North Toraja is the construction of a gas station in Dodo. This study aims to analyze the traffic performance due to the construction of the Dodo gas station by using the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual and to evaluate the impact of the traffic caused by the Dodo gas station on the performance of the road where the gas station is located. This study uses primary data and secondary data. The primary data used include trip generation, vehicle volume, fueling time, and road characteristics, while the secondary data include the Dodo Gas Station Master Plan, UKL-UPL documents, and vehicle growth rates. The results of this study indicate that the construction of the Dodo gas station, in North Toraja, did not cause significant disruption to the comfort and smooth traffic on the road where the gas station is located. Keywords: land use; traffic; traffic impact; traffic performance; trip generation.  Abstrak Suatu pengembangan dalam penggunaan lahan di daerah perkotaan adalah perubahan pemanfaatan suatu area menjadi suatu pusat kegiatan. Perubahan penggunaan lahan, dari lahan tidur menjadi lahan produktif, akan menghasilkan dampak langsung pada lalu lintas di sekitar lahan tersebut. Suatu proyek pengembangan yang sedang berlangsung di Toraja Utara adalah pembangunan pompa bensin di Dodo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja lalu lintas akibat pembangunan pompa bensin Dodo dengan menggunakan Manual Kapa-sitas Jalan Indonesia dan mengevaluasi dampak lalu lintas akibat adanya pompa bensin Dodo terhadap kinerja jalan tempat pompa bensin itu berada. Studi ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer yang digunakan meliputi bangkitan perjalanan, volume kendaraan, waktu pengisian bahan bakar, dan karakteristik jalan, sedangkan data sekunder meliputi Rencana Induk SPBU Dodo, dokumen UKL-UPL, dan pertumbuhan kendaraan. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan bahwa pembangunan pompa bensin Dodo, di Toraja Utara, tidak menimbulkan gangguan yang signifikan terhadap kenyamanan dan kelancaran lalu lintas di jalan tempat pompa bensin tersebut berada. Kata-kata kunci: guna lahan; lalu lintas; dampak lalu lintas; kinerja lalu lintas; bangkitan perjalanan.

Abstract

Abstract The problem of parking in Makassar City is something that needs attention, because some commercial areas provide parking spaces that are not suitable for the capacity of visitors. As a result, visitors use the road as a parking lot, which will cause transportation problems, such as traffic jams. Toko Semeru is a modern shop that is required to provide adequate parking space. The purpose of this study is to analyze the parking characteristics at the Toko Semeru and determine the capacity and demand for parking spaces due to the development of the Toko Semeru. This study uses primary data, by conducting a parking space inventory survey, a parking patrol survey, and a cordon parking survey, by counting vehicles parked in the study area and simultaneously counting vehicles entering and leaving the store. While the secondary data used is in the form of a site plan for the development of the Toko Semeru. This study shows that the highest parking volume during 7 hours of observa-tion was 652 vehicles, the highest average parking duration for cars was 16 minutes/vehicle and for motorcycles was 52 minutes/vehicle, the highest accumulation of motorcycles was 85 vehicles and the largest number of cars was 17 vehicles, and the parking index value for cars or motorcycles is between 17% to 98%. The parking space that needs to be prepared by the owner of the Toko Semeru is 126 Parking Space Units. This study shows that the parking space planned to be provided by the shop owner is not sufficient, with short of 7 parking spaces for motorcycles and short of 1 parking space for cars. Keywords: parking; parking characteristics; parking needs; parking volume; parking space Abstrak Permasalahan parkir di Kota Makassar merupakan suatu hal yang perlu mendapat perhatian, karena beberapa daerah komersial menyiapkan lahan parkir yang tidak sesuai dengan kapasitas pengunjung. Akibatnya, pengunjung menggunakan badan jalan sebagai tempat parkir, yang akan menimbulkan permasalahan trans-portasi, seperti terjadinya kemacetan lalu lintas. Toko Semeru merupakan suatu toko modern yang wajib menyediakan ruang parkir yang memadai. Tujuan studi ini adalah melakukan analisis karakteristik parkir di Toko Semeru serta menentukan kapasitas dan kebutuhan ruang parkir akibat pengembangan Toko Semeru. Studi ini menggunakan data primer, dengan melakukan survei inventarisasi ruang parkir, survei patrol parkir, dan survei parkir kordon, dengan menghitung kendaraan yang parkir di daerah kajian dan serentak menghitung kendaraan yang keluar masuk toko. Sedangkan data sekunder yang digunakan berupa site plan pengembangan Toko Semeru. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa volume parkir tertinggi selama 7 jam pengamatan adalah 652 kendaraan, rata-rata lamanya parkir tertinggi untuk mobil sebesar 16 menit/kendaraan dan untuk sepeda motor sebesar 52 menit/kendaraan, akumulasi tertinggi sepeda motor adalah 85 kendaraan dan jumlah mobil terbesar adalah 17 unit kendaraan, dan nilai indeks parkir untuk mobil atau sepeda motor berada di antara 17% hingga 98%. Ruang parkir yang perlu disiapkan oleh pemilik Toko Semeru adalah 126 Satuan Ruang Parkir. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa ruang parkir yang direncanakan untuk disediakan oleh pemilik toko belum mencukupi, dengan ruang parkir untuk sepeda motor kurang 7 Satuan Ruang Parkir dan ruang parkir untuk mobil kurang 1 Satuan Ruang Parkir. Abstract

