Abstract

As a basic model, trip generation model aims to obtain the number of movement generated by each origin and the one attracted to each destination zone. Based on the movement, trip generation model is categorized into home-based trip generation and non home-originated/destinated trip attraction. Given that the different types of activities attract trips with different characteristics, it can be concluded that land use management determines the movement and activities. Remote sensing imagery has been extensively used in various research themes including land use management or land use and detailed land utility. As one of the remote sensing imageries, Quickbird imagery is advantageous with its high spatial resolution which is 0.61 cm. Therefore, it is interesting to apply the 0.61 cm spatial resolution to the trip generation model to estimate the number of trips at the trip generation. This aims is to minimize field activities which are high cost, extensive workers, and relatively time consuming.Keywords: trip generation model, trip attraction, quickbird imagery

Abstract

Abstract The problem of urban traffic congestion is the main thing that always gets attention because congestion has a negative impact on the economy, the environment, and vehicle drivers. Makassar City is one of the cities experiencing traffic congestion on several existing roads, including roads in the Losari Area. Various efforts have been made by the government to reduce traffic congestion in the area, but optimum results have not been obtained. In 2019, a change in the direction of traffic movement in the Losari area was done by implementing a traffic management called the New Traffic Management. Through this new scheme, changes are made in the direction of movement of traffic on Jalan Penghibur, Jalan Haji Bau, and Jalan Lamadukelleng. This study aims to analyze the performance of the New Traffic Management towards improving traffic conditions in the Losari Area. The results of this study indicate that the application of New Traffic Management in the Losari Area has succeeded in improving traffic conditions in the area. Through this new traffic management scheme, the three road sections observed have service level A. Keywords: traffic congestion, traffic management, service level  Abstrak Masalah kemacetan lalu lintas di perkotaan merupakan hal utama yang selalu mendapat perhatian karena kemacetan menimbulkan dampak negatif terhadap ekonomi, lingkungan, dan pengemudi kendaraan. Kota Makassar merupakan salah satu kota yang mengalami kemacetan lalu lintas di beberapa ruas jalan yang ada, termasuk jalan-jalan di kawasan Losari. Berbagai upaya telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah untuk mengurangi kemacetan lalu lintas di kawasan tersebut, tetapi belum diperoleh hasil yang optimum. Pada tahun 2019, dilakukan perubahan arah pergerakan lalu lintas di kawasan Losari dengan menerapkan suatu manajemen lalu lintas yang dinamakan Manajemen Lalu Lintas Baru atau New Traffic Management. Melalui skema yang baru ini dilakukan perubahan arah pergerakan lalu lintas di Jalan Penghibur, Jalan Haji Bau, dan Jalan Lamadu-kelleng. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kinerja Manajemen Lalu Lintas Baru ini terhadap perbaikan kondisi lalu lintas di kawasan Losari. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Manajemen Lalu Lintas Baru di kawasan Losari berhasil memperbaiki kondisi lalu lintas di kawasan tersebut. Abstract

Abstract Pertashop is a small-scale Pertamina product service, with promising benefits. One of the advantages of Perta-shop is that it sells official Pertamina Fuel Oil products which are directly supplied by using Pertamina tank cars, so that the supply and quality of the products are guaranteed. With this description, it is necessary to ana-lyze the impact of Pertashop on traffic on the surrounding roads. This study aims to analyze traffic performance and predict traffic performance due to the operation of Pertashop P92506 for the next 5 years. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Primary data includes traffic volume and vehicle travel speed, while secon-dary data includes Pertashop site plan and vehicle growth data. This study shows that traffic performance, both on weekdays and on holidays, is very good, with a service level of A. Traffic performance for the next 5 years is also still very good, with a level of service A. Keywords: traffic; traffic performance; traffic volume; speed; level of service Abstrak Pertashop merupakan layanan produk pertamina skala kecil, dengan keuntungan yang menjanjikan. Salah satu keunggulan Pertashop adalah menjual produk resmi Bahan Bakar Minyak Pertamina yang langsung dipasok dengan menggunakan mobil tangki Pertamina, sehingga pasokan dan kualitas produknya sangat terjamin. Dengan uraian tersebut, diperlukan analisis akan dampak Pertashop terhadap ruas lalu lintas di jalan sekitar. Studi ini bertujuan menganalisis kinerja lalu lintas dan memprediksi kinerja lalu lintas akibat pengoperasian Pertashop P92506 untuk 5 tahun mendatang. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer meliputi volume lalu lintas dan kecepatan tempuh kendaraan, sedangkan data sekunder meliputi site plan Perta-shop dan data pertumbuhan kendaraan. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja lalu lintas, baik di hari kerja maupun di hari libur, adalah sangat baik, dengan tingkat pelayanannya A. Kinerja lalu lintas untuk kurun waktu 5 tahun mendatang juga masih sangat baik, dengan tingkat pelayanan masih A. Abstract

Abstract Currently there are 3 clinics in Bulukumba Regency, all of which were established to improve community access to comprehensive, quality and equitable health services. Due to the need, a health clinic is being built at Jalan Melati, Bulukumba, namely the Melati Medical Clinic. The construction and operation of the clinic were predicted to disrupt traffic flow on Jalan Melati. This study evaluates the impact of the construction of the Melati Medical Clinic on traffic and anticipates the impact arising from the operation of the Melati Medical Clinic. This study shows that traffic performance at the time of the construction of Melati Medical Clinic, for weekdays and holidays, are predicted to be at level of service A. Meanwhile, traffic performance 5 years after Melati Medical Clinic is in operation is still at level of service A. This study also provides recommendations for handling traffic impacts that arise during the construction of the clinic, which includes handling impacts due to disturbances on traffic flow, traffic safety, and road damage. Keywords: traffic performance; health clinic; traffic flow; traffic impact; level of service Abstrak Saat ini terdapat 3 klinik di Kabupaten Bulukumba, yang semuanya didirikan untuk meningkatkan akses masyarakat dalam pelayanan kesehatan yang komprehensif, bermutu, dan merata. Karena terdapat kebutuhan, sebuah klinik kesehatan sedang dibangun di Jalan Melati, Bulukumba, yaitu Melati Medical Clinic. Pemba-ngunan dan pengoperasian klinik tersebut diprediksi dapat mengganggu arus lalu lintas di ruas Jalan Melati. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi dampak pembangunan Melati Medical Clinic serta mengantisipasi dampak lalu lintas yang timbul akibat beroperasinya Melati Medical Clinic. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja lalu lintas pada saat pembangunan Melati Medical Clinic, untuk hari kerja dan hari libur, berada di tingkat pelayanan A. Sedangkan kinerja lalu lintas pada saat 5 tahun setelah Melati Medical Clinic beroperasi masih tetap berada pada tingkat pelayanan A. Studi ini juga memberikan usulan untuk penanganan dampak lalu lintas yang timbul saat pembangunan klinik, yang meliputi penanganan dampak akibat gangguan kelancaran lalu lintas, gangguan keselamatan lalu lintas, dan gangguan kerusakan Jalan.