Abstrak Permasalahan yang sering muncul di pusatkotapada kota-kota besar dan menengah, seperti halnyaYogyakartaadalah masalah transportasi yang pada umumnya terjadi akibat ketimpangan antara kepesatan peningkatan sarana transportasi dan rendahnya kemampuan penyediaan prasarana transportasi. Citra Quickbird dapat digunakan untuk menyajikan data dan informasi beberapa parameter yang berkaitan dengan kemacetan lalu lintas sehingga dapat digunakan untuk manajemen lalulintas dalam pemecahan masalah transportasi. Data dari 8 parameter yang digunakan sebagai masukan dalam managemen lalu lintas, 5 parameter dapat diinterpretasi dari citra Quickbird, yaitu: unsur geometrik jalan yang dipakai sebagai dasar dalam perhitungan tingkat pelayanan dan derajat kejenuhan, penggunaan lahan, bentuk persimpangan, trotoar, dan kondisi parkir. Data spasial yang diperole memiliki akurasi yang baik dengan ketelitian 98 % masing-masing untuk penggunaan lahan dan data lebar jalan. Kata Kunci: Quickbird, SIG, Kemacetan Lalulintas, Manajemen Lalulintas

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengakaji, menganalisis dan menginterpertasi; karakteristik penggunaan angkutan umum di Kota Makassar berdasarkan preferensi masyarakat dalam menggunakan angkutan umum dan pengaruh tingkat pelayanan angkutan umum terhadap preferensi menggunakan angkutan umum di Kota Makassar.. Penelitian ini merupakan bersifat deskriptif analisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data diperoleh dari hasil kuisioner menggunakan skala likert dan kuisioner karakteristik penggunaan angkutan umum. Variabel yang digunakan adalah karakteristik sosial ekonomi, karakteristik spasial, ciri pergerakan, ciri fasilitas moda, kualitas pelayanan dan kinerja angkutan umum. Analisa yang digunakan yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan perbedaan penggunaan antara angkutan kota dan angkutan berbasis online. Masyarakat cenderung menggunakan angkutan kota karena waktu terjadinya perjalanan dan biaya transportasi, sedangkan masyarakat cenderung menggunakan angkutan online karena waktu perjalanan dan aksesibilitas This study aims to assess, analyze and interpret; The characteristics of the use of public transportation in Makassar City based on people's preferences in using public transportation and the influence of the level of public transport services on preferences for using public transportation in Makassar City. This research is a descriptive analysis using a quantitative approach. Data obtained from questionnaires using a Likert scale and questionnaires on the characteristics of the use of public transportation. The variables used are socio-economic characteristics, spatial characteristics, movement characteristics, mode facilities characteristics, service quality and public transport performance. The analysis used is descriptive statistical analysis. The analysis results show the difference in use between city transportation and online-based transportation. People tend to use city transportation because of travel time and transportation costs, while people tend to use online transportation because of travel time and accessibility.
